Very rude and unprofessional staff!

Very good staff coffee, food and offers

BE WARNED- extreme care needed if you go to Pret a manager. we were in London for weekend. visited Pret branch at 7 Marylebone lane. we were targeted and robbed in broad daylight 14.20pm whilst sitting at a table at the back of the restaurant. van waiting outside with door open to collect thief. staff advised afterwards this is a regular occurrence. obviously targeted and tipped off. tried contacting Pret customer service. lip service via their staff for 3 days. no apology. zero assistance. eventually i was asked if I reported the crime- which I affirmed- whereupon I was advised by phoebe that this was no longer Prets problem and there was nothing more they can do.

Coffee not very tasty and it's half empty. Heated wrap impossible to open because the burnt bits crumble apart, and the soggy bits (should there be soggy bits?) stick to the cardboard whilst you're trying.

Great Staff specially the evening manager ( young gentleman) very kind and helpful.

Coffee was burnt but maybe as a Malaysian we make better coffee anyways. Chocolate chai was good tho. Food was good. But whoever this lady in this photo was, that came and called out my family because we “took someone else’s” hot latte, maybe check if your workers let someone else take our latte too. Waited 15 mins for a simple latte while people behind us got their orders first. This rating is due to very rude and poor service from ONE particular person. And if she is this branch’s manager, damn.

TOTS els establiments tenen el mateix problema, estan bruts. El menjar i l'ambient correcte. El servei acceptable. La neteja deixa molt que desitjar.

I wasn't allowed to use the accessible toilet because I didn't purchase anything first (I'm not visibly disabled but really needed an accessible toilet at that time - even having to explain this is quite humiliating). I said I was going to buy something afterwards and the guy looked at me as if I was a liar. For a £2 water that is... I got it for half the price at the nearby Co-Op though. So thanks anyway. And not to mention that the Radar key I had didn't work. I'm pretty sure that's on purpose. If you are disabled (in any way) or require an accessible toilet (for whatever reason) then you are definitely not welcome here. Duly noted!

If it wasn't for the dirty branch, I would have given this a 5 and if I had an extra hot drink as requested. I am guessing it was last cleaned NEVER! People's health are at risk. The hazlenut latte was good but Pret staff never get when you say extra hot! They need training. Staff were pleasant and friendly despite how busy they were. Nice branch with limited seats. Lovely atmosphere. Located just near Oxford Street.

RUDE CASHIER named Jeremy. Spat in my face whilst screaming. What kind of customer service is this? Disgusting horrible little man. Leave your job if you’re not happy.

the place so good but the manager keeps the music loud ! very loud you can not even hear others . hopefully he will stop doing that . the value shouldn't be more than 30%

Good fast-paced place Would recommend using gloves when putting lids on disposable cups. Not everyone wants hands touching lid for hygienical reasons. a smile goes a long way, and extra attention to detail would be much appreciated

I have been using this Pret for more than 5 years. No matter how busy it is the team in this place they always deliver excellent and consistent service. The manger Alex is always there and it is incredible the way he runs the store from cleanliness, building his team and never run out of stock. Further more the opening and closing hours are always consistent unlike other Branches. I would just hope the management at Pret realise this and adapt the model in other stores.

Have a subscription, ordered one chai latte. Prepared within seconds, cup was not even half filled it just felt like they just gave me an empty cup. No taste. Prefer new cavendish street PRET

The employee with the name lulia need somel customer service training. For no reason she was rude and showing an attitude. I waited a while for my drink and when I asked, with a funny, annoyed and rude voice while slamming the cap and making a mess on the counter, said "it was here for a very long time". When I said that is not exactly what I ordered she obviously annoyed from me, for no reason, maked funny face and walked away. I didn’t provoke this attitude with anything. Maybe a manager has to talk to her to find what accumulates her unprovoked attitude issues towards clients.

Today I went to try to have a coffee in this Coffe shop I was in the queue wen was my time to get Coffe the attendant told me that I was in the wrong queue and he told me next time to stand in the left side . I ended up leaving without buying the coffe I found it an insult when there wasn't a sign telling me which side I should be on.

I ordered a croissant and it was very bad and old then the manager asked Sally to change it and she refused and it was very bad Or do I want to go to this branch again because the staff is very bad and raci

Always dirty. If you want to eat in bring a cloth with antibac spray. The coffee is fine, everything is overpriced as you would expect i guess. Food can be good. Every table seems to wobble. Seems to have a problem with lots of flies in store. Its my workplace coffee shop so have been going for years. Fly problem has remained for more than a year. Needs new management.

Love the Frappes at Pret, but not all restaurants serve it. The ones who do serve often run out of the Frappe.

worst iced matcha latte I've ever had, wasn't blended properly just had so many powdery bits in it. staff weren't particularly friendly either.

Visited both on both opening and near to tge closing hours. The guy who served me on morning was really acting weird as if he is hearing 'do you have fresh filter coffee? ' question for the first time. Evening crew was fine. Filter coffee is gross. Americano is okay.

Given the overall positive rating this place has I can only assume we got bad staff members. The gent serving us was clearly not a morning person, the female barista the same. Most frustratingly, after telling myself I’d indulge & have one of the Xmas drinks with whipped cream they had none!! It’s Christmas folks, you have Christmas drinks!!!! How can you have no cream!?

I ordered the love bar latte. I like my coffees sweet and not too strong, this latte had the perfect balance! Unfortunately, this store is not open until the advertised closing times. I’ve found on two occasions now that they close at least 1 hour before closing time. Not sure why they do this. If you want to go, I’d recommend going before 4pm to avoid disappointment.

Rude experience when asking for a filter coffee. If you don't like serving this 'low cost' option, then why offer it on your menu?

Decent space, nice staff/service, great coffee. Only downfall (which costed it the 5 star rating) was the lack of charging stations which is quite important for a coffee shop...

I was going for a coffee somewhere else and wanted something sweet to go with it. I was looking for the dark chocolate but they didn't have it. Had the milk chocolate bar which was nice. Hit the spot, creamy and nice with a bitter coffee and low calorie too! Service was OK. Could be more helpful.

Awful experience. FERNANDO is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He messed up my drinks each time last 2 weeks, even found blended plastic in my drinks! When I order a smoothie I expect to get a smoothie, not apple juice with frozen chunks of pineapple and mango and BLENDED PLASTIC ! FERNANDO rudely told me that this is how they do it, and if I’m not happy I can leave the shop, as i am not welcome, although I paid subscription even in lockdown, while I haven’t used your services. He menace me to call the police just because I dared to complain. I work as well in customer service, but this is by far the most DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE I ever had!! FERNANDO NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO BE POLITE WITH CLIENTS!! PRÊT hope you will deal with your staff!!

Celui de Baker street est devenu au fil du temps mon spot pour ma pause d'après midi. L'ambiance y est sereine et détendue et le shop est propre, équipe jeune et sympa. Je le recommande à celles et ceux qui sont dans le quartier.

It has been quite sometime since i visited a Pret a Manger and I was in desperate need of a "Comfort Stop" and the Gallery I wanted to visit ( the Wallace Collection) did not open for at least 20 mins. We sought out our nearest coffee shop with facilities. I asked for the toilet code with our order and the staff could not have been more helpful at opened the door for me. Also, very surprising, the coffee was really good. I am very impressed with the staff who manage could keep happy and smiling every day although dealing with office workers and tourists. Well done!

How can the staff here be so useless when the staff at Pret the other side of Portman Square are a hundred times more efficient? Don't bother unless the place looks empty.

Great filter coffee for 99p. There is a good selection of food and drinks ideal for your lunch, especially for the many people working in the many offices along Baker St. Coffee doesn't have to expensive. Love the filter coffee here especially as when I come in I am normally en-route to a meeting with clients.

Its one of our Londons rituals, the Veggie/Cheese Pizza. Nice place to staff the day and lovely taste that never changes.

È l'ideale per uno snack salutare durante la giornata. Pret a manger è diverso da un fast food, soprattutto per il cibo preparato artigianalmente con alimenti freschi, riforniti continuamente. Buoni i panini e le insalatone, deliziose le centrifughe e gli smoothies, discreti i dolci un po' troppo british per il mio gusto. È possibile consumare il cibo sia nel locale oppure portarlo via. Si possono acquistare anche bevande calde alla fornita caffetteria.

Low calorie options, freshly made salads and sandwiches in a nice setting. The coffee is good but like in the other places close to unaffordable.

Nothing wrong with Pret a Manger usually, but I had a very poor experience yesterday. I needed a toilet in addition to my usual Pret lunch. The Baker Street Pret's toilet was out of order and so I went next door to McDonald's. When I returned for my Pret food I asked the staff how long their toilet had been out of order. They said 2 weeks! Clearly very slack management.

Ideal für einen kleinen Snack, der Kaffee ist gut. Die Läden gibt es wirklich überall in London. Die Preise sind OK. Einziges Manko finde ich, selbst wenn man den Kaffee im Laden zu sich nimmt bekommt man eine Wegwerfbecher, das geht auch anders.
