Wrong order turned up after they called me to confirm, phoned back to say I’ve received the wrong order to be told I’d have to pay again for another order!? £30 wasted on food that we can’t eat. Terrible customer service.

Don’t order a wrap, £9 for a pitta bread with a few chunks of meat. VERY disappointing. Most other things are normally good.

Have been having meals from here for a few years and always found them tasty. Really helpful too as I missed some items, called the shop and they were quick to help me out.

Best kebab take away in Tiverton by far! Big claim but justified. Small portions are not small and it is all realistically priced. Always my go to.

Absolutely fumin I ordered food for delivery tonight. To be told an hour and a half later that I was to collect my food or get a refund . If it was for me I wouldn’t be so angry but because I got it for my children I am more upset the fact they had to wait ages. I really Hope you don’t do this to other people, no respect and I highly dont recommend you order from this shop ever!

We normally use Bodrum when we want a takeaway as they have normally been quite good. However we received cookies that were all burnt to the point of being completely inedible i mayaswell have given my family a slab of charcoal. We rang at 8.30pm to be told they will look into it?? And send out some new ones… But at 10.15pm we still have not heard anything. I get it’s just cookies but if you say your going to deliver something, follow through with it

Raf always delivers to us, he's a really lovely guy and we usually get our food within 15 minutes! Lovely food too. We order regularly.

Always a cheery greeting, great food cooked to order, reasonable prices, food is always fresh and good quality.

Bit of a let down tbh. Really seems to have gone downhill. Some of the food was way too salty and other was really vinegary.

Great kebab. Had chicken shish with chilli & garlic with salad on a naan. Really hit chilli sauce! Big portion. Handmade naan. Recommended.

The food here is given in very generous portions and is always very delicious! Highly recommended the large Donner pizza. And the staff are some of the friendliest you'll meet in the whole town!

My daughters just collected our order. It was unfortunately wrong. We have used this takeaway since we moved here over 6 years ago and have always enjoyed it and the people there have always been really friendly. Tonight even though I wrote in the comments exactly what we required it was wrong and had chilli sauce. My daughters only 11 and 13 offered to take it back. And the staff were beyond rude. I was blamed and they told my girls next time make sure she writes more. What more can I write??? And there most definitely won't be a next time anyway. Such a shame

Did not expect my kebab meat to be reheated in a pizza oven, was served in a flat bread instead of a pitta was also over cooked to a crisp, overall very poor, won't be going there again

Used to go here reasonably often but hadn’t been for a while, very small portion of donor meat and chips in a mixed kebab, ordered chips with a shish wrap and they just put a few inside the kebab. Tastes great but for the price the portions have definitely got smaller.

After moving down here from Manchester 4 years ago and being used to the fantastic standard of kebab shop there I've been frustrated trying to find something of a same standard. Finally I have found it! Bodrum, you may be 18 miles away but I don't care!! Fantastic food and sauce and well worth the drive. You have a new regular

Cold food, seemed like rubber, rude staff.

Ordered on the app and said 40 minutes waiting time for the delivery but it took a hour and half food was cold and like rubber , really off put , won't use again

4 staff behind counter all with mask on there chins not covering there nose. Got home and 3 portions of chips missing.

Worst pizza in Tiverton, looks like cooked in deep oil, crust is just a joke you can't hold slice in hand everything just falling down.... Never again

Pizza arrived quickly. However, the pizza tasted and looked very cheap. Barely any topping and too much cheap cheese on top. Low quality. We were also told it's cheaper to order through their own website and prices were not. Wont order again.

Continuous messed up orders every week then taking an hour to return what they forget. Lying on the phone saying takeaway number is the wrong number when they mess up the order. Rude on the phone . Not for me.. stay away from this one . Must be under new ownership because the good reviews from this place are old . Never known of a take away to take a nosedive so quick as this one. Out of the last seven weeks 6 of the orders have been totally messed up .

Total lack of customer service. Very very rude. Twice now order has been wrong and we have called to notify to be shouted at down the phone. Missing drinks took over an hour to arrive!! Absolutely appalling!!!

Placed order expecting 35min wait. Phoned after waiting 60mins only to be told straight away my food was on its way (this was before I told him who I was (and phoned from a different number)) then he put the phone down. After 20mins I phoned back, was then told driver got lost but is on his way. 15mins later I phoned again and told him not to bother only to be told he'd knock of 30% and it would be 5mins. 15mins later it turned up. Driver knew nothing! I gave him £10 (should have been £24). Faced with microwaved kebabs, cold chips and a burger that looked like it had been returned a few times already. Never using again. Dirty food and blatant disrespect for customers. I'm always courteous when phoning about food but the attitude was appalling. Who microwaves a kebab? It had been zapped while wrapped in the bloody paper too.. AVOID..

About time I left this review. I've been going to bodrum for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say. Their food is always good, best kebab or pizza in Tiverton easily. My Dad is a connoisseur of kebabs and has eaten them from Cyprus to Portsmouth and he says it's without a doubt one of the best he's ever had. All the staff are amazing, friendly and will actually have a conversation with you when it's not too busy. Truly the best place to eat in Tiverton in my opinion.

- Burger was nice but fillings made the bottom of the bun soggy as it was packed at the bottom. I found a massive chunk of onion that wasn’t even chopped - The chips were bland
