The white guy with glassess is racist never going to st john chopstix again

The meal was over an hour late having called twice Chopstix staff just said they are not responsible once the meal has been picked up. The food arrived cold. Delivery driver had no explanation stating it was not his fault. I would never order from them again. Poor customer service

I ordered 3 hours ago the most awful nodels in my life It really made me gagging and feeling sick because of the awful smell of burn it's not the first time this happened It ended in the bin I will never eat again at this place 🤮🤮 U know 1 star is too much !!!!!!!!!!!

I went to chopstix today & was served by a member of staff called Liam. The food is delicious & tasty and wasn’t too hot to eat. I will definitely be coming here again after the nice experience here.

Wasn’t there long but the 2 girls who served me were lovely. Food i can never fault i got noodles, salt n pepper chicken, caramel drizzle and the chicken curry!! only thing i can fault is the amount of chicken a little more id of loved but that’s just me being a fat a** :) (didn’t get a pic as i ate it before i remembered to leave a review) my bad 😞 ooo also got the salt n pepper cauli bites! omg!!! im in love

Highly recommend as the service is great food is nice and fresh and the team are welcoming and helpful.

Friendly and welcoming staff, great food although sometimes their stock runs out by noon so don’t get to have as much option. Seating area feels a bit all over the place so never like eating in and always feels overcrowded. All in all good food and service.

Love this place, usually use the one on lord street a lot more with shopping mostly that end of the city, but was shopping in St Johns precinct and decided to come in yesterday for lunch, place was busy, but tidy special shout out to the new young lad Blake who was working yesterday, got talking to him and he explained he was new there and it’s his first couple of shifts, but he asked us if we needed helping clearing away our table. Thank you Blake keep up the hard work we will be back again :-)

The aromatic scenery of scent only complimented this nod to oriental cuisine, would come again, shout out to Shan for the endearing service

I was visiting the UK from the motherland Russia and I stopped here for some food. I got served by this lovely lady named Shannon, and I have to say I was surprised how helpful and lovely she was! The food was also amazing! 100% would come again if I'm in the UK. Да GGs Nuka Nuka

Went in for my first time today, didn’t know what to expect but it was nothing but joy. I got my food sat down and tucked in. What a lovely chicken curry. A young lad I think his name was Blake came over and asked if my meal was good. Blake was a polite young man, offered to take my tray as I left. The lady who served me ,Shannon, was lovely too. Nothing but friendliness from this place would definitely come again.

First time going and the staff was very friendly was served by Liam who was very polite and when above and beyond on helping me with what I could eat as I only can have certain foods he explain everything that was in the food and made sure it was ok for me to eat. it's as a very friendly atmosphere will definitely be eating here again

I ordered at 15:30 and didn’t receive it until 17:40. Delivery driver was in a car so it should have been 25 minutes maximum from the restaurant to my house. But it took 40+ minutes from leaving restaurant to my house. It was “preparing” for over an hour and half.

Food although delicious was freezing cold and the order was wrong with missing items

Some great staff at this location food unreal but staff very helpful especially the young lad Liam who helped us would recommend this if your looking for a quick lunch what’s fills you up and leaves you wanting more .

Matt was absolutely incredible from the moment I rang to place my order last week. They cooked all the food fresh for us and even added extra which was so appreciated. Everything was so delicious and the food arrived piping hot. The other staff were absolute stars, carrying the order all the way from their store due to the driver refusing to take it (?!). Can't thank them all enough for the service and warmth they all offered me. Will definitely be ordering again down to the amazing customer service I received!

I always go and get some food from chopstixs and the customer service and food is always amazing but yesterday it was even better. Ava and Sara in particular really upped the experience.
