92 Degrees Coffee - Lord Street in Sefton

Very much enjoyed the Christmas Mince Pie latte. Chap serving was helpful and engaging. I appreciated my first coffee being taken over to me and the conversation while waiting for my second as take out.

Arrived in town for Xmas shopping to find a lot of shops in Southport don't open till 10, so popped in here for a coffee. Place was empty but lovely and warm on a very cold morning. The coffe was lovely, very hot and strong. Young man at the counter very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Speciality coffee can be a little harder to find in the north west. If you know where to look, however, there are little gems everywhere. This, undoubtedly, is one of them. I go here for a caffeine fix and also to enjoy a more relaxed drink. It never lets me down. Recommended!

I have been here with my son on a couple of occasions. The coffee is very nice, the venue clean and appealing, and the staff friendly. However, on both occasions, our visit has been spoiled by dogs, dogs, and more dogs. On our most recent visit, there were more dogs than customers! Squawking children are bad enough, but yapping dogs in a venue where one is wanting to have a relaxing drink, is totally unacceptable. I am also allergic to dog hair. What is it with Southport? It is becoming impossible to find a venue which is not dog friendly. Not all that long ago, it was illegal to bring dogs (other than guide dogs) onto premises where food and drinks were being served. What has changed? Are dogs suddenly more hygienic? NO! Do they now bark less? NO! There is no place for our four legged "friends" in cafes or restaurants! Sadly, unless there is a policy change, I will not be returning.

We visited southport yesterday afternoon and were looking for a coffee place.. we preferred to support locals instead of usual chains.. we found this cozy place where there was a really bright and polite girl serving us who also brought us water with coffee ( not everyone does that) and the 2 double espresso were 10/10 (we're italians and believe me the coffee you made is better than most italian places! :)

The coffee was very good....but the toilets are absolutely awful and not nice to use....let's the place down

This is the second one in the chain I have visited. Very pleasant coffee shop on Lord street with friendly staff. Dog friendly which is a bonus,only downside is coffee could have been hotter but was very tasty.

Great coffee matched with a brilliant vibe and environment. Kind staff and perfect for anyone needing a break or time to study/read.

Visited on Boxing Day and there was a young man by himself who served us quickly and in such a friendly manner. The coffee was gorgeous as well as the cake. Good quality and a very nice place to sit!

Not bad coffe then went to the toilet. Absolutely fify, not been cleaned for weeks/months. So bad couldn’t use the facilities and left. Won’t be going again, makes you wonder about the overall standard of hygiene.

Lots of places for coffee in Southport but the taste here is one of the best. Nice place to sit and catch up on phone, very chilled atmosphere. Also plays good music…!

This is the best coffee in Southport by a country mile. Friendly staff and decent music make this a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a nice coffee.

First visit yesterday. Not impressed at all! Real impression of take it or leave it from the young man ‘serving’. Is there any staff training? Just the basics would help eg. eye contact, a smile, some conversation, some suggestion that he was interested in serving us. Limited menu, we finished up with cold croissants which we both found barely edible. My wife enjoyed a lovely coffee but my tea was very strange with milk offered in a paper cup. The toilets were a disgrace, everything was filthy the toilet seat hanging off, the floor and walls not cleaned for some time. We were there at 10am. We like to try out new places, I wish we hadn’t. I would have offered some feedback before we left but I didn’t want to disturb his iPad activity. Why no till, is money out of fashion here or are the staff not to be trusted?

Lovely, fast and friendly service and a couple of tasty flat whites outside in the sunshine. I was encouraged to share a generous slice of their homemade vegan coffee and carrot cake with my wife and I'm glad I did; it was delicious.

Didn't really see another indie coffee place when in Southport so stopped in for some coffee. Really nice and spacious cafe with tasteful decor. Service was quick though coffee is a bit pricey with an extra for decaf. Really good coffee at the right temperature...

This little coffee shop is the quite possibly one of the best I have been to. Having travelled up and down the country many times its fair to say I've sampled many cafe's! The latte's are so smooth and creamy!
