Shannon was absolutely lovely and her bubbly personality compliments her exceptional customer service skills. She made my first experience here great and wanting to come back again as not many people that work in customer service actually have the customer service skills required for the job. Greeted with a friendly smile and patient not only with me but other customers too. The food was lovely and piping hot. Best chopstix I've been too so far. Keep up the great work! :) xx

Popped in for dinner. Salt and pepper chicken box with chow main, curry sauce and spring rolls with a drink. £22.65 for 2 people. Food was lovely Filled us up and it was a small box. Serveice was fast, friendly and very helpful. It was pretty quiet so only 4 star for atmosphere. Highly recommend Chopstix.

Great options had noodles with firecracker chicken along with salt and pepper chicken which lovely. Defo go back again Shannon was really helpful and friendly and sorted our order quick. Didn't realise but blue light card holders get a discount so really good value and filling

We had an absolutely gorgeous meal from chopstix noodle bar Liverpool today. The food was beautiful and the staff were really friendly and were a great help, showing all the meal deal upgrades we could choose from 😋 the girls that served us were called Gracie and Rebecca, they were both brilliant and really kind and professional.

Absolutely delicious, so tasty and filling. I really enjoyed this tasty meal!

The meal was over an hour late having called twice Chopstix staff just said they are not responsible once the meal has been picked up. The food arrived cold. Delivery driver had no explanation stating it was not his fault. I would never order from them again. Poor customer service

I ordered 3 hours ago the most awful nodels in my life It really made me gagging and feeling sick because of the awful smell of burn it's not the first time this happened It ended in the bin I will never eat again at this place 🤮🤮 U know 1 star is too much !!!!!!!!!!!

Wasn’t there long but the 2 girls who served me were lovely. Food i can never fault i got noodles, salt n pepper chicken, caramel drizzle and the chicken curry!! only thing i can fault is the amount of chicken a little more id of loved but that’s just me being a fat a** :) (didn’t get a pic as i ate it before i remembered to leave a review) my bad 😞 ooo also got the salt n pepper cauli bites! omg!!! im in love

Friendly and welcoming staff, great food although sometimes their stock runs out by noon so don’t get to have as much option. Seating area feels a bit all over the place so never like eating in and always feels overcrowded. All in all good food and service.

This place is absolutely amazing and a lad called blake is lovely he is so kind with customers and shows tolerance around others

Love this place, usually use the one on lord street a lot more with shopping mostly that end of the city, but was shopping in St Johns precinct and decided to come in yesterday for lunch, place was busy, but tidy special shout out to the new young lad Blake who was working yesterday, got talking to him and he explained he was new there and it’s his first couple of shifts, but he asked us if we needed helping clearing away our table. Thank you Blake keep up the hard work we will be back again :-)

Went in for my first time today, didn’t know what to expect but it was nothing but joy. I got my food sat down and tucked in. What a lovely chicken curry. A young lad I think his name was Blake came over and asked if my meal was good. Blake was a polite young man, offered to take my tray as I left. The lady who served me ,Shannon, was lovely too. Nothing but friendliness from this place would definitely come again.
