As I was ordering my food at Victoria station I politely asked for more salt. Before a “yes sure” the man semi-aggressively taps the QR code saying “review!” I reply “for more salt?” “No, but review!” Anyway I get my order. Cold, no onions (I asked for onions). 12 quid… Well, here’s your review. Hope you liked it. Pros: got my Fanta quirky. Negative: Fanta was warm (?) Food was cold. Bad price and I really don’t like being asked to give reviews as I’m about to take a early morning flight.

Hamza and Yamini are amazing servers, they were so kind and really helped us with our order. I would 100% recommend going to this Burger King because the people are awesome. Thank guys x

Shocking service today at this ‘restaurant’ Ordered 2x meals for me and my 10 year old. £30!!! But that was my choice to order it. Turned up cold!!!!! Having waited 10 min for “fast food” I returned the food and asked for my money back. I was verbally abused in front of a large crowd and told to come back tomorrow!!!!! My son was so upset he was shaking. Lucky there was a passing police officer who I flagged down and having explained the situation…. Funny the manager gave me a full refund!!!! I will never buy from this place again. Thank you to BTP OFFICERS for their help and the crowd for their support too

had an amazing experience at Burger King Victoria station The food was absolutely delicious and service is good the person in till is Yamini she is very polite and respectful.

You could not use the loyalty code. The cashier, the manager Danny, said to me they do not franchise with Burger King when there's signs that say Burger King, my app on my mobile states that Burger King address is on the app. I scanned the Burger King code to leave a review and Danny shouted at me and told me not to do that because I would give him a bad name. This Burger King address location: 1 Terminus Pl, London SW1W 9SJ, UK I did not buy any food.

Very polite and helpful staff. Had a Whopper cheese meal, which was freshly made and served quickly. I am pleased with the efficient service I got.

If you're wondering how a BK can achieve such a high rating while serving mediocre food, it's because they ask you to rate them 5* while holding eye contact before even serving your food. .

They would not let me take my food until I gave a review, which he took my phone and did it himself and now I’m doing another one

Excellent service friendly service from Azim

Machine seems to not let you order chicken nugget meal without a dip. The only interaction I had with staff was for her to call my number and then insist that I give a 5 star review, to the point of actually watching me until I tapped 5 stars. An excellent rating comes with excellent customer service, atmosphere and value for money. It probably would've been 4 stars if I had just been asked to leave a review but the insistence on 5 stars has lowered the overall rating.

Fantastic customer service at this branch. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. The food is always impeccable. I highly recommend.

The worst burger place I've ever been to. The employee with the toothpick in his mouth. The BURGER is cold with the chicken as if it's a stone, the cheese is hard yellowed like it's spoiled!!!! Disgusting and very expensive!!!

You now have to pay for Mayonnaise. However the guy at the counter gave it to me for free, as long as I wrote a review on this branch. Food tasted as expected of a Burger King but this time, my burger looked like how they advertise, which is a first and is quite surprising. The bun didn't hold up as it broke down and fell apart pretty easily while eating. This is a train station store expect the price to be way higher then normal. There used to be counter top seats so you could at least eat in and enjoy your food while fresh but now they have taken those away, leaving me to walk way further into the plaza to find a table. Quite annoyed about that. Unable to use your BK app at the store, too. Another let down. Food tasted like it should, staff was really good but price and convenience is bad.
