When will you be open again please as you do the best duck dish ever and not had one since you've been closed...

Called today and the owners mother answered. I asked what time they opened, she replied I don’t know, it’s my sons business! She informed me the business was closed for good!

Great place get curry and chips

Visited family got to Tiverton late evening so went to this Chinese. My god I wished I hadn't. It was truly awful. The meat in our dishes were tasteless the rest off the dishes were the same. All in all if you love your Chinese don't order from here

Value for money and very good food

Amazing chicken curry, the curry was really good and massive bits of chicken which was so tender.

Never had a bad meal and lovely people.foods fast and reasonable prices.the place looks a little rundown but don't that put you off as it's only decor

The worst chineses and most expensive, i have ever had. the pankcake roll was off and just absolute poor quality of all the food.. left a disgusting taste in my mouth... couldnt even eat the food...

They are always so quick with delivery and so polite! Really enjoy this Chinese , didn't disappoint tonight either. Will order again!

This is a Chinese takeaway. Nowhere near as good as the daily chef

The sweet and sour chicken cook just right so not to crispy but just right so went well with sweet and sour. The egg fried rice cook to prefect. Overall I definitely go there again I recommend to people to try them.

Went here first time ever as my friend was going to Indian next door. Really really good food. Was ready for me at stated time and good value for money. Will be returning.

Hay muchos restaurantes chinos en Tiverton, pero sólo ir a este, ya que la comida es de primera calidad, el precio es razonable y el servicio es genial y no bolas de cerdo - un favorito que es difícil de encontrar en muchos lugares.

Food was spot on and the guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Have been coming to the Orient in Tivvy for years now and will do so for years to come.

Very tasty food and delivery on time if not early!

Worst food we have ever had from here (usually order regularly) ribs were so chewy only one was actually edible, chips were dark brown and clearly cooked in old oil the Tate was vile, chilli chicken was chewy with floury bits in the creases. Will not be ordering again after this

Normalmente un Chino es más o menos un chino. Algunas son de mayor calidad, un poco menos, algunos. Pero la mayoría son más o menos la misma.He tenido un par de comidas chinas que estaban un poco grasienta. Aquí me dieron una especial chino Chow mein (uno de mis favoritos usuales de China), fue tan grasienta que no podía comer, realmente no soy exigente, incluso si algo no es genial que acabarías o hacer mi mejor para evitar el desperdicio. Esta es la primera y única comida ME HE tirado a la basura después de 4 o 5 picaduras. La única vez que he estado aquí y en base a esta experiencia no volveremos.

It wasn't ready on time and the rice was watery

We waited for 2 hours for our delivery. And still had to pay a delivery charge? Just eat updated our time and it was still over 30mins late from the change!!! First time we have ordered from there and probably the last!

Food wasn't worth the money, delivery was very quick.. But that's not we pay money for, Disappointed.

Best Chinese I have had in Tiverton, but the time between ordering and getting it delivered was a little long. Overall good definitely order from them again.

Just your average run of the mill takeaway, food is hot and well cooked but a little on the bland side, but there was plenty of chicken in the curry, staff could maybe be a bit more pleasant

I've been there a few times but thought the food was very average this time round and incredibly greasy. I know at the end of the day, it's a takeaway, but the food did not taste at all fresh. The shredded chilli beef was more batter (or whatever the coating was) than beef, the pancake roll was tasteless and the banana fritters were grim. Very greasy and again not particularly tasty. Hopefully this place picks up again because it has produced good grub in the past.

Put the 5 stars on the takeaway service even if not applicable because I had excellent experience with the with the delivery and quality of your service so I trust you and will definitely use you and recommend you again and again. A big thank you. Quetty

Delivery driver went to the wrong house, called me and was being very cheeky saying she already came to my house when she didn't. By the time she delivered the food it was cold.

Actually wouldn't ever order from another local Chinese. It always arrives piping hot, prompt and exactly as ordered.

I had to wait 2hrs for this order and when I questioned this I was given a very abrupt response. Also every other order has come with free pran crackers. I did not order these because of this and ended up not getting them.

Delivery took too long. Had to phone up. Said they were busy. Rice didn't arrive. Try eating a Chinese meal without rice. Needs to do better

This was a very tasty meal, I am starting to believe that the Orient is the best Chinese in Tiverton. I do however think 40 minutes is a long time to wait, so one to work on.

Brilliant service. Came quicker than expected. The food is always delicious, and this time was no different. Always good about changes to orders and special requests. Can't fault them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

As always The Orient delivered very quickly and with the same great tasting food I always get from them. 10/10
