They guys asked me to leave a review straight a way after ordering my food .. not sure what he wanted me to rate as I didn’t receive my order . They were speaking in Indian between the workers while I was there , the food didt fell fresh . Certainly won’t come back in there ..

Quick friendly service. They have halloumi fries here which you cannot get in Canada! And you can order a burger at 9am. Also not a thing in Canada. There's public seating throughout the station so you can only grab your order to go. They encourage kiosk ordering but you can order via a real human too.

Absolute garbage of place, barely staffed while the hole place is packed, the staff on the till touching his face constantly while taking the cups putting the fingers inside the cup, ordered 1 coke with ice and another with out both of them came without ice, both no gas and room temperature. Discarded after the 1st sip. French fries cold and stale from the past 2 hours and saltless.... We could have a peek thru the counter to see the preparation just to see the "chef" doesn't use gloves to assemble the burger and seeing him bare handed dropping lettuce on my burger doesn't sit well with me. Will never visit again any stablishment of this brand as the standard is clearly non existent. 21 £ for 2 menus and not even the decency to put at last a napkin in the bag.

Staff at the counter pressure customers to write a 5* review as they watch. The 5* reviews here are mostly fake. They'll give you a free ketchup (which is free anyway) and tell you to give them 5*

Classic Burger King fast food restaurant. Small, 6 vending machines for ordering, 3 cash registers at the counter. Unfortunately, the QR code from the phone app cannot be used here.

Good location and very fast! The prices are exaggerated, like all of London. Limited vegan options… The use of screens is very accessible, but in Spain it is cheaper…. Also, if they ask you to fill out a review, they give you something as a reward... here in London they can do it and that's it... Apart from that, very rich. PS: you can't eat there, only take away

Stone cold burger. Stale bun. Just about as bad as it gets. The fries were fresh at least. I’ll never buy here again and I’d strongly suggest that you avoid it here too.

The standout item for me was the chicken royal Cheese - they were absolutely delicious! The combination of chilli cheese bites and spicy jalapeno was perfect. I'm definitely coming back for more! Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, it was there 10 minutes, probably they had heating lamps off and I’m eating it cold on the train!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!! You make so much money the lamps should on ffs

As I was ordering my food at Victoria station I politely asked for more salt. Before a “yes sure” the man semi-aggressively taps the QR code saying “review!” I reply “for more salt?” “No, but review!” Anyway I get my order. Cold, no onions (I asked for onions). 12 quid… Well, here’s your review. Hope you liked it. Pros: got my Fanta quirky. Negative: Fanta was warm (?) Food was cold. Bad price and I really don’t like being asked to give reviews as I’m about to take a early morning flight.

Shocking service today at this ‘restaurant’ Ordered 2x meals for me and my 10 year old. £30!!! But that was my choice to order it. Turned up cold!!!!! Having waited 10 min for “fast food” I returned the food and asked for my money back. I was verbally abused in front of a large crowd and told to come back tomorrow!!!!! My son was so upset he was shaking. Lucky there was a passing police officer who I flagged down and having explained the situation…. Funny the manager gave me a full refund!!!! I will never buy from this place again. Thank you to BTP OFFICERS for their help and the crowd for their support too
