Chopstix - Liverpool St. John's in Liverpool

Went to this place today. Ordered food and waited 15 minutes to receive it. Guy on the till was so slow. The food was left open. Took him so long to take orders. When I finally got the food the chicken was warm....noodles lukewarm....I then found one piece of chicken which was so cold I had to spit it out.....would I go back again.....no..for the price it was awful...

Food is always delicious and Robin was so nice and friendly he recommended the meal and it was worth the price.

Came in earlier at lunch for a chicken bbq, food was delicious, was served by ava who was kind and helpful and other colleagues were also great.

Food was lovely , compliments to the chef mo, the food I was served was fresh and hot.

The food was satisfactory and staff service was excellent by Robin.

Edit: I am writing this review since you asked for a feedback. Thanks for reaching out to the customers and trying to understand what can be done to provide better experiences to them. Much appreciated. The Lord Street Chopstix is comparatively better than this one. I am writing this review by knowing how Chopstix chicken actually tastes like because I have had it multiple times at the Lord Street branch. What I didn’t like here: 1)The chicken was not properly cooked. Most pieces were just uncooked and didn’t like the feeling at all. 2) The staff behaviour: I liked the behaviour of the staff that boxed the food(apparently I didn’t read his name) but not the Staff who was at the Till (If you want I can give you his name via email as I have read it. Also, he has good reviews with his name here as I read but it seems like those reviews could be requested ones. Else, his blunt attitude was biased). This is my opinion. I would be attracted to eat from a shop if there are friendly staffs and pardon their mistakes on the taste of food by thinking mistakes do happen sometimes and not Shops where staffs behave blunt/bland.

Amazing atmosphere, Toni was a brilliant server, fast and amazing service, definitely will be visiting again.

Went into chopstix at St John’s the other day, and I just had to leave a review for the wonderful staff member dasha, I struggle with a speech impediment and she was so kind and considerate. I find a lot of place aren’t as kind as she was to me. Went through all the options made EXCELLENT recommendations and explained the meal deals to me! Will definitely be visiting again!

Got two medium meals and they are absolutely delicious and it's our first visit to Chopstix in Saint Johns. As usual, the food was wonderful It was really good and tasty. As for the service, the menu was nice and varied and the staff, especially Robin who served us, was particularly good with our meals and very helpful. Which is why I definitely recommend this Chopstix.

When in today meet a nice girl named Toni, greeted me very nicely , 5 spring rolls and the nicest sweet and sour chicken with nice was amazing Would recommend coming here again

BBQ chicken good, Sweet and Sour chicken OK, salt and pepper chicken was poor, it just tasted like normal spicy flavourless chicken, the noodles aren't the best, drink was very watery. Service great.

Shannon, who had a big smile and was super polite, was really helpful when I ordered and paid. Was able to order my food quickly and as always was of good qualityand hot.

I visit this branch on a regular basis, food is always hot and of high standard. The young girl who serves me most times (Toni)’s customer service is great, nothing is too much trouble and gives me recommendations when I’m undecided on what to order!

Had some lunch here last week. The food was so tasty and the service was so quick. I was served by a really friendly guy who was great when I’d asked about the veggie options as I don’t eat meat. I catch his name but he had glasses on and blonde hair. Will definitely be going back very soon :)

Roxy who was at the front had amazing service. I watched her go above and beyond to help an elderly person get situated even tho she didn’t have to and when it came time for me to order she was very accommodating. She answered all questions patiently and did a great job. Additionally she was great at promoting the business without seeming pushy!! Shout out to Roxy she did a great job!!
