My wife wheelchair bound lady was welcomed by lovely man at door he was polite and friendly respectful efficient ,Joshua was a real diamond couldn't be more comfortable with him a real asset but sadly moving on to university soon good luck, this place is efficiently run indeed very impressed cleanliness top of list ,always clear tables straight away and clean table and under it most important, food top notch I had garlic churrussco chicken burger with coleslaw and rice my wife had double chicken burger with rice ,followed by pastel de nate and goey caramel cheesecake with coconut gelato perfect, nandos need to use this lady manager for template for all nandos restaurants well done looking forward to returning soon all staff engaging and friendly

Had this Nando’s last night and now have food poisoning

Food was delicious. Drinks are a bit pricey but that strawberry dragon fruit flavour was incredible. I unfortunately had my plate swept while I was in the washroom - an honest mistake to make, the food was mostly finished. However the manager very kindly provided complete reordering of the dish. Truly above and beyond service.

Popped in for a quick nandos before going to the theatre. Food was prepared and on our table within 10 minutes. Staff were attentive, security was also friendly. I left my umbrella on the table and came back for it 2 hours later. Thankfully the staff kept it behind the counter for me!

Me & my friends were looked after by Miyah & Aaliyah. Miyah was constantly at our service, very polite, caring & friendly 10/10 service. Aaliyah was very patient, helpful, polite & sweet she cleared all of our mess as we were a big noisy group. We’re grateful for your patience & kindness girls. You made our experience worthwhile xx

Wanted quick bite to eat. Order at Kiosk or phone and they bring to your table. Best part as an American Tourist. They have an ice machine which after a week of room temperature water was great

This is the best run nandos we have been in, cleanliness top marks all staff polite and friendly respectful efficient manner, food was great boneless thighs amazing, best garlic bread ever, caramel cheesecake with coconut Gelato off the scale, will definitely return, only thing make sure ask everyone if they have been to nandos before and explain order on app on table or at till two Americans on there vacation were sitting looking sad until I explained the way it rolls had a laugh about then

Good option to eat, the food is good, the quality of the food is good and the taste is very acceptable, the atmosphere is very busy and fast-paced, it is almost self-service, you order at the cashier, you take your cutlery and drinks, The modality is surprising, in fact at the end of dinner my son as a joke said that now to finish washing the dishes :) RECOMMENDED.

Was gonna be 3 stars due to long wait for food but the legend who checked if I needed mayonnaise saved the day.

Probably fine sitting in but we ordered from here and too many things were wrong/missing to even try to enjoy the meal. Spoils the whole meal when you receive half of what you ordered and we’re looking forward to.

Overcooked (dry) and poorly seasoned chicken, Peri peri salted chips not seasoned well too.

Chicken was a bit bland but fries are always good.

Excellent service and very delicious food. The roast chicken is excellent. Similar to roasted chicken from Mexico

We waited forever for food and had to ask why several tables seated after us had received their food and were even finished with their food and ours hadn't come yet. The manager tried to tell us that we'd ordered something "more complicated than typical" and that our order was on the second prep line, or some such like that... We ordered basic wraps with not a single out-of-the-ordinary request. We'd have much preferred that she just tell us truth. Food was ok, but the long wait and the manager's insincerity pretty much spoiled our experience.

First time ever having Nando’s and loved it here!!! Amazing food and service. So friendly and happy staff. Food was delicious and hot and quick. Love the bottomless drinks. Good prices App wasn’t working but that’s not a bad thing - staff would get more tips without the app!!! They work so hard and are so friendly. Would definitely recommend and return!! ❤️

A bit disappointed with the size of the chicken. The coselaw portion is even bigger. Taste is ok though here in Asia here is more 🌶️. Service is good and price is reasonable.

I loved the food here. But this place is a sensory nightmare. If you have sensory issues, I suggest getting take away or bringing ear plugs it's loud! It's worth it for the food, though.

It was a bit busy when I went there but a very kind Indian lady found a table for me and assisted me in ordering. She was very friendly and helpful, she explained the process very well. It can be confusing if this is your first time in Nandos. The food was amazing, too. I had the sunset burger with chips and a Sagres beer.

The butterfly chicken was wonderful, I had it with chips and rice. I can highly recommend Nandos. It's by far one of my favourite restaurants in the UK. This particular restaurant in Victoria is small, and the staff were not as friendly and welcoming, but it is what it is. At least the food was good.

Very nice place. Country style, wooden tables soft background music, kind service and clean toilets. Kids love it. I recommend it.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Busy place, so we figured - good food. Told to order online at the table. Every time we tried to place the order, we were told something was unavailable to order. Wife tried to order a chicken sandwich with no spice-menu says get the one with a "hint of bbq". Way too spicy. I get a split chicken chicken breast, medium. Spice was fine. Issue was the both of our chicken orders were so overcooked and dry, they were among the worst pieces of chicken I've ever had. Our table mates split a full chicken, theirs is juicy and perfectly cooked. £40 for dry chicken. When waiter asked how our meal was, he was told, and he just looked sheepish and said "sorry". Horrible first impression.

The first time visiting this branch, I came in with my daughter and her friend, had a lovely experience. We all ordered the chicken thigh fillets and asked that they were well done, it was done to how we like it, no complaints there, tasty food and served by a friendly man, great customer service, I wish I had got his name to send in a customer review for him. Worst nandos I've ever been to.

We arrived and were immediately seated at a high table. They made sure that we were comfortable at all times. After so many days of typical English food we were grateful to change and eat chicken. The chicken was delicious as well as the starters. The attention from the workers of 10.

They use poor quality packaging for their delivery orders so the bags always break and leak.

It was our first time at Nando's and it was really good. We had the Garlic Churrasco Burger (medium) in garlic bread with corn on the cob and chips, once just the Garlic Churrasco Burger (mild) in garlic bread and once the Grilled Chicken Wrap (mild) with coleslaw and garlic bread. You can order either using the QR code at the table or at the counter. The food was brought to the table within 10 minutes. The food was really tasty and you could always refill the soft drinks. You can also help yourself to the sauces. We paid a total of £52 for the three cokes.

We went for a dinner. We are impressed from all people working there and especially Angel. She welcomed us with a very warm and positive attitude. We were not sure what to order - Angel was kind and patience and recommended great food. It was big pleasure to meet such a wonderful person with great smile and attitude. Ordered 2 chicken wraps ,, took 30 minutes to arrive , the place wasn’t even busy ,,food came,,it says chicken breast wrap , I think it came of a Sparrow ,,hardly any meat inside ,, better off with Macdonalds wrap of the day ,,or across road , perri perri chicken in wraps ,, or spicy chicken take away ,, very dissapointed

The service was poor- the staff just looked at us like we were aliens for needing their help. They just let kids trash the place and cause a raucous and didn’t have any peri salt but failed to say until the food had arrived.

Very delicious food and friendly service. I had the boneless chicken thighs, spicy rice and coleslaw, finished off with a warm chocolate pudding. All was very good. Music a bit loud, but all in all a very nice experience.

We were there in the evening for dinner. We got seated in few minutes even though it was pretty busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Once you are seated, you simply scan qr code put your order online. Easy and fast. I ordered chicken thighs with sides, it was tasty. I recommend you to check the spicemeter though. I couldn’t go past 2 points as a spice lover myself, it can go really hot very quick. You won’t regret it!

The employees were friendly, but the person who seemed to be the boss didn't seem that good. Two women ordered the flat menu and there was too much, and the fried rice and corn on the side were delicious👍

Íbamos por un plato especial (familiar) que tienen pero llegamos tarde y ya no había. Estos platos son personales y llevan una porción de pollo y 2 complementos, en dónde se ve el plato casi vacío es por qué lo pedimos sin complementos y los platos son grandes. La porción completa de papas está al centro, muy ricas. El pollo es picante y en la carta indica el nivel de picante de cada tipo, el de la foto es al limón, muy bueno y no pica mucho.

Busy Nando's close to Victoria Station. We were ushered to table for two, which was a bit small. Staff were very helpful and the food was the usual good value and quality.

Food was warm and fresh, service was friendly and they helpfully accommodated a larger group of us as walk ins. Always recommend a Nandos!

The place was almost full when visited, once entered we got seated immediately. The staff was very friendly. We received our meals fast, it was perfect, tasty, just how we like it. The only negative is that when I asked for straw the lady told me they run out, which is not acceptable on Friday night.

The food scratches that itch when you're looking for some tasty chicken and sides. The chicken breast was a bit dry, but tasted great. Everything is clean, the service is good, and the decor is nice - not much to complain about!

So I think going to a lot of Nando's in the past and every time I go to the one with this current Patro resides is always very welcoming, professional, clean and service is top notch, but she I go back to the previous restaurants that used to run they always seem to be run down. I'm just wondering why she hasn't moved up further than being a patro. Maybe someone in head office has not heard of diversity inclusion! I went into Nando's the other day, and I created three sauces with what was available to me; I have to say they were really banging, and I ate it for the first time with the great limitator wrap. It was nice and didn't have any meat. Hope somebody doesn't try to steal my idea hint, hint nudge nudge. 😘

Really decent loaded chips. I was waiting 20 minutes before I went up and apparently my order hadn't gone to the kitchen. They made it pretty quickly though after that though it was nearly closing time. Better than what you can get at Nandos in Australia.
