Dog friendly. Order and pay at the bar. The service poor, we waited over 45 minutes for our food. There was a beard hair in my salad bowl. The manager argued with me that it was a shaving of avocado skin!!! It most certainly wasn't. I asked the waitress if the chef had a beard, and she confirmed he had. A cover shoyld be worn over a beard. I was disappointed with the response from the manager - all I wanted was an apology and assurance that the issue would be addressed in the kitchen.

Appealing surroundings and a warm welcome awaits... This is a great place for vegan options at an affordable price. An extensive menu for all food and drink preferences. Went with my daughter and we sat upstairs. Food was served quickly by friendly, helpful staff. Great to get hot food that matched the menu descriptions. Loving the french fries, yum. Top marks for accepting cash👍

Came for lunch and somewhere to sit with a drink and study. Found a quiet table upstairs & ordered via the QR code. WiFi was easy to access and worked well. I had a philly cheesesteak ciabatta for my main and it was exceptionally tasty. Really nicely presented and just absolutely delicious. I had the chocolate and raspberry torte and a cappuccino for dessert - also lovely. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend.

Went in here cos we recognised the company from my visit to Nordico Lounge in Ormskirk. Quiet for a new site which seems strange - will it last? Staff are very uninterested and rude. Food, bland and overpriced. Tried mentioning this to staff but again not interested. Drinks were nice so might just use the place as drop in for a glass or 2.

We recently started visited after a Celiac-safe recommendation and a recommendation from a dog-friendly social. This venue has a great manager and staff- it is well run. It gets busy, but food arrives on time, correct orders, and only a designated staff member can deliver the GF food (this is very important for someone with gluten intolerance or allergy). I had the GF Moving Mountain Cheese Burger, and my husband had the Big Breakfast. We also ordered a mocktail and cocktail after enjoying our softdrinks. Very dog friendly- water was brought over for the dogs and the staff were very kind to them. The owners of this group should look at this venue for how their lounges should operate: 10/10.

Get a cup of tea…this is going to be a long one ! Came for Saturday lunch today. 5 friends / ladies of a certain age, we had booked ( by phone ) a table downstairs. We were sent UPSTAIRS are there was no free table for us at ground level. We struggled upstairs 3 of our party were already seated at the table. Coffees had been brought previously. One of the coffees was cold. Friend had to take it downstairs herself. Maisie was very apologetic about the coffee she then returned with a coffee that was hot. Masie took our orders for a ginger beer and a pale ale. We were then informed that we had to go DOWNSTAIRS to place the food orders. Unbelievable ! Why do you not have waiting staff that can take orders from customers sat at the tables? We ordered :- Eggs bacon Muffin ( Benedict) . Fish finger sandwich . Chicken souvlaki. Falafel salad . Another salad. Extra fries. One of our party saw the hot meals being placed under the heated lamp hatch by the kitchen staff where the stayed for at least 6 minutes We were sat at table 35. These meals were eventually collected from the kitchen hatch by a waiter who then took the plates downstairs to then a few minutes later have them eventually brought back upstairs and delivered to our table upstairs. The waiter told us there was some confusion about our table number so that was why our lunch had been taken downstairs and didn’t he know where we were sitting. The poached eggs were absolutely solid ,with almost cold bacon and muffin. The fish fingers were not hot at all. Souvlaki was ok ish . Maisie was very apologetic about the erratic service and our concerns with the food and the service she offered us some free dessert as a gesture of goodwill. We declined her offer. I know this is relatively new venture and I’m sure there were teething problems, but this is not an acceptable way to treat you customers, assuming that we would say nothing about the food and erratic staff roles. When the plates were removed from the table 2 plates stayed on the table. Maisie was very pleasant and seemed quite upset that we had not had a pleasant experience. Are you a coffee bar a restaurant ? your vision seems quite blurred Why NO lift ? The “coffee girl “made 4 trips down the stairs. And to top it off….NO LOO ROLL in the cubicle I went in This has the makings of a destination night out with unusual and different dishes. Don’t mess it up . I await your thoughts .

If you want to go to a restaurant where you don’t have to speak to anyone ,this is the perfect restaurant for you .If however you like myself would like to speak to a member of staff this is not the restaurant for you .You walk in and no one greets you ,you can order drinks at the bar or at the table with a QR code .The drinks are then bought to you.The staff bought drinks to the table and named the drink but no interaction with the customers.To order food you order from an extensive menu,so it cannot be all be freshly cooked as the menu is too big .If sitting close to the kitchen I’m sure the ping of the microwave could be heard.Again order off the menu using the QR code .When paying on the app it has the cheek to ask you to pay a service charge ,what service we all said .Food all arrived at different times ,two items were un available.Food ok ,nothing wrong with it but nothing to rave about.Would of ordered more drinks and deserts but really could not be bothered to go through the ordering process again .Staff completely un interested and looked quite unhappy. Shame has the potential but if I want fast food I’d go to Macdonalds.Plenty of other fab restaurants to choose from where staff speak to customers.

The place as a whole is great most of the staff are friendly n the food is really good lots of options and nice cocktails too some staff are abit unfriendly and definitely need customers service training one girl served me at the bar (I am 23) and she looked me up and down and told me I look 14 which I thought was so unprofessional and rude she stared at us the whole time we were there and made us feel very uncomfortable we had a similar situation with a blonde girl at the bar who was too busy replying to her texts to serve me and my friend definitely room for training staff on how to speak and treat customers

We love how it's so different to anywhere else we've been to. The food is fabulous and the staff can't do enough for you.

Food came out pretty fast and didn’t taste bad at all. Shame about the staff. Girl on the till… abbey I think her name was, stood there texting on her phone right in the middle of taking my payment! Then once my card had gone through still stood there till she was finished texting to give me my receipt! No eye contact just blatantly rude. Clearly poor management in there as if that was my staff I’d have them out the door In seconds. Absolute ignorance! Face like a slapped bum too.

15 pound for a breakfast that is barely edible, asked for bacon to be crispy and came out looking enemic same with my partners food, and also not one person came to ask if our food was ok, will not be returning give a wide birth to the place.

Food was ok but not remarkable. Slow service despite not many customers. Just thought we would give it a try but wouldn't go again.

Went in for late evening meal. Was delighted with food its quality and the service. Very good indeed

We visited this delightful restaurant and on entering wow so clean and spacious with ground floor seating and first floor seating, The staff were welcoming and friendly and we picked where we would like to sit. A good range of brunches available all day as well as tapas for lighter bites and main menus including lamb etc even some salads on the menu. We decided on a light sandwich so fresh with a choice of white or brown bread and a side portion of fries. Good selection of lager and cider on tap and bottled drinks and even tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and attentive checking back once you have started your meal to make sure all ok and a dog friendly place. Will def be back when in the area!
