After they entered the coffee shop and ordered a coffee, you addressed the Asian girl behind the bar saying "nǐ hǎo" ("hello" in Chinese). She didn't take it as they expected, and she felt uncomfortable, so she spoke to the manager, who intervened and asked them to leave. That's the full story; Let everyone draw their own conclusions.

On 09-27-24 we had a horrible and unpleasant experience, the manager (who is hardly a manager due to her treatment), kicked us out of the place without even giving us room for explanations, in a very bad way she told us that we had to leave and that Even though we had just bought a coffee (which was not coffee, because when we opened the glasses it was just warm milk!!) we had to leave, because of a misunderstanding with the girl who served us, she had nothing to listen to and just wanted to that we should leave, that we could drink the supposed coffee that we bought outside, I want to clarify that my mother is coming from a delicate operation and moves with a little difficulty, she does it with a cane, something that the pseudo manager did not care about and despite that this was visible to my mother and me without any conversation. Obviously we returned the glass of warm milk and he didn't even apologize for that delivery, he only ironically told us that in “London” we should order it as a “Latte”, as if we never had a coffee in our lives. I would like you to have some kind of action against this person with the position of “manager” (called Débora P. 35539, according to the ticket he gave us), so that this does not happen again with anyone since I consider that it is a very bad image for his company. Not enough comfy chairs. I am disabled so those stools arent suitable. Only 2 chairs available. The rest are stools. Do better!!

I go here for croissants sometimes. When they are well cooked they are delicious . This branch usually cook them well. Thank you. Some of the other branches sell them half cooked and then they are an inedible waste of money . Staff are friendly despite being so busy .

Staff don’t understand the difference between tea with a dash of milk and white tea. And show disdain when asked to replace. Bad attitude.

Staff not able to communicate with someone who is hard of hearing. Shouting isn't the answer!

They are quite good, convenient location, but they have messed my order a few times.I asked for an oat mocha and they gave me a latte. And when you are on the way to work as most people are you don’t have time to go back and get it changed. So it’s just a waste.

Not one of the best branches. Small. Limited product range. Filthy. Very few mainly high seats inside and some normal tables outside. Sandwich was nice but it was uncomfortable to sit for long on the high seats with people walking in and out over you. Take away is probably better!

The hot chocolate tastes like chocolate and the coffee comes cheaper than the place next to it, very noice.

I like this place a lot! You can have a lot of things, from healthy and light ones to the more gourmet!! It's not expensive and you can have a take away but you can also sit and eat your meal there!

Fuimos allí para tomar un café hoy. He ordenado chocolate caliente para mi hijo. Lo derramó sobre sus pantalones y piso. El gerente fue muy útil. Limpió el piso y enjuagó los pantalones de mi hijo con agua. Mi hijo incluso fue recompensado con una galleta por su comportamiento tonto y el gerente nos ofreció un chocolate caliente fresco, que rechazamos porque temíamos que se repitiera el derrame. Muy positivamente sorprendido.

El peor pesebre de Pret de la historia Mesas muy sucias, tomaron el Mgr 15 minutos antes de limpiarlas cuando se solicitó. . . . . sándwiches hechos en local v mal Gerente presente el domingo 23 de junio de 2019 c 12 - 00 a 13: 00 también muy arrogante y grosero. Espero que Pret se ocupe de esto.

Pret never fails to provide an excellent salad for lunch when other places are very busy! Perfect pit stop and reasonable prices.

There was a guy called MATE (yeah, that's his name :)) served me super fast and on a polite way, he even let the till to show me where can I find what I'm looking for, and kept smiling all the time.

A bit of a sucker for Pret soup. Not sure whether it’s good and healthy but it’s the taste that hits the spot. Roasted and slightly spiced tomato today. Nice.

Pretty rubbish that they don't have a toilet and don't warn people about it. I went in and bought a coffee, then realised the place lacked necessary facilities. I would have chosen another place if I'd known that was the state of things. Perhaps they should have a sign letting people know about this in the window so we don't waste our time and money?

It may be one of the smaller Prets in London (not many places to sit down and gets busy at peak times obviously) - however service is quick and efficient so you don't queue for very long

This is a fairly good pret although it is quite small with limited seating but friendly staff who serve you quickly and efficiently

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat on our way back from shopping. There were plenty of food and drink options and we were able to check-out and eat fairly quickly. The juice blend that I bought was really good and the sandwiches are fine too.

There are masses of sandwich chains/outlets in London. This chain is consistently the best. Delicious, good-value sandwiches with other nice options - salads, bread-free sandwiches, baguettes etc. Also a great choice of desserts and drinks.

Unfortunately there was no mini baguette of ham, cheese and tomato, I had to settle for cucumber and tuna mayo. It was still pretty good. Fruit salad cups are divine with mango and blueberry. Incredibly good and well priced. Pret is always fresh and fabulous.

Good sandwiches, soups and salads. Quick service and a few tables if you want to eat in. Try the posh cheddar baguette and the crayfish and avocado salad. The kale crisps are also good. It's not super cheap but you get tasty food.

Located just a short walk from busy Oxford Street ( behind the John Lewis Department) is this outlet of the dependable Pret A Manger franchise. Healthy fast food with good options for those of us that are gluten sensitive, I can rely on Pret for fresh salads and great smoothies. This particular location was quite crowded and finding table space was a challenge for a short time.

Wide selection, great choice, wonderful quality at a fair price.All can be eaten on the premises or taken away.

I stopped here for a break after shopping. It's situated a good distance away from the hustle and bustle, which is nice. The atmosphere was relaxing but the tables are too close to one another. The staff were friendly. I had a fresh fruit smoothie and a muffin sold to me as "healthy" because it had seeds. It was good but with a jam centre it was far from healthy....and then I checked: it was nearly 500 calories!

Loved these places for take a rest for a while before shopping especially for breakfast, take the coffee, juice and fresh egg sandwich and of course chocolate bar....love it!

The sandwiches are brilliant and tasty, and you can choose lots of variety. This is my number one choice for a quick snack during lunch. However, mocha cafe is a bit something to be desired and fell short of my expectation. You should try Costa's, they are the best!

Siempre es una buena alternativa para comer un poco mas sano. La comida es excelente y hay bastante variedad, lo opuesto a cadenas de comida rápida. Los precios no son lo mas económico pero se justifica la diferencia.

I looked the name up when I returned home - ready to eat. My sister found one in Oxford, there's one in every block in London. We ate in at least one. The sandwiches are tasty and many of the stores have J20, my drink of choice in the UK. She enjoyed the chips. I enjoyed a large tart. Food may vary from store to store, but overall the quality seems good.

Was very pleasantly shrouded by the wonderful service I received at this Pret. Always good, but with the range now of good natural drinks I might stop more often.
