Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

I heard about Pert a lot of good things before I land in London and Mr. Bilal confirm that to me today. Thank you so much Mr. Bilal for a warm welcoming and excellent service.. you made my day.

Ask the staff where is my coffee after waited for a while, the dude just toss me the coffee which has been sitting on the counter for some time. And confronted me why didn’t you ask? Excuse me? Should I make the coffee I paid for too?

They don’t allow the users use the toilet

Always very slow in the morning. Bilal also occasionally rude… definitely not what I’m used to at other Prets

Unless you are in need of luke warm coffee, cold porridge or a rotten banana, avoid this place.

£9.40 for a Mocha and Tuna melt sandwich at 7:30 am. The coffee tasted weak, thin and was presented lukewarm. In fact, why not call it, coffee flavoured milk instead. The last time I purchased coffee in Pret was around 3-4 years ago, and that was the same experience, hence the gap. I don't understand why people go there for coffee when that's not what you're getting? Very poor. I can't even finish the coffee because it's gone cold, unacceptable quality for the price.

I have just been to the store to collect my Breakfast Bag from the Too Good To Go app. On arrival, they told me there were no more bags left – even though I had already paid for it. This was a 15 minute walk from my office then a 15 minute walk back – empty handed. The individual I was discussing this with had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever and just told me that they would refund me. I repeatedly told him that I did not want a refund – I wanted to food I had paid for. They offered no alternative solution and just proceeded to try and rush me out of the store. Just such a terrible experience. I will be leaving a 0 star review everyday just so people can realise how badly this store is managed.

There are a few branches close together in the area. This is one of the bigger and better ones with a lot of seating. Not too busy Thursday lunch. I had the Korean Style Chicken & Slaw Wrap and Pret Cooler - Feelin' Peachy. Both were nice. Light and refreshing. Staff here were very nice, friendly and on the ball. Reasonably clean.

after months of looking for jam for my porridge in many prets in london i finally found one where you can get it. big applause for this branch. Guys who they working there are very friendly with the smile on their faces Highly recommended

These guys are great. They always have a smile on regardless of how busy they are. I know they see me every day but there are hundreds going there every day so when they remember my drink and my name it makes me feel like among friends. Great team!!

Great Pret - good choice of food - great staff

Pret A Manger is a great place to get a quick and healthy meal. The food is always fresh and the service is always good. I would definitely recommend Pret A Manger to anyone looking for a good sandwich shop.

My sandwich was quite unique and delicious. (It was called something like turkey and fixings.) The atmosphere is very welcoming. Nice place.

I've been to this pret quite a few times now for business meetings and have always found the service to be quick and efficient despite the large number of people going through the doors. There is a good number of seats and tables throughout and despite how busy it always is I can normally find at least a table for two if not four people. Food and drink selections are as you would expect from any other pret store providing a range of hot and cold drinks and food.

There is a pret around the corner from here, opposite britannic house which isn’t listed on google maps. However, Merkey just served me my coffee in there and absolutely made my morning. He was professional, kind, super smiley and was able to answer all of my questions about the product I was interested in, which I hadn’t tried had before. Pret - I’ll keep coming back as long as you have amazing staff like Merkey.

La oferta se centra fundamentalmente en sándwiches, bocadillos, ensaladas, tostas y frutas, así como en bebidas y café. No es mala opción para una comida ligera, y además, no es caro. Los productos tienen un aspecto de estar bastante frescos y la atención es bastante rápida. En mi caso opté por una rebanada de pan sin gluten con queso fresco, pepino, salmón ahumado y eneldo; una macedonia de frutas que contenía piña, melón, mango, manzana, kiwi y arándanos y un zumo natural de zanahoria, todo por 10,60 libras (12,50 €). Como digo, no es mala opción si se trata de comer algo rápido y de cierta calidad.

Very friendly staff and tasty coffee

The quality of the food was excellent and the staff are great

I went here for lunch today and the customer service was so good I feel it justified a review. I ordered a baguette, brownie, and a hot chocolate. The serving staff very kindly gave me the hot chocolate for free. When I asked for a receipt the transaction didn't appear correctly, so they suggested they refund and put the transaction through again. They did this, and to apologies for wasting my time (they chatted to me the whole time and didn't waste my time at all) they gave me a free cookie as well. To top it all off, I couldn't find a seat so the staff politely asked another customer if they wouldn't mind splitting her table in to two so I could sit down. Thank you very much for my lunch, you more than earned a 5 star review and £10 for the Pret foundation!

Lanches gostosos, frescos e naturais. Sempre tem uma sopa, suco, wrap, sanduíche, iogurte e sobremesa. Preço excelente.

I like to relax there after work as the place is not that busy around 4/4.30 pm. It has a lot of sitting areas and the staff are very polite.

Great coffee, a quick turn around so you are not waiting ages for your order, not many seats so if its during the busy time, you will be taking your order away. Normal Pret food, so plenty to choose from.

Good selection of food for lunch

Today I went to this Pret A Manger to get a bacon and cheese croissant. Unfortunately there was only 1 left, slightly burned. I asked if there were more coming out of the oven but they said no. They offered to give it to me for free. So I ordered a cappuccino because I felt like I had to pay for something... anything. Magda offered to give me the cappuccino on the house as well. I am very impressed, thank you!!!

He estado usando pret en caxton Street Westminster durante años. Hoy deciden no poner las servilletas en sus cubiertos. Así que compras comida para comer, te dan una bandeja. Baje las escaleras y busque las servilletas en el lugar habitual. No ahí. Pregunte qué se parece al gerente y obtenga una respuesta grosera y maleducada 'detrás del mostrador'. Entonces, ¿por qué no me dieron una con la bandeja? No volveré a comer aquí para el almuerzo, lo que debería anular una pequeña parte de su plan de ahorro de costos de servilletas

I'm going to keep going back but am tired of seeing how much money this place drains from me. It's perfectly priced to the point where you kind of hate them for it but whilst your in there there's definitely something you're in the mood for that you'll like and not be disappointed with and the price isn't enough to make you walk out the door and find somewhere else.

The sitting area is relatively spacious and quite relaxing. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Very efficient and slick team here, which can appear to be less personal until you realise that you are in the heart of the business district and this is what the customers need/want.... time is money etc.... but the staff are friendly and personable when they have time to be. Food is fabulous and coffee is nice too

Good standard for a simple quick lunch - although it's popularity results in not so quick service

Never write a google review, but it is to a point I think the manager/ company has to aware this issue. I work around the area and visit very often, especially on saturaday when most other shops are shutted. The ‘barista’ guy is terribly rude (mid age, black curly hair, greece i guess?) Everyone has a bad day, but seems like his days are all rough. Never hear a single ‘halo’, ‘thankyou’ from this guy, basic manner isnt it. Plus, I do understand the excitment of ending a day as any employees in the world, it is too obvious that he is not welcoming people to stay even it s two hrs before the closing time, by asking ‘ TAKEAWAY?’ Repeatedly not ‘have in or takeaway?’ Another thing is closing many area, again 2 hrs before not 30 mins, I do understand this move, but the moment you got up the staffs couldnt wait to jump it and clear the tiny bits of pastry you dropped on the table since if they do it nicely after the customer left they would lose some precious time? Going to pret, I dont expect 5* service, however it is always my first choice if I have various chain cafe shop to choose from, I like the better food options, environment and affordable prices. I leave this comment cos this particular branch just really bring the name down, wish the management and style could be more consistant and keep up with all other branches.

Cibo alla sbrigativa che va bene se non ci si vuole sedere e si va di fretta. Comunque la qualità è discreta ed i prezzi abbordabili. Noi ci siamo andati con bambini piccoli ed abbiamo trovato delle cose adatte anche a loro.

Woking Pret is the best Pret I have visited. Great building, layout and staff.

Sitting here at 11.30 on a Saturday morning. Basically have the place to ourselves. Plenty of seats, nice and clean.

Perfectly standard Pret. Has plenty of seating and WiFi. Good place to park yourself between meetings.

Good choice of coffee and food all natural. l especially love their 99p filter coffee especially if you don't have much money but you are thirsty.

People certainly make the place, the staff is helpful, kind and attentive. You get more than the standardised way of serving in London Cafes. This is a distinguished little place to relax on your break, have a meal or read, meet up... you choose. I go there nearly every day, today I left my rucksack and just realised it hours later. Called them almost 8 pm, the manager answered the phone with a smile to say that it was safe, for me to just drop by. Have I convinced you now? Check it out for yourself! The staff is warm, as well as the place is warm in the winter :)

Estábamos en nuestro camino a una reunión en la plaza russell y necesitaba de un bocado. La variedad era excelente, agradable y mesas limpias. Nota: para pedir cheque código para baños abiertos.

Para nosotros este lugar es una buena opcion para almorzar o comer algo cuando hay hambre. Es todo natural, ricos sandwiches, ensaladas y dulces. No es caro y esta por todo Londres, lo aconsejo es buenos para la economia de viaje

Essa rede está por toda a cidade, com delicias Saúdaveis como Café Orgânico, comidas naturais, frutas, sanduiches, sucos, etc. Lugar lindo, grande e arrejado. Ótimos funcionários. Recomendo.

ci sono tantissimi punti vendita sparsi per la città. i vari locali sono luminosi e puliti offre cibi preconfezionati e con una vasta scelta. ottimo se piace il genere
