The best restaurants serving Default food in Duke's Sefton North West

The chicken was over cooked and very brown , no mayonnaise on the burger and given small sauces instead of large. The spicy fries are terrible and went cold quickly Due to roadworks blocking the street I didn't bother taking it back but they have just lost a customer who spent almost £40. there .

I have eaten here as a couple, with family and now with work colleagues. Each time I've visited there has been a different floor team and each time has been consistently good. The service is always really friendly and the menu caters for a variety of palates; there is something for everyone. I tend to gravitate towards the small plates and I've always enjoyed everything I've tried. You can order via app or at the bar, and you are never kept waiting too long. I've been to 'Lounges' in East Sussex and Kent, and in terms of service Southport is the best one. I would recommend Tiramichoux to finish off a lovely evening, which is what I did on my last visit.

I've been here three times in the last few months and enjoyed the karaoke the first two times I was there It can be a bit loud at times with a few party animals loving thier drinks I was a bit disappointed last time I was there as the sign said karaoke was on but when we went in and got our drinks was told it was not on that day Would I go back ? Yes if karaoke was definitely on,as I like a sing John

The salt pepper box was absolutely rubbish, not worth the money at all. Would not recommend to anyone at all ,don't bother choosing this place again. Absolutely bottom of the range.

We came here on a busy Mothers Day. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the coffee’s were very nice too. Dog friendly too. Had a nice chill watching the world go by on a table near the window.

Didn't enjoy the food here at all as two tables near us had dogs with them that didn't stop yapping and barking. Its one thing being dog friendly but other diners who don't want to listen to a constant racket from ill behaved mutts should also be considered. If you are part of the selfish dog brigade who are happy to inflict your hound on other people whether they like it or not then this is the place for you, otherwise I would highly recommend the Swan chippy at the other end of Lord street. Its much better managed and they consider all of their customers

Excellent coffee, cakes and service. Delightful staff

Food and staff good. Pub was overcrowded with extra chairs and tables meaning people couldn’t get into the seats of the empty tables as they were blocked by the people sitting behind them. Wetherspoons Southport looked dirty and unkempt, all 3 coffee machines didn’t work. The staff were polite efficient and pleasant and keep the place ticking over. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t go again. The owner makes lots of money and is treating his customers poorly . Outside the tables area was littered with stub ends of cigs why is he allowed to keep tables on the grass verges now covid is over?

Our second visit in 2 days, as we had good food a a very reasonable price and really great service. We went in with four adults and 3 dogs and were looked after wonderfully by Ang andAdam again. I would highly recommend paying The Park Inn a visit.

Visited this cafe a couple of years back and the food was really good, value for money and the place was clean and well run. To say my lunchtime experience today was different is an understatement. There were lots of tables that had not been cleared it cleaned. I felt sorry for the two young girls who were trying hard to take orders and keep things ticking over. At least 3 tables walked out whilst we were waiting to order. I had a tuna mayonnaise sandwich with cucumber, the cucumber was extra. When the sandwich came it was clearly on value brown bread, a tiny bit of side salad and a teaspoon of coleslaw for £7..95 is not value for money in my eyes! The coffee was good but that was the only positive. Such a shame as this used to be a nice place.

Visited at lunchtime today and was surprised how extensive the menu was and how reasonable the prices seemed. You can sit outside in the shopping centre or inside. We chose the last table inside - super clean - lady cleaning tbe tables was very efficient. Ordering at till was very easy and everything brought to the table. We had 2 main courses and 2 drinks for £16 - excellent value. The omelette served with chips and salad was amazing. Definitely be back.

Horrible. I went for an outing with my friends. The seating was amazing, therefore the location deserves a star. Then it all began to go downhill. Me and my friends waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I politely said "excuse me" and was stared at by staff then ignored. After about 7 minutes I politely asked to be served and was looked up and down and ignored. We were finally served and the person serving us was impolite and didn't ask us what sizes our drinks were or the overall price. Terrible.

Amazing food, with brilliant & friendly staff. Me & my partner had Chicken Shish, which was lovely. Also we got a complimentary dessert to try, again was amazing. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Very much enjoyed the Christmas Mince Pie latte. Chap serving was helpful and engaging. I appreciated my first coffee being taken over to me and the conversation while waiting for my second as take out.

menu options change every time we revisit bit limited choice on the basic meal deals but service was very good reasonable clean
