Tired service station in need of some love. Has what you need but very much a "run in, run out" situation

Quick visit there, food outlets looked clean and good food, toilets clean very good.

If you're a HGV driver then avoid this place, only ONE SHOWER that was locked

Small and compact services. Plenty of parking. Clean and tidy.

A simple small service station, only signposted from the Northbound carriageway. Many times nicer than Bridgewater Services. McDonalds and Fast Ionity EV charging, etc.

A very poor quality service station with poor parking and difficult access to/from the M5. Drive on to another service station and avoid this dump.

I found it typically English cozy. Ladies, rather a bit grubby . Service quick, prices rather cheap.

If I could give it zero I would rude staff, no toilets absolute joke

5 stars for the ev charging points. Otherwise usual overpriced facilities.

Good pitstop with plenty of parking. Dogs on leads are allowed inside.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in both Costa and McDonalds. Clean too.

services themselves are ok (on the small side) but parking spaces are incredibly narrow - very tricky if you need to get little ones in and out of the car

Nice place to stop for a break, plenty of free parking spaces, two bakeries and other regular food shops to choose from,toilets are available too.

Lovely quick charge up on the car, used to toilet then purchased a couple drinks then was off up the M5 to sit in traffic for the rest of the evening.

Everything about this service station was excellent. It was very very clean, the McDonalds was the best I have ever tasted plenty of seating plenty of parking and had all different options for food and drinks

I saw a pasty for sale for just under £7!!!! Unbelievable. Extortion at its finest.

A great stop on the M5, especially if Northbound. Quick and easy access to the essentials.

It’s a good quiet services. Lorry overnight parking. Beware there is a train track right behind Hgv spots.

We had a long drive from Newquay to our home town, a 5 hour journey. We made a pit stop at Cullompton services to take a short break. Unfortunately when we got ready to leave the facility our car would not start (3 hour journey still to be continued) it seemed very unlikely at this moment we’d be leaving any time soon. Our windows were open as it was warm but it was also drizzling on and off, our engine would not start. I decided to pop back into the service station to see if I could find anyone maybe that may have had some jump leads, the very first person I spoke to was Omar (QuickSilver) who didn’t hesitate to offer his assistance. He had us back on the road in literally a few minutes, he was extremely helpful and kind. Moments like this really remind me it costs nothing to be kind. Our little family of 4 were extremely grateful to get home safely thanks to Omar’s help. What an asset to the service station, I’m sure it’s probably not the first time he has helped a stranger in the time of need. Please feed this back to Omar and his manager, thank you for your kindness it will be a core memory for our children to who witnessed your selflessness!

Stopped here to eat at Mcdonalds,Got order wrong(it's not rocket science) and hash browns soggy.Toilets clean.

Convenient place to charge your car and chill out in

Called in to top up petrol before driving home, petrol was nor over priced and there was a good selection of snacks, chocolate and drinks.

This must be one of the worst services ever

Parking Snap. Friday today, me and another car in the parking lot. That is, the parking lot is empty all night. Toilet shower. The store is across the street. McDonald's with good prices.

Probably one of the best services I have been to food wise. The McDonald's there always serves fresh burgers that actually taste decent. I ordered Frappucino and for the first time it was made for my perfection, plus they were very generous with the cream topping. Definitely recommend eating there 100%

I popped into McDonald's. I just wanted to say how clean it was. The girls put in charge of this job, really seemed to take pride in their work. I would go as far as saying that, as I was eating, watching them cleaning, became my main focus. Good job girls. You are appreciated 😊

Excellent plus able to charge EV, little side door leads to toilets and Costa so really useful

Very badly organised car park. Needs much better markings. Pedestrians take their life in their hands. HGV/coach parking very bad. Vehicles parked all over the place the services need some yellow paint

A great service station to take a break at

There are plenty of places on weekends. Payment by Snap. machine inside the cafe. There is a shower and toilet. 700 meters Tesco store. It’s not written anywhere about the ban on working refs and there are no reviews either.

There was plenty of parking and the food at McDonald's was hot

A good size services with plenty of parking spaces, clean toilets and a good choice of meals and snacks. They had a fuel station too.

McDonald’s here was a really pleasant experience, really clean and all food was fresh and hot. A rarity for most McDonald’s

I often stop here on the way back to my girlfriends house if i need some fuel or to grab a drink or some food sometimes to use the toilets

Tiny, badly laid out car park that is difficult to move around. They must get a lot of damage to parked cars and near misses with pedestrians. As a result car drivers often park in the lorry parking which must be infuriating for the lorry drivers. Inside is much the same as every motorway service station - overpriced poor quality. McDonalds deserves a special mention for having the slowest service in the country. Always a massive crowd of people waiting. It goes without saying that fuel is 15p a litre more than anywhere else. The village of Cullompton is only half a mile down the road and has a Tesco with petrol station and a high street with cafe, fish and chips, Indian, Chinese etc. In the other direction (towards Honiton) there is Mole Valley which has a Kennifords Farm cafe outside serving the most amazing roast pork amongst other things. There is really no need at all to go in the services.

Can get very busy and quite a compact service station, but better experience than Exeter and Bridwater

Very nice old market town good parking, severel pubs and restaurants with a large Tescos and aldi/lidl

Ok, bit dated and quite small, tight parking spaces

Lorry Park looks more like a car park. Hardly nowhere to park due to inconsiderate car drivers. Like this most days. Management should be looking into this. Utter shambles!!

Busy, but very small, MSA. Very clean toilets. The car park was quite tight and full of inconsiderate users! Grabbed a Veggie pasty from Warren's, expensive, but hot and tasty. Other headline acts were W H Smiths and McD's

It is fine. It has a McDonalds, Costa and a W H Smith. Has a petrol station. Not a huge place but does the job and was pretty clean.

Small but a decent stopping place.

Just a standard services really , toilets were nice and clean also stopped for a quick bite before getting back on the road .

Ok services but far too small. There aren’t many spaces and it’s a weird layout, inside was tiny too with hardly any space to move around other people. Toilets could do with a bit of a spruce up too.

Can management do something about it? It's ridiculous. I am HGV driver and I avoid this services as much as I can. Because each time it's the same situation, you need to wait to go on the parking space or it takes ages to do it, because of inconsiderate people. Like our work it's not hard enough every day...

Great for a quick pit stop but difficult to get in and out during busy periods I would imagine because of how the site is organised. Small services, McDonald's, Costa, wh Smith and small local bakery. No fresh produce available. All staff very polite and service was quick and served with a smile. No queue for the bathrooms. Enclosed outdoor space with tables and chairs family friendly. Entire services on one level and wheelchair accessible. Adequate bins and none were overfull. Generally clean and tidy. Some of the parking spaces could be difficult for American style cars.

Very busy on an extremely wet day

Pretty consistent but can be quite a bit of rubbish outside on a weekend. Parking can also be a bit manic.

Good service station, variety of outlets; McDonald's, Costa Coffee, Warren's Bakery and WHSmith. Plenty of disabled parking by the entrance. The only issue I had with it was the accessible toilet. 1. I hate it when places double the 1 accessible toilet with baby changing. 2. The changer wasn't even low enough for a wheelchair parent to use it. 3. The pull cord didn't reach the floor so if someone falls they can't call for help. 4. The hand dryer is in a corner so a wheelchair user would find it very difficult if not impossible to dry their hands with it.

Ok services, quite small parking areas for such a busy site, could do with more fast charging points only has 6 at the moment and they are in a tight space to get in, McDonald’s and Costa on site are what you’d expect, shell garage for fuel

Quite a small site. 4 IONITY chargers but always busy. Better planning to stop at Exeter for charging

Usual services stop off, alway busy, costa, Warren's bakery and McDonald's for breakfast and food

Very clean toilets, and served by a very friendly and helpful lady at McDonald's. Food was hot and fresh too with a very short wait and another lady mopping floors. Visited around 6am so could just be that it was early, but based on this one experience, it's defo one of the better, if not best, motorway services we've stopped at.
