Absolutely stunning food! Our favourite Indian take away. Faultless!

Ordered chicken korma. The sauce was awful, like thickened porridge and an hour and a half for delivery.

Sorry to say but the food wasn't great, the chicken was very dry and not tender at all, I did message the restaurant but no reply. Staff excellent.

What more can I say other than, beautiful flavours and very tasty meals.

Been here a few times now and am always impressed by the quality of food and portion sizes. My boy tried it tonight for the first time and it’s become his favourite instantly.

Another lovely take out from Saffron last Friday. Delivered well and promptly. Superb Dhansak I had a Makhani last time which was delicious. Great chutney tray. First rate.

Staff rude over the phone, food nice, dissapointing that your treat like an inconvenience over the phone.. staff need training

Exellent food reasonable prices

Having ordered from Saffron a few times now, it has quickly become our favourite Indian takeaway! Plenty of options, always friendly and reliable service. Never a doubt that every dish will be cooked perfectly and taste incredible. When we have visitors they always want to order from here - couldn’t recommend enough ☺️

Really good food, as well as with fast and friendly service. Happy to accommodate dietary requirements, and allergies, and suggest dishes which fit your needs. Can’t forgot to mention a few free extras, like some delicious bonus bhajis ! Absolutely recommend for Indian in the area.

The best Indian food in Crediton. Admittedly that is a low bar to clear, but they clear it effortlessly.

Always top quality food. Every dish is phenomenal here. Slowly becoming our go to for curry in Crediton. Certainly more expensive but you pay for better good food.

We ordered a delivery to our farm. The food arrived within the hour, as specified on the phone, and all nice and hot too! The man on the phone was really pleasant and the delivery driver was kind. The food was so delicious 😋 the kids loved the pilau rice that was white with some colourful grains inside it, now known in our house as 'rainbow rice'! Naans were really nice and fluffy too. Will be ordering again soon :)

Absolutely brilliant curry! Last Saturday I had curry at one of the most highly rated curry restaurants in Northern Ireland, but tonight's from Saffron was far superior - I joke not!! Good service from great staff.

Chicken was drier than gandhis flip flop, sauce was flavourless, the bread was dry, an the paneer i can't even describe what it was, we ate the rice the rest went in the bin

Wow...sooo excited we have this wonderful Indian in our village. We're new to the area and I have just had our first take away .beautifully presented and very well cooked and spiced food. We have had 2 takeaways from Saffron since we moved to Bow. I can honestly say that it is the best Indian takeaway we've ever had. The food always arrives piping hot, the delivery staff are very pleasant and the dishes are delicious. Highly recommended !!!👌👌👌

Just ordered three dishes. No sides. Due to isolating at home the lady delivered quite quickly. And even added some sides for free. Very thoughtful. And excellent Indian take away!

When I first started eating here a year ago this place was fantastic. Perhaps they've changed the chef? Anyway, take away last night was lukewarm, watery, tasteless... it has been slowly going downhill for some months...

Ordered 30£ worth of food with various different dishes.. everything was quite tasteless.. best thing was the free onion bajis.. dissapointed

The food was tasteless and the peshwari nan had hardly any filling it could of passed as a plain nan. We all had tikka masala and it was watery the pilau rice wasnt even pilau rice. And it was extremely expensive

Placed an order at 19:20. Was told it would be 1hr to 1hr 30mins. We called them again after 1hr 30mins. And was told it would be 30 mins. Well at 21:50 i called them again and was told that they would knock £10 off and not to call back again on a Saturday night. This is absolutely disgusting 2hrs 30mins for food. Then to turn round and say they will knock £10 off and not to call again on a Saturday night. Trust me i will not be calling again ever. Shocking service and shocking attitude from the owners. I feel sorry for the young people who have to deal with customers and their boss attitude towards the customers.

A great choice available on the menu, reasonably priced and free delivery. Highly recommend the garlic fried rice and was very happy to see onion bhajis were gluten free.

We ordered from this take away as we had never tried it before. I ordered a korma as did my partner and son, the chicken was not cooked fully and very pink! We realised this after we were nearly finished. This resulted in suspected food poisoning, we both had very upset stomachs .My partner had a chat to a member of staff there who was very unhelpfulNever again!!

Not sure how this place has 1 star?! It has been consistently excellent since it opened (we're getting another Saffron tomorrow for our anniversary). If you're used to massive oily Indian takeaways with lots of cheap fatty meat then this probably isn't for you. The food is delicious and subtle and the ingredients are clearly very good. We've had Indian takeaway loving 'city folk' come visit and all have been impressed with the dishes. I can't wait till tomorrow (the onion bhajis are amazing!)

Opened a little while ago. Have tried it a cpl of times and found the staff to be friendly and helpful The food was hot and very tasty. Well worth a try

I have walked past this place so many times, well tonight 25 june I went in. Wow, I wasn't disappointed, beautiful food a hidden Jem. So worth a visit.

Always order from here, great tasty food. Always hot and delicious. Other Indian takeaways in town are terrible and was pleased when these guys came along! Best in town. Recommend.

This takeaway started off so well , the food was fabulous, unfortunately the standards have dropped big time , the quality is not good .We had a takeaway at the weekend for 3 people, honey chicken,it had the consistency of ready brek made with water and two other chicken dishes that were no better. Will not be returning

Heard great reedback regarding the new saffron indian in town, so gave it a go, really dissapointed, we ordered a lamb and a chicken dish, both came with 5 pieces of meat in each covered in a thin tasteless sauce, such a shame as was really looking forward to trying it out, could swear blind it tasted the same as the One takeaway i ordered from the now closed india lounge that was equally as bad

I bought a takeaway here a few days ago - the best Indian takeaway I have had for a very long time. The service was polite and friendly, and I did not have to wait long for my order.

Helpful staff on the phone and very easy to talk to. The food is delicious and well worth its money, I would happily recommend this Takeaway to anyone.
