No greeting, smile, nod, thanks etc Raza did not say anything apart from asking if I wanted the toastie warm. He did not ask if it was a take away, if I wanted a receipt and even if I asked 3 times for a latte. He still didn’t add it to the order, and when I got the toastie and said I had ordered a latte all he said was: ‘Do you want a latte?’ Bad service from Raza, today at 13:15 and no one waiting behind me. Disappointing since usually the service in Pret is good and friendly. Easy to improve, but I got a feeling that that is not his main focus.

Find another place closeby. Absolutely disgusting service at 1543 on 08/02/25. Ordered a chai latte which was absolutely cold. Didn't make it again and did not even want to accept that they are pathetic at their job. Kept demanding my reciept which I did not have but had proof of payment etc my bank app. Will not come to this branch again. Untrained staff. Read other reviews talking about same thing. The company doesnt care. Probaboy employ cheap staff and no spending on training.

I visited tonight for coffee around 6:00 PM, planning to stay until 7:30 PM according to their posted hours. Due to the bad weather, more people gathered, and everyone intended to relax and enjoy the Friday evening. However, a staff member abruptly announced that they would be closing in 5 minutes—even though it was only 6:45 PM. Their decision to shorten the operating hours, combined with the rude attitude of the staff, left me extremely disappointed. I give this place 1 star and will not be returning.

I haven't had such ugly coffee in a while. The bathroom doesn't work for them either.

Found shelter in this Pret during a really cold day thinking my family and I could stay here while waiting for the appointment at the Sky Garden at 6pm. This Pret was meant to close at 5:30 (as stated on the website and on the timesheet at the door with the festive opening times). We were told after a while we were there that the cafe was closing at 4:50, which created a lot of confusion. When I confronted the waitress, she confirmed the closing time was 5pm. Funny enough when I left the opening time sheet was not displayed at the front door anymore. Service was also terrible, ordered two teas and milk was added without asking before hand. What if I was allergic and I didn’t check before drinking? Definitely not coming back!

Had lunch from here on a Thursday. I had the tomato soup which was pretty decent. And a Christmas baguette. The baguette was a bit average. Could do with a bit more cranberry. Service was quick and polite.

Ordered an oat latte with hazelnut. First time they made it, they used dairy, the 2nd time they used caramel! Too busy chatting with customers to get it right! How long before a customer has an allergic reaction to a wrong order!

🚨IMPORTANT REMINDER 🚨 🆘To Travelers: Please be very cautious when you are here or around! My friend got stolen a wallet sat this coffee shop. The wallet was in the jacket pocket with zipper. We set and leave the jacket next to us, a weird dude switched seat from left side to right side (which is switched seat next to my friend).

Save your time and money, or definitely check you're not being overcharged! Horrible way to start the day - overcharged and had to ask 5 times for an apology. Bad service and had to pay extra for it. Coffee was initially only warm so asked for extra milk that was hotter, just got more of the warm milk. I don't want extra hot coffee, just normal Pret temperature. Got coffee, went outside, realised I'd been overcharged so put coffee down to check charges on phone. Coffee spilt and realised I had been overcharged. Went inside, explained coffee spilt whilst checking their overcharging. Worker was going to give me 50p overcharge for the coffee, but I said I wanted another coffee (reason I'd gone in and paid for one!) Absolutely no apology. So I'm paying extra to get what should have been a quick and easy treat. I said to the worker that anyone can make a mistake but the staff should apologise if they overcharge people. Repeated that this was unacceptable/there should be an apology. On the 5th time she did apologise. Definitely some training needs. Overall I really wish I'd not wasted time and money in this branch. Terrible service.

Asked for a flat white but not boiking hot milk like they do because there are no baristas working here. All I wanted was a flat white. Barelly tap my card just to have her giving me the coffee. I get it is fast service but I dont want a coffee that has been seating there. At least listen to what the customer asked. I dont think I asked for something impossible. Just a warm coffee not boiling hot. Also £3,80 for a flat white!?? Wow. Everyone behind the counter kept talking when I asked for the coffee saying they make it before I pay....there is no way they should make a product before a customer buying it.

Like all pret a manger, with the exception that the only operational bathroom is the handicapped one... It is not my normal environment to have to wash your hands in a sink that reaches below your knees

I was sat at a table having my coffee and a family of 4 started changing their baby’s nappy in the area around my table. I’ve gone to the counter and checked - there’s baby changing facilities in there. One employee has gone up to the family and they continued doing it as if nothing happened. Shocking behaviour especially when food and drinks are served in there. Seats were not disinfected and the manager on duty who spoke to me didn’t seem to see an issue with it.

Most of the staff are nice except one blonde lady with short hair always shouting and treat arrogantly every morning

Sorry to give a bad review, but staff seem too stressed this morning and I van see quality of service dropping day by day

I ordered hot chocolat tday in the morning, around 10am The hot chocolate was almost cold. I spoked to the lady, she even say sorry to me They give another one, was the same. I paid aomost £4 Very bad cost serv.

I decided to leave a review because it's the third time I've been there and the staff in the till is quite rude. They don't have the patience to wait for you to decide when you ask about the sandwich or the drinks. Yesterday l was with my daughter and the woman in the till was very rude to us. I asked about an alternative milk with a cappuccino and the lady started to say the milk would be cold unless l wanted a latte, l asked why and she said the coconut milk is "thin" and is not possible to frothy it!? It's not true as l have it all the time from Costa and Starbucks. So, she was rude and l went out of the shop to Costa Caffe where the staff is very helpful and kind. You should give training to your staff, She made me feel very bad in front of my daughter, it's the the THIRD time, but this time l chose to walk out and do not plan to ever go there again.

Tuna Melt Toastie didn't taste or smell right at all, regularly had it from other stores but this wasn't even close to the same standard. Disappointing.

Located on the ground floor. About a minute walk from monument tube station and Sky garden. Friendly staff. You can dine in or take out. Limited range. No WC.

Good choice of food available for what is known really as a takeaway sandwich, coffee shop. The service in general in most coffee shops is at best average, and this was no exception, as was the atmosphere. On the day I visited, it was clean, and all the food was well presented and clearly priced.

USED milk is reheated for the make my drink. Milk literally sitting in the jug and didn’t even attempt to use fresh milk from bottle. I ask did you use old milk and barista said yes and made me a new drink. They are the worst PRET ever. You are NOT getting what you pay for.

There was this one worker there called Sharlyn, she was so nice and friendly. The coffee she made me was amazing, just like her personality and customer service. There was also this other girl working called Chloe. She greeted me with such a warm and friendly smile and we had such a nice conversation that I didn’t feel like leaving after my coffee was made. I hope to see them again.

It's 1° degree outside and they keep the door open. You must find the way to close the door (cover the magnetic block on the floor that keeps the door open for example), invite customers to close the door, put a note on the window "close the door" or whatever. It's like to have a coffee on the street otherwise, it's freezing.

Awful customer experience, manager was so rude

I love Pret A Manger for their fresh and tasty sandwiches, salads and soups. They have a great variety of options for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free customers. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the service is fast and efficient. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The only downside is that sometimes the stores can get very crowded during peak hours, so it might be hard to find a seat or avoid long queues. But overall, I think Pret A Manger is a great place to grab a quick and healthy bite.

The older lady who serves at the till was quite unhelpful.

I come to this branch every day to grab my coffee. Exceptional service! The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help. I have never waited more then 3 min to have my drink ready! Special thanks to Natalia for always being so polite and helpful. Well done team.

A friend and I called into this pret on Sunday 25th September 2022, on our way to a Bach Vespers service at St Mary at Hill church, which started at 6.30pm. Our receipts, for a coffee and croissant, were timed at 5.15pm. Nothing was said about their closing time when we ordered and paid. Our croissants were quickly consumed, and the coffees were half finished when we were told we'd have to leave. We were shocked by this, and I asked for time to finish the still hot coffee. We were given 5 minutes, but almost immeduately, a more senior person told us our time was up and we should leave, in a very brusque manner. We felt our treatment was appalling. We're both in our late 70s. I've since tried to establish pret's closing time at this branch. This is variously stated as not open on Sundays, 5.15pm and 6.00pm. We artived in plenty of time for the service, so I'm guessing the 6pm time applied. Some advance warning could have been given to us if their closing time was approaching.

Has seating. Has ice. Is not manic or crowded. Pretty good oasis in the City. Food stocks were low at 1pm though, which is pretty poor.

Please improve the quality of the Rings coffee. Often the cup is like half.

This cafe has fruit, drink and sandwiches. The workers are every nice and don't hesitate with any questions.

there are plenty of "pret a manger" everywhere, but i loved this the most. no one was so clean. it's also in a clean area. the stuff was so friendly that it surprised me. the food was fresh and the cappuccino so perfect.

We went here on a Saturday and they did not have a working toilet or tap water for people. The staff wasn't friendly either. The menu was also limited and the croissants were slightly under cooked.

Had to ask for my coffee 3 times after paying. Not rush hour, no change in shifts. Just lazy employees not serving what was already paid.

Everything that you would expect from Pret- clean and tidy, efficient staff, well stocked on food and amazing coffee. They don't do smoothies at this store.

Terrible service in the morning. Fair enough there was a big queue but the service was still terrible. The staff lost track of who to serve first, whilst also mistaking orders and making coffee for no one to even claim. I have been working in this area for 3 years now & I keep coming to this pret. I've seen many different staff members, but some of the ones there are just too slow for a fast environment.

Coffee was really bad, I have been to many Prets and coffee is mostly on average satisfactory, but today’s flat white wasn’t good, I had to Chuck after a sip

Came here at lunchtime, and was relatively quiet. They had a reduced selection of sandwiches, but understandable in the circumstances.

These guys are doing amazing job over this lockdown, all of them so nice and friendly, small things do go a long way! 😊

¡Oh nooo! ¿Cuándo dejan de hacer este pastel de chocolate? Tenía muchas ganas de tener uno, para recordar el sabor de años de universidad. Miré por todas partes en la tienda. Este joven caballero (¿creo que tenía acento italiano?) Ayudó a buscarlo durante 5 minutos sugiriendo otros productos, comentó que ha estado trabajando durante mucho tiempo y nunca lo había visto. . . ¿Cuándo realmente dejaron de venderlo?  Él realmente se disculpó y fue muy amable, recibió mi pedido gratis. Enfoque muy acogedor y profesional. O es un gran activo para el café o si la capacitación que viene de la compañía es muy rara y positiva.  Fue un servicio agradable.

Very kind staff! I asked if they sell a special vegan baguette as shown on pret's internet site, but unfortunately they dont do. A friendly employee called a bigger chain store around the corner if they do and after a positive reply he went out of the store with me and described the way. Great!

The Manager Francesco is very rude and unhelpful. I ask for help to remove the cheese on top of the beef when toasted. I am pregnant and I feel very uncomfortable to eat cheese. He just said he doesn’t want to touch my food and asked me to remove it myself. How can he expect me to remove the cheese using my unclean hands. Has he considered the customer’s hygiene problem? He is able to remove it using the food clip when he doing the toast. But he just said he doesn’t want touch my food. That’s what he can offer to a customer as a manager.

Un italiano neppure dovrebbe entrarci. Ci sono altri posti dove mangiare. Io me la sono cavata con una brioches e la macedonia. Per il resto direi di no. Potete rischiare una colazione ma non di più.

Popped in for a coffee as we were early for our visit to the Sky Garden. Usually Pret quality and price. Toilets were in need of a maintenance.

Konceptet er okay. Køb en billigere sandwich og sid og spis den inde i stedet for at skulle gå rundt som ved andre små sandwich-barer. Gode priser og rar betjening.

This is just a regular place, nothing special. Regular sandwiches and will not impress. I will suggest to chose something else like Ole & Steen.
