We have eaten at Roberto’s before and enjoyed the food and service so we decided to book it for a family meal for my 70th Birthday with a total of 25 people attending. We preordered our food a week in advance in order help the kitchen. From start to finish the staff were very attentive ensuring our food was served with the minimum of delay. The ages of the family ranged from 2-45 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We had booked the table from 16:00-20-00 and at no time did we feel we were being rushed. For myself as it was my birthday, I can only thank everyone at Roberto’s for a great memory!!

Arrived 7pm just the 2 of us, restaurant was not busy, Ordered 2 starters 1 calamari and 1 breaded brie, Very good and tasty. Main meal l ordered ribeye medium rare. Waited over half an hour and was given a free drink because of the long wait. Meal came 10mins later steak was literally raw and cold in the center.My wife's steak was so overcooked it was inedible. Such a shame, great staff and couldn't apologize enough would go back to give it another chance maybe it was just a bad day

Been coming to this Chinese buffet for a few years unfortunately after tonight’s visit I doubt we will return lots of dishes missing compared to previous visits a lot of things were only just warm seems to be in decline totally flat lemonade and overall not the best experience which is a shame as previous visits have always been good

As a guest in the hotel we decided to have the carvery. My partner is a meat eater so his meal was fine. I am a veggie. There was no nut roast. I was then informed the only option was veggie sausages which I declined. Apparently there is a problem with the supplier. I think they could out source this issue whilst there is this issue. If there is options for meat eaters there should be a few options for none meat eaters.

3 hour wait on Valentine’s Day to receive a pizza with plastic in, very disappointed. Pulled this out my mouth during the first slice… didn’t touch the rest as I was no longer hungry.

Excellent food delivered fresh and hot, including the popadoms! Driver was excellent, food delicious. Bhajis were crisp, mains hot and tasty, great take away experience

Don’t take cash or American Express it will be my last visit the young waitress was polite and offers me to order on my phone which I don’t like as I like proper service

Great pub, I've been going for ages. Nat asked me to do a review, she's very friendly and welcoming, attentive to the customers and works very efficiently. Always has a lovely smile and maintains a great atmosphere.

I went here for some mozzarella sticks and a milkshake. Food was amazing, they are homemade and you can definitely tell! Staff were very helpful and very kind.

Last time went my daughters nuggets were raw though maybe a one off so tried again and this time a simple donor meat and chips was wrong stone cold meat and raw chips
