Love this service station, its local to me. Very clean, great staff and management has all you need to stop and recharge

A typical motorway services. Plenty of parking on site and ample facilities inside. Just off of the M5 Northbound carriageway. Pricing is what you expect for a motorway service station, although you pay for the convenience.

Good variety of services available. Toilets were clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. I would definitely visit this site again.

Used the McDonald's at 2am, services were clean & tidy, along with the toilets. Would definitely use these services again, they also weren't like a fridge as most services in the middle of the night are usually freezing cold. These were warm & welcoming g.

Have visited this services on many occasions, always found it clean & tidy. Car park is not that big but if everyone parks sensibly & within the bays it can work well. For the size of the services the site has ample amount of eating places & seating areas.

Went to cornwall and on the way day stopped off at Bridgewater services which couldn't have been worse in my opinion. On our way back, w stopped off here and had the best McDonald's we've had in a long time. (If ever!) Toilets were clean and assessable with my son in his pushchair, unlike other services. Very happy.

Being a regular user of these services I have to say it is probably the best I have ever used! always clean everywhere including toilets and polite and friendly staff who give 100% to making your visit a positive one! Also the manager Rose is always approachable if you have any queries and is always visible to customers unlike some services where the manager always seems to be in a meeting!!! Would give a 6 star rating if it was available!

Above average, but can get very busy as the same services for both carriageways. The toilet area is small.

Usual services. Costa, Maccys, over priced fuel. Clean enough though especially compared to others.

Only used the toilet which was clean. But not much there, very hard to park as carpark small and cramped. Only have a small car but not enough space.

Ridiculously small area housing the EV chargers where it's nearly impossible to turn and traffic entering from two directions.

It's not very helpful being completely unavailable by phone when one member of our party left his phone at your store on our way home from holiday and we're trying to phone you before we've got home to see if it's there but you have no phone number and your online form will not be looked at for 2 days yet.

This is one of the smaller service stations, but I always stop here for a maccys breakfast. It's clean and has toilets. There is also plenty of parking.

An OK services but very cramped there with little room inside when it's raining

A simple small service station, only signposted from the Northbound carriageway. Many times nicer than Bridgewater Services. McDonalds and Fast Ionity EV charging, etc.

A very poor quality service station with poor parking and difficult access to/from the M5. Drive on to another service station and avoid this dump.

I found it typically English cozy. Ladies, rather a bit grubby . Service quick, prices rather cheap.

Good pitstop with plenty of parking. Dogs on leads are allowed inside.

services themselves are ok (on the small side) but parking spaces are incredibly narrow - very tricky if you need to get little ones in and out of the car

Lovely quick charge up on the car, used to toilet then purchased a couple drinks then was off up the M5 to sit in traffic for the rest of the evening.

Everything about this service station was excellent. It was very very clean, the McDonalds was the best I have ever tasted plenty of seating plenty of parking and had all different options for food and drinks

It’s a good quiet services. Lorry overnight parking. Beware there is a train track right behind Hgv spots.

We had a long drive from Newquay to our home town, a 5 hour journey. We made a pit stop at Cullompton services to take a short break. Unfortunately when we got ready to leave the facility our car would not start (3 hour journey still to be continued) it seemed very unlikely at this moment we’d be leaving any time soon. Our windows were open as it was warm but it was also drizzling on and off, our engine would not start. I decided to pop back into the service station to see if I could find anyone maybe that may have had some jump leads, the very first person I spoke to was Omar (QuickSilver) who didn’t hesitate to offer his assistance. He had us back on the road in literally a few minutes, he was extremely helpful and kind. Moments like this really remind me it costs nothing to be kind. Our little family of 4 were extremely grateful to get home safely thanks to Omar’s help. What an asset to the service station, I’m sure it’s probably not the first time he has helped a stranger in the time of need. Please feed this back to Omar and his manager, thank you for your kindness it will be a core memory for our children to who witnessed your selflessness!

Convenient place to charge your car and chill out in

Called in to top up petrol before driving home, petrol was nor over priced and there was a good selection of snacks, chocolate and drinks.

Parking Snap. Friday today, me and another car in the parking lot. That is, the parking lot is empty all night. Toilet shower. The store is across the street. McDonald's with good prices.

Probably one of the best services I have been to food wise. The McDonald's there always serves fresh burgers that actually taste decent. I ordered Frappucino and for the first time it was made for my perfection, plus they were very generous with the cream topping. Definitely recommend eating there 100%

I popped into McDonald's. I just wanted to say how clean it was. The girls put in charge of this job, really seemed to take pride in their work. I would go as far as saying that, as I was eating, watching them cleaning, became my main focus. Good job girls. You are appreciated 😊

Excellent plus able to charge EV, little side door leads to toilets and Costa so really useful

Very badly organised car park. Needs much better markings. Pedestrians take their life in their hands. HGV/coach parking very bad. Vehicles parked all over the place the services need some yellow paint

A great service station to take a break at

There are plenty of places on weekends. Payment by Snap. machine inside the cafe. There is a shower and toilet. 700 meters Tesco store. It’s not written anywhere about the ban on working refs and there are no reviews either.

There was plenty of parking and the food at McDonald's was hot

A good size services with plenty of parking spaces, clean toilets and a good choice of meals and snacks. They had a fuel station too.
