The best restaurants serving Default food in Mid Devon South West

Not a great atmosphere, tired looking, staff friendly, food basic

Will not be ordering from here again- took 3.5 hours to arrive from pre ordering. Would have been quicker to go to China and get the food myself.

I ordered chicken tikka, garlic naan, onion rice and 2 x kids nuggets and chips. Kids portion really good size, and good flavours in the rice and tikka. I must also say really quick delivery, less than 1 hour. I'm impressed and most definitely will order again. Completely satisfied.

Lovely curry, delivery was quick and food still hot!Asked for extra hot and it was! Also love their nan bread, they never burn it like other takeaways.

Nice enough pub. The landlord is a bit grumpy. Cosy atmosphere with the log burner. They have different mobile take away's that park outside where you can buy your food and eat in the pub too.

First visit to the farm shop despite being reasonably local. The shop itself had a good variety of produce. The meat section looked exceptional. Made the fatal mistake of looking and then going to the cafe. Returned after a drink to find all the lamb burgers gone!! Oh well just means I’ll have to come back again. We had latte, hot chocolate and shared a chocolate brownie which was nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cafe very light and airy. I liked the outdoor space and the fact sheep and cattle on display. There was a nice vibe to the place in general. In summing up I would recommend a visit and we will certainly be going back for a breakfast or lunch. We will also be be looking to buy more of our meat and vegetables from here.

Beautiful establishment. The staff were wonderfully friendly, attentive, and the food selection was perfect.

When will you be open again please as you do the best duck dish ever and not had one since you've been closed...

We stopped here after finding the suggestion on TripAdvisor. What a little gem! A friendly welcome and delicious food. Generous portions, home cooked and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

I had a takeaway the other day came in the time I asked for and the best Chinese I've had was lovely and hot

Third visit here, previous two were fine however tonight's food wasn't good. Reheated chips, omelette in my egg fried rice and chicken balls as hard as bowling balls. Ordered online but waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes with no sign of anyone. Request from husband not to go back and looking at other reviews it looks like it wasn't a one off.

Come down from Wales and I'm never disappointed with this Chinese the flavours are amazing, the portions are big and great for the prices.

A friendly welcome, fast service and nicely prepared food. Prices were reasonable too. This pub had been recommended to us, and it didn't disappoint.
