The best restaurants in United Kingdom

I visited this restaurant whilst staying at the local Hilton Hotel on tue 1st april, and wanted to est outside the restaurant. It was a gorgeous sunny early evening, and i managed to get a table just inside the restaurant. The owner seemed a proper decent guy and gave excellent service. I had the mixed kebabs for starter and the lamb handi as a main. The food tasted exquisite, with just enough spice to remind you what you were eating, whilst letting the amazing flavours lead the show. I cant recommend this little star of a restaurant enough - if you get a chance to visit here - you must do it.

Beautiful, beautiful place to take a leisurely walk around. Lots of history and the addition of knowledgeable guides was much appreciated.

Very lovely. Great cocktails, great staff. A very relaxed place for a wonderful treat. Would recommend for special occasions.

went to the docks last night for the first time with the mrs, i had sardines starter, rib eye steak & sticky toffee , it was absolutely delicious, everything came to to the pipping hot & quickly , all staff was very polite, the place itself is very clean, decorated nicely with lots of space, will definitely be going back very soon.

We had a lovely time here. My daughter had a breakfast, and I had a huge toasted tea cake with a latte. Well run. The only criticism is that the butter was too hard, and I had to wait for it to soften . Well worth going 👏

Tonight Tim brought us the Pork special in breadcrumbs with veg, a bacon and mushroom risotto ,bolognaise and piquant prawn starters with a delicious creamy rice pudding for afters. All were hot and delicious. What a treat to have a home delivery and be able to enjoy food without the washing up.Highly recommended if you live in or near Ludlow.Thanks to Chef Nick,the lovely Deborah and of course, Tim.

This is the best place for a full breakfast. Dawn’s is so clean and tidy, the staff are very good and are so pleasant . We have been a few times now and every time is spot on. Well done. 👏🏻👏🏻

The welcome we received was so friendly and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxed. The food was fabulous! I had the omelette which was perfectly cooked and it was accompanied by a salad which was not only delicious, it was a work of art! My Mum had the breakfast which she thoroughly enjoyed too. This place is a little gem!

Spot on Sunday lunch with all the trimmings excellent (especially the creamed leeks). My chicken was very tender and tasty, Dad's beef was succulent. Very friendly staff too. Highly recommended.
