Pret A Manger in City of London, Westminster

Very quick service but the staff were a little rude… paid in cash which seemed to annoy them which is a shame. The drink I got was very nice though!

Sarcastic staff, joking amongst themselves after I asked a question about how long the shop had been there, just plain rude, not what I expected from a Pret, usually polite etc, maybe they'd had a busy day, either way, I won't be going there again, another branch 5 minutes away.

This tiny little Pret is one of my all time favourites. It's tucked down a small alleyway and so easily overlooked. The staff are amazing. Super friendly, always keen to help and lightning fast. I've seen a long queue disappear in 2 minutes thanks to very efficient service. Pop in and say hello to the great team here.

Small location with limited range. Staff very friendly though and all your favourites as usual.

Very unprofessional lads. Laughing in the customer face! for what reason? I even had to ask what's the matter. Behaved very childish, and very unusual, i never come across such ^service^ before. Won't visit again this particular place. The branch next to the Victoria station is totally opposite, very professional and very pleasant service.

Amazing place. Tasty and healthy food very attractive to young people (avocado, salmon, mango...), beautiful atmosphere and very kind people. Fast service. Fair costs for such high quality ingredients. I strongly recommend it.

Located in a narrow lane way this Pret is smaller than usual but good service and clean operation- no seating.

It's safe to say that Pret A Mangers in Bristol need to up their game, the selection here in London is unparalleled; the shelves are always packed to the gunnels with freshly made sandwiches, soups, and salads to bless your every manger need! This is the new gold standard of Pret A Mangers for me. A Gert Lush 5 Stars.

Very friendly staff, one young lad in particular made my morning even better with his excellent service!

Good lunch options. Very friendly staff here and the coffee is good. Breakfast though is a different story. They mostly have porridge available and the brioche rolls (bacon/sausage and egg) are hardly ever available early morning.

Not sure why but this store is Always out of the Bakewell slices. However, the staff are friendly so I keep trying

Small convenient Pret for St James's. This Pret is tucked away in the middle of Crown passage amongst a number of other sandwich / food shops. Not much more to say. No seating, it is literally just pick your food, pay and then leave. The convenience is very good. The service is also quick and efficient

Was closed for refurbishment .Now reopened. It's become a lot bigger, but still the same number of cabinets and seems to offer less... (feels a bit empty?) Now very average.

I visited Pret in Crown Passage after over a year. The new layout is a clever use of their space (which is a tight squeeze) and the display shelves give a feeling of openness. The staff are always friendly, providing efficient service.

Estuvimos de visita en esta cadena de restoranes en Londres y la verdad quedé bien defraudada. Yo había visitado la misma franquicia en NYC y pensé la calidad y servicio serian el mismo. No hay espacio para sentarse a comer, filas eternas para ir al baño y la oferta de comida bastante regular

yummy First time I went to PRET A MANGER was in LONDON (if I remember well 2012), it become my cantine, it is fresh, healthy , tasteful Then I was delighted to be there in NEW YORK (2014). and now in PARIS (2017) I miss it so much in BRUSSELS !! Please come to Belgium!!

We always stop for a fresh sandwich and soup while in London. One of our favorite places for quality, delicious, quick lunch spots that never disappoints us.

Travelling to London I was thrilled to have easy access to good quality coffee. The service was quick and the snacks are surprising good and reasonably nutritious.

My first experience with Pret A Manger. We were touring London and just needed a quick lunch. The sandwich I had was incredibly fresh (they make them right on the premises), it is all self serve, extremely clean and fast. I wish we had these restaurants near where I live!

The food is fresh, with many healthy (and not-so-healthy) selections. The pastries were very good, and the porridge was just right - especially with the complimentary additions of honey, nuts and fruit compote. Lots of fruit available. Coffee was nice and strong! The Pret at Heathrow was running low on some items, unlike the others we visited in London, but it was a busy morning!

Love Pret for breakfast and lunch (sometimes both). Lots of options, many of them much healthier than you can get at other fast food outlets.

Much like any other Pret, food identical, though extremely small. Best avoided between 12.15 and 13.30 as it can be difficult to see the food cabinets.

Os sanduíches dessa rede são uma boa opção de comida orgânica de qualidade. O sanduíche de almondegas ficou como meu preferido. As sopas quentes achei muito gordurosas. Existe também os sanduíches frios, com preços razoáveis.

I think they offers better food and coffie then Starbucks. I always go here for breakfast and coffie when i´m in London. You know what you get and its good standard.

Firstly there are far too many Prets in London!!!! They are just everywhere which leaves little choice so I always end up in there as its just easy. My friend has the same problem and we were discussing if you were to introduce a Pret Loyalty Card we would have so many points! I love the Ham and cheese toasty it's always reliable, and I like the new Steak toasty also, actually all the toasties are pretty reliable, they aren't very reasonable with price for what it is, portions are small and this extra charge for sitting down is very unreasonable, its only a standard sit down area. Enough Prets in London now, please stop opening them!

Yummi and healthy sandwich but if you are Indian they you will not like mango shake for sure. Because we Indian like real test of Alphonso mangoes shake. However i will recommend this place for Good service, friendly staff and yummi health food to keep you fit.

I have yet to go into any branch of Pret A Manger to find the staff less than helpful and charming, and the food other than really good. They'll give you a delicious cup of coffee and pain aux raisins, and always with a smile.I highly recommend this chain - the best by far in London as far as I'm concerned.

Lanches naturais com produtos frescos, frutas, sucos e até sopas. Bem gostosinho e, para Londres, barato. Dá para comer no local ou levar para o piquenique.

There are Pret a Mangers all over London, and they all offer the same food. The food is fairly good and fresh for a quick meal. We grabbed sandwiches for lunch there several days.

Meus pais gostaram, mas eu achei bem mais ou menos. É mais para uma refeição leve e rápida, há saladas e sanduíches, mas mesmo assim, não gostei da qualidade. Pesa à favor da rede o fato de serem restaurantes amplos e limpos e estarem espalhados por toda a cidade.
