I go to pret often to have a late and a blueberry muffin, delicious muffins but 7 pound for both is ridiculous

Careless in service, I ordered 3/4 latte, they give full cup then realised the mistake so they dropped 1/4 before handed to me. It wasn’t strong and i like it strong. This has been a waste of money.

Visited twice this week and the employee with glasses was so rude at both visits. Will prefer Prets nearby.

There is not much selection of things to eat or drink. But I found something to eat. And the food was relatively tasty, the atmosphere is quite good.

Expensive for the low quality breakfast. No restroom

I always love pret food, but having this "considerable medium size" shop with no toilets for customers is just very disappointing. 😵‍💫

No toilets. I am guessing they must have toilets but staff said no. You should put up notices if you have no toilets.

Friendly staff, always excellent beverage and food. The only flaw is there is no bathroom. Absurd for a coffee shop

A decent, standard coffee shop. Free wi-fi, employees were friendly, my mango & banana sunshine bowl was good. However, the wi-fi is super spotty. There were even a few vegetarian options. Lots of seating. My biggest complaint is that there was one single electrical socket for the public in the whole café! Not even USB sockets by the bar seating, nothing.

Literally in front of the national gallery, there is absolutely no chance to use, for paying customers, restrooms, to wash your hands, or to sanitise them with a gel. Bah

Wrong itwms (things I don't like) sent instead of order I wanted. Unfortunately I binned them before attempting to get a refund . Don't make the same mistake as me - take a photo for evidence before disposing of incorrect items..

Desperate, tired, hungry. First morning in London and didn't get any sleep on the overnight flight. I decided to go here for an easy option knowing it would probably be average. SO TASTY. I had the pickle and cheddar baguette and a choc chip cookie. Not a place for coffee snobs but that I am not. Thank you for making my day easier Pret 😙

Thank you for greeting me with a smile and your patience while deciding what to have with my flat white. Coffee and service were top-notch. The bench in the window allowed me to watch the comings and goings in Trafalgar Square while I enjoyed my snack, too.

Not sure her name but there’s a female server who remembers so many regulars orders. So so lovely.

Average sandwich place in central London. Not sure if bathrooms are available.

Visited my favourite London Pret for the first time in months and was welcomed and served in the warm way I've become accustomed to over the years as a once regular and now more infrequent customer.

Great British bistro. It is more expensive, but for that you can get hot food, coffee, water, just everything. Even sweet desserts. However, I recommend not going to this branch during the lunch rush, it is really crowded and you may not find a place to sit. You can also sit outside on about two to four chairs.

Unfortunately, we were cheated because we did not receive a receipt, and instead of around £15, we paid over £20. An additional disadvantage is the lack of a toilet. I won't come back here again.

This order has not been delivered - waited an hour and a half for this delivery.

Very few products to choose from at 1500. Shop closes at 2000

No toilets …. Food is ok but despite its an eat in place and cafe they don’t make the toilets available - just unacceptable

Disgusting stale bread. Bought a jamon sandwich in alleged fresh bread with cornichons before, a concert at St Martin in the fields church. Bread was unbuttered, most of it was rock hard and the cornichons were like rubber dipped in vinegar. Had to throw most of it away as inedible. Won't be going to Pret again.

The representative is not nice at all, not helpful and not clear. There are no toilets

Nice coffee, chocolate, and some quick eats savory or sweet, located across the trafalgar square, very busy area of the city. Stop by for a little break from your journey.

Good value for money. Lack of space to eat on site.

Ordered two Italyan style wrap, one was stuck in wrap and got broken while unwrapping! Totally all is good but abit pricey lol

Estava na Trafalgar Square, começou a esfriar e corri atravessar a rua pra pegar um espresso quentinho pra continuar o walking tour. Atendimento foi excelente e o café ok.

Came in out of the cold to have coffee and tea. Only to be told the toilets are broken. A place that offers drinks to dine in MUST have facilities for customer use.

Food was good. We mostly did grab and go

Could see toilets were closed. Can't provide basic needs. Even another pret shop near the London Eye has the same situation.

Had the worst experience today, walked in with my friend and the store manager was really rude and raised false accusations, and then stopped the other staffs from serving us. Eva, the lady shown the worst customer service today later mentioning, the main issue is my friend ignoring her on her previous visit to the store. Which I believe is clearly a choice of her and not a reason to make her feel uncomfortable in front of other customers with such a wrong accusation. I wish the management takes the issue serious and makes the apology to her, which she really deserves.

Horrendous customer service, have to remind staff who forget orders

All Prets are great to visit when needing a quick meal while visiting London. I had their sausage pastry, Christmas sandwich, custard pastry and blueberries and cantaloupe, all which were fresh and great to eat!

So I LOVE Pret. This is a tiny one. It's great for a coffee, a sandwich on the go. It does have iced coffee but not the refreshers served in some of the larger Pret stores. My flat white came super quick and was served with a friendly smile.

The worst ham & cheese toasty ever, so dry no very little cheese and almost no ham…. And the mocha is just terrible as well…Not worth the price £4.52 for dry break without mustard… avoid this place

I visited this place with my parents a couple of weeks ago and had a disappointing experience. Despite spending around 30 pounds, when I requested to use the restroom to wash my hands, the staff informed me that there wasn't one available. I reached out to Pret customer services, but unfortunately, they did not offer any compensation or resolution. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

The standard selection of a PRET, however some more seating outside would be appreciated, especially being so close to the square. Almost all of the sandwiches, drinks, and snacks were fully stocked. There are free forks, straws, spoons, HP sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper to expand your experience of PRET food. I love PRET so i recommend grabbing a sandwich (they can warm it for you) if you're in need of an easy or affordable lunch.

Amazing staff! Kind, welcoming, warm people. I came back on the next day because £1,70 for a generous cup of organic filtered coffee it’s a good deal and when I asked for the same order again, the attendant just gave it free on the house to me although I’m not even a member of discount or signature program. Food was really good, lots of options, staff knows what’s vegan or not. Vegan baked snacks options for £2,5-3,5 (2023). Lots of drinking options and just prices for the area it is located. The space is clean and organized, perfect to stay-in even in a very busy area of town full of tourists. It was fast to get my order and I’m really satisfied with how they managed to created a comfy and so functional place in such a chaotic part of the city. Wifi is good and there’s charging spots available so you can even work from there. Don’t have food/drink on the street and don’t even think to do it inside the museum, do it here by crossing the square. At least £2 cheaper and much more comfortable. If in a hurry they have a smaller shop on the other side of the street that it’s just take out.

I stopped in here with my son for a quick drink and something to eat. It's Pret, right, so you know what you're getting. However, the sandwich selection at the time was very limited (seemed like it wasn't being replenished frequently), same with the soups (one tub of soup only). Staff were reasonably friendly when ordering, but not when I asked about the toilets - "we don't have toilets in this branch" - a coffee shop with no toilets? You do realise what huge cups of caffeine do to your bladder, right? The entire lower floor was closed off, so I'm guessing the toilet was downstairs.

It has an excellent location at the heart of the Trafalgar Square. The outside seating area is open till 7 pm and the coffee shop is open until 10 pm. They have also cold drinks snacks and great coffees. This coffee shop is a good break point while you discovering the London City

Disappointed there are no toilets or hand sanitisers in this branch of Pret A Manger. Seating was mostly uncomfortable bar stools. Not great.

Went on 12 july 2.15 was being served by a guy wearing black tshirt and the lady with spectacles. The lady I could feel wasn't happy serving me but I kept my patience thinking she is busy. I am vegetarian went their for the good to go service and I have done that before as well with pret 87-88 strand (people who served me beautifully). And the staff at this branch was not at all accomodating. Literally went like if you are vegetarian isn't my problem it's not like you have a allergy were the exact words. Whole my life I haven't had meat. Embarrasing people still think like this in 2023. Dont do a service if you cant accomodate someone. I feel sad because pret at one hand is opening its vegetarian branches and on the other side is being a complete hypocrite.

They sell porridge but couldn’t be bothered to order enough honey for customers. At 10am the “ran out of honey”

The Italian prosciutto baguette was delicious. And the ginger shots are a nice kick of energy.

Inconsistent service. Coming for a year and was always able to collect coffee for my colleagues on their subscription. They now refused it first time saying I was never able to do it ????? Very poor. Losing a good customer

End of the day it's a coffee shop and fast food place. Sandwiches are consistent and the coffee is always good. Not too busy considering where it's located, if you can get a window seat then you get great views of Trafalgar Square, but there aren't many of these.

Les produits sont frais et sains, comme c'est le cas dans tous leurs établissements. Cependant, j'ai été très déçue par le service. Le personnel m'a regardé d'un air désagréable lorsque j'ai payé en espèces et m'a informé qu'ils n'avaient pas de monnaie à me rendre. J'ai donc dû utiliser ma carte bancaire française pour régler, en incluant la taxe. Je trouve cela incroyable de rencontrer de telles difficultés dans un lieu aussi fréquenté par les touristes.

my matcha was way too hot and without any foam which was a disappointment. it was also handed to another customer so i had to run after them and clear up the confusion. not possible to pay cash. no toilets. i used to love this place but i don’t think i’ll come anymore :(

We stepped in grab an on-the-go breakfast, but would've loved to have seen more variety of baked goods, especially British staples like jam and biscuits.

Terrible customer service. I’ve entered and said ‘hello’ twice to the person taking my order and i received a gesture to suggest ‘what do you want’ Not welcoming at all. And Mocha ‘latte’s are terrible.

No toilet. Yesterday I bought coffee and a sandwich. I asked for a bathroom when I finished, but apparently they don't have one.

Food and drink quality was pretty much the same as most Prets. Staff were quite slow at serving. Unfortunately, it was annoying to find that they don’t have a toilet after having a number of drinks there to be sent to the public loos elsewhere. So we decided to take our meeting somewhere else rather than stay bit longer.

This is a busy shop with seating that can be a challenge. Be patient to wait your turn. The sandwich options was acceptable and the racks were refilled fast. Take your own mug and have it filled for coffee on the go.

Une très bonne chaîne de restauration rapide, cependant l’amabilité de l’hôte de caisse maître sandwich est à revoir . Je n’ai pas passé un Exellent moment .

Omar told me that he cannot make my own coffee on the pretext that there are two and a half hours left until the shop closes, and that there is no other customer who will buy black coffee if he fills it in the machine. This is a selfish, unacceptable and non-combustible act.

It's a Pret. Takeaway or sit in hot drinks, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Surprisingly good service and well stocked considering the central London location. A good banker in a pinch and you can sit outside and watch the world go by of you're lucky to grab a sit. Fairly sure there's no loo though...

The restaurant sent me the incorrect food and their replacement contained mushrooms which I am allergic to so I could not eat it. I did not even get contacted about the change.

I ordered an Oat milk hot chocolate, a banana and a Bircher muesli bowl, The hot chocolate is cold, and the cup is only half full, I called Pret Trafalgar square, and they said it may be because of the foam that had settled. This is a totally ridiculous explanation. The banana is OLD!, they said it might have a few spots on it.....I wish I could upload a picture!

The hot choc was good - but if you’re selling full meal deals and drinks etc…. Why is there no toilet? For people that buy something, or even need it desperately when there are no toilets around, it’s a bit ridiculous for a chain like Pret not to have one! If you’re sat and you’ve bought a meal and drink from Pret, I would expect them to have a toilet for the customers - if you sell food/drink, it’s kind of a basic need. Not really impressed. I ended up going to Cafe Nero afterwards, so maybe next time just get a coffee/sandwich there instead

Opening hours are different from reported hours on their website and Google. I came to the coffee shop at 06:30 - there was staff inside and they said they only open from 7am. Very disappointing!

This is a large cafe with more than 20 seats yet when asked to use the toilet was told there isn't one,the guy was rude which made things awkward, said it was a takeaway and didn't need 1.
