The food was all undercooked. The corn on cob didn't come with butter, when I asked for some they looked at me like I was speaking german. Literally all the food was undercooked.

La peor comida posible. La envoltura del imitador con chips. Chips fríos sin vida metidos en una caja de cartón empapada. Una envoltura asquerosa saturada, mermelada de chile dulce enfermizo, mayonesa y ensalada podrida. Simplemente no comestible. Este lugar está muy ocupado y los baños están sucios. Los de Nando lo hacen mejor. Podría haber encendido una cerilla con mi dinero. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

It's Nandos - what's not to like!

We had a great lunch after madame taussad visit. The staff was very kind to help us explaining the menù. In particular Laura was very gentle and professional. The food was great and the price right. Worth eating here.

Hambrientos después de todo un día de viaje necesitábamos un lugar muy cerca de donde estábamos alojados. El personal era amable y nos atendieron bien Ewa y Laura. La comida era muy sabrosa y apreciamos la elección de lo caliente que queríamos hacerlo. La mesa estaba en el tamaño más pequeño para seis y funcionaba solo porque dos eran niños. Al final de nuestra estancia el ambiente era un poco ruidoso como el restaurante se llenó gradualmente.

Your rainbow slaw is really dry, old salad, too sharp - it’s like awful taste compared to other nandos near bond st.

Laura was very hospitable and welcoming, food was amazing and Laura let us sit next to the window which made the experience even better.

I came here with my family considering we were in central London and were about to go to KFC but went here and as soon as we went downstairs to have a seat we saw our other family so we sat together!! The experience is very autonomous. You order with a QR and pay in the application by entering your card information, which is not super reliable either. The food itself was delicious, but little amount of chicken in the pita breads

I come in everyday for a Caesar salad with chicken and haloumi, I’ve eaten in and I’ve gotten takeaway many times. Today the takeaway was DISGUSTING BLAND and hardly any sauce? No Parmesan cheese? I paid over £15 for salad that had no flavour and tasted like grass. I then called to complain and was told ‘I made the salad that’s strange, As if I’m going to lie about a salad ? very disappointed, the manager said she made the salad ? I guess she needs more training. In the photos you can see the difference between the salads.

Had a really nice experience, young man named Uzair went above and beyond making sure we had a good time. Really friendly and inviting staff.

Remote ordering but impeccable service with a smile too. Hearty and tasty meal. Be careful with spicy or extra spicy taste so choose mild if you can’t stand it. Drink at will. For dessert, the little Portuguese pastel de nata cakes are a real delight. The small drawback is that the basement room is sometimes really noisy in the presence of large families with children, but no worries.

Chicken was really good, Nando’s in the UK is miles better than North America. Serving is smaller in the UK however. Service was mid but nothing terrible.

Uk Nando’s is my favourite So coming back here is always a treat …I love Nando’s too yum My craving statisfied And being a Muslim I prefer Halal “BAKER STREET” Nando’s is halal 🫡🫡🫡

We have visited Nando’s on many occasions and have rarely experienced bad customer service until today. The staff member at the door was friendly and seated us promptly. I had two young children with me, and they were hungry, so I wanted to order their favourite meals. When I went to place our order at the till, I was informed that they had no chicken wings available from the Nandino menu. This was incredibly disappointing, as the kids' menu is already limited, and that was really the only chicken item my kids eat there. The staff member at the till admitted that the only other chicken option was chicken breast, which is dry and tasteless. She also mentioned that I *should* have been informed about this beforehand, which I wasn’t. Had I known, I wouldn’t have sat down, made the kids comfortable, and promised them a meal they couldn’t have. There was no empathy, no apology, and no attempt to rectify the situation. I asked if, on this occasion, given that they failed to inform us in advance, they could offer a quarter chicken as a replacement. It was a firm no. Then, the manager, 'Rabah', was brought in, and he insisted that I either pay adult meal prices for my two young children or order the dry chicken they wouldn’t eat. Clearly, these staff members have no understanding of what it's like to dine with children. Their customer service was non-existent. The manager was dismissive, spoke to me rudely, and walked off. At this point, I was frustrated, but with two hungry children, I had no choice but to pay for three adult meals. When the food arrived, while the chicken itself was fine (I ordered quarter leg pieces), the pricing felt extortionate for one adult and two young kids. On top of that, the broccoli side was overcooked and inedible, and the mac and cheese was rubbery, the entire portion stuck together in one solid piece. Neither was suitable for any person to eat, let alone my children. To make matters worse, when I stepped away to refill drinks, I returned to find that our entire table had been cleared, including my half-eaten meal. At this point, I was completely fed up. A waitress did apologise and offered a replacement meal, but I just wanted to leave. I requested a refund for the meal they had taken away, and I could see staff members deliberating over it, throwing glances in my direction, which made me feel even worse. This was just terrible service and a terrible way to handle the situation, completely unprofessional. The only reason I’m giving a (reluctant) two-star review is that the manager eventually agreed to refund 1 meal ( that was cleared away and taken before I was finished) and some of the food was edible. However, this was far from the quality of service and food I’ve come to expect from Nando’s. *Parents, be mindful of asking what is/ isn't available with little ones.* *Baker Street Nando’s, you need to improve your customer service and ensure that customers are informed of missing menu items *before* they sit down and order. Ideally, don't talk about your customers right in front of them*.

Absolutely terrible experience. Arrived and ordered at 10:30PM. At 11PM, we were informed that our order had been “stolen” by an uber delivery driver. They have a woman working the delivery station whose sole job is sorting orders, so it was obviously her error. The manager offers us a refund (assuming because they are now shut and can’t make our food). As we are getting our refund, the woman organizing the orders has the audacity to say “that’s what you get for ordering at 11PM” when we have been standing in their store for 30 minutes. Never been to a Nandos before and won’t be back

Nando's thus far has been an excellent experience but on this particular day, my chicken was burnt and i couldn't really enjoy the food. I had the option of asking the staff to change the burnt food but i decided to take it anyway... although, it is irresponsible and unprofessional for a restaurant staff to serve such food. My spouse ordered a burger and the bun was also slightly overdone/burnt.

Very clean. Food came out in a quick time. Though, lack of staff and having to order through a QR Code isn't something I enjoy doing.

I grew to like the place. I go there with my university mates. I also noticed that the staff has improved a lot of judging from the positive attitude of Laura from Colombia.

We were very well received and accompanied in this restaurant. Ordering via telephone and QR code is a little complicated at first, but with their free WiFi everything is in order. The waitress was very attentive and the food was really very good. Choice of spicy or not spicy cuisine, and really hearty. Perfect for a short stopover.

Came here for lunch on a wintry weekend day. Was busy at lunchtime but not overly so and didn't wait at all to get a table. I would advise however that on a cold day ask for a table downstairs as it was sooo cold upstairs and nice and toasty downstairs.

May, made my experience at Nando's top tier. Her diligence to her craft, in serving the food, to ensuring the place was so tidy was really appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure the space I was in stayed comfortable and stayed warm. I recently visited Nando's Baker Street with a couple of friends and had an amazing dining experience! I ordered the Butterfly Chicken, which was cooked to perfection and fell off the bone. The Garlic Bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the Corn on the Cob was grilled to perfection. The Nando's sauces were so tasty , each one having its own different profile making the mouth burst with flavours. The best part? Unlimited drinks! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who ensured our glasses were always full. Overall, I'd highly recommend Nando's Baker Street for anyone craving delicious Portuguese-inspired food in a vibrant atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!" 5/5 stars.

I recently visited Nando's and was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. I ordered the Spicy Rice Bowl and the Chicken Burger, but when the food arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. It's hard to enjoy a meal when it’s served lukewarm at best. To make matters worse, the staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude. I felt completely ignored and uncomfortable throughout the experience. When I expressed my concerns about the cold food, the manager was dismissive and even seemed to get aggressive, making me feel intimidated and unwelcome. It was completely unacceptable. I’ve been a fan of Nando's in the past, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Poor food quality and unprofessional staff really ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Nando's Baker Street: A Hot Mess, Literally and Figuratively This Nando's location single-handedly ruined my opinion of the entire brand. From the moment we walked in, it was a disaster. We were led to the basement, which felt like a sauna – hot, humid, and extremely uncomfortable. Apparently, the upstairs tables are right by the kitchen, so your clothes reek of cooking smells. Talk about a lose-lose situation! Then came the ordering fiasco. They insist you order online, but there's zero cell service in the basement, and their Wi-Fi is non-existent. We had to trek back upstairs to order at the counter, defeating the whole purpose. The service was atrocious. Our waitress was incredibly rude and ignored our requests until we finally asked for the manager (who, thankfully, was much more helpful). The whole place was filthy. The ice tea machine was on a disgusting table and empty, and the diet coke machine sprayed me with soda when I tried to use it! The waitress didn't even care. Dirty napkins were strewn everywhere, adding to the overall grime. The food was the final straw. Our order was cold, the chicken sandwich buns were soggy and drenched in some unknown liquid, and they brought us the wrong fries (cold, might I add). To top it off, the bathroom floor was soaking wet with no warning sign, and I nearly slipped. This was my first and LAST time at this Nando's. It was a complete waste of money, and honestly, I wish I'd gone to Popeyes instead. Avoid this place at all costs!

It is a busy place, as you would expect. We went for dinner on a Tuesday night in late December and it was heaving. Food was good as per usual nandos.

Enjoyed dining here. I would say its one of the best nando's. Food, service was spot on. Laura helped make our experience lovely.

Halal nandos, food are delicious. Quite long queues.

The food was quite dry and lacked flavor, which made the dining experience disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff appeared unmotivated and unhelpful. As a parent with a baby in a buggy, I requested seating upstairs to avoid the inconvenience of moving the buggy. However, the staff member informed me there was no available seating upstairs, despite visible tables becoming free. Instead, she suggested I go downstairs but did not offer assistance to carry the buggy or provide storage options upstairs. This lack of consideration made the visit unnecessarily stressful.

Najeeb was terrific. Great sense of humour and wonderful service. He took care of our whole group and went above and beyond. This man needs a promotion!

Don’t use this store !! Customer service is disgusting. I ordered a delivery the guy broke down they took my money and refused to give me food. I offered to walk to driver to collect or collect from store. I now have to wait 3 days for a refund. Where does that leave me stranded in London no food no money. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a a long time.
