Came here for lunch on a wintry weekend day. Was busy at lunchtime but not overly so and didn't wait at all to get a table. I would advise however that on a cold day ask for a table downstairs as it was sooo cold upstairs and nice and toasty downstairs.

May, made my experience at Nando's top tier. Her diligence to her craft, in serving the food, to ensuring the place was so tidy was really appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure the space I was in stayed comfortable and stayed warm. I recently visited Nando's Baker Street with a couple of friends and had an amazing dining experience! I ordered the Butterfly Chicken, which was cooked to perfection and fell off the bone. The Garlic Bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the Corn on the Cob was grilled to perfection. The Nando's sauces were so tasty , each one having its own different profile making the mouth burst with flavours. The best part? Unlimited drinks! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who ensured our glasses were always full. Overall, I'd highly recommend Nando's Baker Street for anyone craving delicious Portuguese-inspired food in a vibrant atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!" 5/5 stars.

I recently visited Nando's and was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. I ordered the Spicy Rice Bowl and the Chicken Burger, but when the food arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. It's hard to enjoy a meal when it’s served lukewarm at best. To make matters worse, the staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude. I felt completely ignored and uncomfortable throughout the experience. When I expressed my concerns about the cold food, the manager was dismissive and even seemed to get aggressive, making me feel intimidated and unwelcome. It was completely unacceptable. I’ve been a fan of Nando's in the past, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Poor food quality and unprofessional staff really ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Nando's Baker Street: A Hot Mess, Literally and Figuratively This Nando's location single-handedly ruined my opinion of the entire brand. From the moment we walked in, it was a disaster. We were led to the basement, which felt like a sauna – hot, humid, and extremely uncomfortable. Apparently, the upstairs tables are right by the kitchen, so your clothes reek of cooking smells. Talk about a lose-lose situation! Then came the ordering fiasco. They insist you order online, but there's zero cell service in the basement, and their Wi-Fi is non-existent. We had to trek back upstairs to order at the counter, defeating the whole purpose. The service was atrocious. Our waitress was incredibly rude and ignored our requests until we finally asked for the manager (who, thankfully, was much more helpful). The whole place was filthy. The ice tea machine was on a disgusting table and empty, and the diet coke machine sprayed me with soda when I tried to use it! The waitress didn't even care. Dirty napkins were strewn everywhere, adding to the overall grime. The food was the final straw. Our order was cold, the chicken sandwich buns were soggy and drenched in some unknown liquid, and they brought us the wrong fries (cold, might I add). To top it off, the bathroom floor was soaking wet with no warning sign, and I nearly slipped. This was my first and LAST time at this Nando's. It was a complete waste of money, and honestly, I wish I'd gone to Popeyes instead. Avoid this place at all costs!

Very good, we were welcomed by Aïssatou who was adorable and who speaks French. This Nando’s is Halal so that’s a plus. I recommend 🫶🏻

It is a busy place, as you would expect. We went for dinner on a Tuesday night in late December and it was heaving. Food was good as per usual nandos.

Enjoyed dining here. I would say its one of the best nando's. Food, service was spot on. Laura helped make our experience lovely.

Halal nandos, food are delicious. Quite long queues.

The food was quite dry and lacked flavor, which made the dining experience disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff appeared unmotivated and unhelpful. As a parent with a baby in a buggy, I requested seating upstairs to avoid the inconvenience of moving the buggy. However, the staff member informed me there was no available seating upstairs, despite visible tables becoming free. Instead, she suggested I go downstairs but did not offer assistance to carry the buggy or provide storage options upstairs. This lack of consideration made the visit unnecessarily stressful.

Najeeb was terrific. Great sense of humour and wonderful service. He took care of our whole group and went above and beyond. This man needs a promotion!

Don’t use this store !! Customer service is disgusting. I ordered a delivery the guy broke down they took my money and refused to give me food. I offered to walk to driver to collect or collect from store. I now have to wait 3 days for a refund. Where does that leave me stranded in London no food no money. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a a long time.

Fast food restaurant specializing in spicy chicken: hamburgers, pita bread, etc. Frequented by young people, it is quite noisy at least on the ground floor. The service is friendly and they are quite fast. Average price. Two burgers with garnish and two beers £40

We had a group (of 12) lunch at this Nandos and we were treated like kings and queens all through our course meal. Kudos to the manager (Claire) who's affectionate customer service was examplary and created a very relaxing ambience. The atmosphere was great and tranquil, we had a private-feel to our visit as we were given an almost exclusive corner in the restaurant. 10/10 great customer service, atmosphere, staff, and the manager was class. We even got offered some complimentary bottled water on the house to top it all up. Make your visit and come thank me later, Claire is your go-to-person. Flawless, thanks guys, you're the best 👍🏾👌🏾

Incredibly flavorful, juicy and tender chicken thighs. I love all the sauce bottles you can get on the side. And the spice levels. Spicy rice and coleslaw are awesome too. I wouldn’t recommend the wings though as they’re grilled (not fried). Note you have to order via QR code or at the counter. They then bring it to your table number. Location is halal. Be prepared to line up. There is a downstairs section as well, so it’s pretty big.

I was here last night and it was the worst experience of my life. They brought our food out but only one meal (that was already cold) and my wife had to wait for her meal to be brought to the table. After 10 minutes I went to see what was happening to her food at the point where they said its not ready and I have to wait. After a while they brought her sides which were also cold so I had to send everything back. I forgot to mention that before all of this even happened the waitor threw the haloumi sticks on to the table and I had to catch them and got sauce all over me. Finally they brought all the food back at the same time but my wife's food was wrong this time so I had to send it back AGAIN. The waitor I spoke to was not engaging and wasn't polite at all, he just tried to ignore me. I'll never go there again and will tell people not to go there either

I had a great time with great complimentary food that went with it. I would particularly like to thank Mimi who greeted me at the door of the Baker Street Nando’s and made me feel super welcome. She checked on me during my meal to ask if I needed any assistance and was just a start overall! The service was impeccable and made me really enjoy my day overall.

I am going to highlight Laura for special praise. She welcomed me with a pleasant greet at the door. She made a big table available for us as we were 6 people and 3 of them were under 5yrs. I had two buggies with me and Laura helped me carry the larger buggy I had with me to my table. That buggy is heavy but she helped me without any hesitation. Food was great as usual and was served promptly. Atmosphere was good too as we got in just before the lunchtime rush. But again I must repeat Laura made it 5 star experience.

I had an amazing experience at Nando’s on Baker Street! This was my first time visiting, and I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding customer service. Nayara, the assistant manager, took wonderful care of us, ensuring everything was perfect throughout the meal. Ewa, May and Veronica were also fantastic, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Both of them made my experience truly enjoyable. Overall, the service was awesome, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service, they don’t even know how to communicate properly. You have to figure everything out on your own. They literally gave us a join reward card and without explaining what is it for.
