Pizza Hut in Sefton

It was a lot more expensive than I expected for what was just OK food. The salad bar was very uninspiring and a bit pointless. Starters were poor but Pizza was good. Ordering on the app was painful and given the amount of people in there I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just take orders manually. Service was friendly but slow and I had to get attention several times and we left without anyone seeing us leave or saying goodbye (we’d paid on the app). All in all a bit soulless.

We don.t think pizza hut is as good value as it used to be but saying that they do have deals but for these to be cost effective, you have to choose some of the most expensive items. All the pizzas and sides were great we were a bit disappointed with sweets a bit of the sweet side The service was really good by josh

Went here for tea on Sunday with my friends for the first time in around 20 years. Great location with friendly and professional staff and lovely food (I had the 9" Deep Pan Pepperoni Pizza). Highly recommended!

Good service nice staff all good, salad selection great, I had lasagne my better half a margeretta and of course both with salad enjoyed.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location: the staff were supportive and helpful, our window seat was lovely and the food was very tasty. I even tried a pizza flavour I’ve never enjoyed before, and actually found it delicious! I’d especially like to mention Paul, a friendly waiter who always make my experience that little bit better with his kindness. Overall, a lovely and enjoyable time!

Staff were great, really pleasant and pizza was ok. Salad was really second rate compared to when they first opened and wanted to impress. But £88 for bread, cheese and tomato is just taking the pxss! I should have learned my lesson. Also, blue-light discount is non existent. Offering 25% food but not their deals so feel a little cheated. Vet la vie. Never again.

The service was ok once you get past the ordering stage which you have to do on your phone making any changes difficult and by the time you’ve finished you’re stressed out which spoils the whole experience of eating out. They need to start taking the orders themselves again now. The pandemic is over. Food was good and the prices were right.

The great attitude of all the staff plus the food was well prepared. We left feeling both full and happy. We had a really nice time. Gina our server went above and beyond by noticing and rectifying a minor error on one of our pizza toppings. She told us about it before we’d even received the pizza. We got the pizza with the error free while the correct one was made. Fab! The only thing not quite up to the mark is the Wi-Fi. It’s really slow and as they encourage visitors to order via the app they really should get that fixed. It was tedious plodding through the slow speed of navigating the app

The whole time I was there the staff were staring at me, talking about me and gave me horrible looks whenever they walked passed. I was just eating my pizza that I payed for and they were acting like we were doing something wrong. Food was nice but because if the staff I will not be returning.

After Been banned ftom a rival pizza supplier. We decided to a site that we last visited pre covid. We entered and were assisted by a very delightful uoung lady named Georgia. We asked questions about the new menu she was full of knowledge. Having recovered from foot surgery, this lady was more than happy to help. This lady is a gem and needs to be looked after and nurtured

Staff really helpful but food to be desired. We ordered a meat feast sharing pizza 25 pound but when it came it was like a pizza heated up from the night before awful. What's happening pizza hut ????? We won't be coming back and used to love your food.

Been a few times with a friend midweek. A pizza & catch up before we hit the movies & gotta say amazing staff who make you feel incredibly welcome even when they are really busy & the pizza & pasta never disappoints 😃 value for money, great food & lovely service, very welcoming & professional. Ticks all the boxes 👍 which is why we keep returning 😁 recommend 👍

Booked online and table ready when we arrived during half term. Ordered an adukt and kids buffet. Restaurant heaving and initially big queues for food and drinks, but as time went on became quieter. Throughout the pizzas kept coming out hot and the pasta is delicious and steaming. Staff friendly. Only problem was toilets unclean with paper everywhere and toilets not flushed but heaving with kids!

We called here at the end of a day trip and were very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was very warm and friendly and both waitresses were very pleasant and helpful. The pizza was delicious, not too much tomato puree which is rare these days. Just perfect, as was the garlic and salad. Well done Pizza hut Southport, we will come again.

Pleasant experience. Food served in good time and hot. Restaurant is online payment only. App needs to support Apple Pay. The choice on the salad bar was very poor. Lots of the usual standard items are missing.

Called in the last 2 weekends whilst visiting Southport and really enjoyed our pizza. Due to its location possibly it was one of the only places we could get a table as due to lockdown it was eating outside only. Friendly staff explained how to order using the app and pizzas were served quickly and piping hot. This weekend they made an error on our order and brought the thicker base pizza but apologised for the error and delivered the correct thin base one quickly and offered to box up the thick base one for us all complimentary. It was chilly sat outside in the shade but we enjoyed both our visits and pizza was delicious.

Visited with my partner and 2 children . On entering it was clear that all the social distancing rules were being adhered to . We felt very safe . The staff were very helpful. The pizza was ok , but the side salad were laughable . A tiny bowl with a tiny bit of lettuce, 3 small cherry tomatoes and that was about it . On the whole it was ok . Dont think we will be rushing back there .

Absolutely spot on service, this is by far the safest I've felt in a restaurant since lockdown. We where greeted at the door, everything explained with regards to new procedures. Everything was spotless, even a card on the table to say it had been sanitised. You order via your phone (although the gentleman offered to take the order if we couldn't do that) and he even came to check we had got it sorted as we where taking a while to pick :DFood arrived fast and was hot and delicious! Yes they've changed the self serve to adhere to guidance but honestly this didn't bother us. We still got a free salad and lil man got his ice cream :) The gentleman serving us was brilliant, I've seen him there before and he's always polite, friendly and helpful! Thanks guys! We'll be back soon x

Very hostile reception on arrival - barked orders at us to sign in and put masks on and clean our hands. We know this has to happen but the lad could have been polite and gracious about it. He then seated us at a filthy table. When I asked him to clean it he wiped tissue and spray over it and the dirt didn't come off!!! I had to take it off him and do it myself! Come on!!!? Then we got this pathetic brown salad (pictured) and totally average pizza. So so disappointing as this was a treat tea for our children. Place was cold and empty. I foresee it closing down soon. Shame. I'd never eat in again. :(

I am glad to see im not the only one who suffered with horrible staff!!!. I have a hearing impairment and I am partially deaf with perforated ear drums. My disability is not visible but I tend to talk louder than most people because of my lack of hearing. I was talking to my friend and a really rude manager came over having a right go at me saying my tone is wrong , I'm too loud and I shouldn't swear in conversation!!!!. Firstly I speak loud because of my disability, second I was having a private conversation with my friend and I did say the S word during conversation but it had absolutely nothing to do with the manager. She made me feel uneasy ans unwelcome and threatened to kick me out if I didn't stop swearing!!!!! She shouldn't be listening to my conversation and you shouldn't be kicked out having a private conversation with your friend. If I was talking too loudly that not my fault as I can't hear very well. She totally humiliated me the manager and total lack of awareness of people disability! My hearing aid is clear as day! I'm surprised she never saw it !!!!

Absolutely ridiculous!! My 15 year old daughter and her friends got turned away as apparently now its card only , they looked forward to this treat all week and always dined at pizza hut with her friends!! Apparently we should of looked at website but why would that occur to us when we have been coming here for years! Plenty of young people teenagers dine at pizza hut not all have bank accounts!!! It's ok to dine in their restaurant without a mask on but gotta pay by card!!! Joke.

Went for pizza for dinner, It was overpriced and the vegetables were not fresh and dried up. You got a free salade bowl which was literally like 5 leaves and 3 cherry tomatoes. Honestly a frozen pizza from the supermarket is better! Feel like I wasted my money and most definitely will not be returning!

we arrived for lunch at 12.50 pm and were shown to a table only to be told your server would be 2 minutes so we waited and waited we got served at 13.13, we chose the w/e buffet menu at £10.99 per adult and £5.99 for the children and refillable drinks at £2.99 per person. we started with the salad and this was fine plenty to choose from but the problems came when we went to get the pizza's, the choice we had was veggie hot - vegtastic - simply veg - Margarita that was it,No garlic bread No pepperoni No chicken n mushroom infarct No meat pizza's at all , leaving not a lot of choice at all. we asked staff why there wasn't any meat pizza an got told "we make them 50/50" I ask why because they had 50% veg and 50% veg and no meat or garlic bread to be seen and he just walked off very poor response from a member of staff to paying customers, and if it a buffet meal there should be a variety of different type of pizza's and garlic breads and not just cheap vegetable pizza's on offer.So if you want to wait ages to get served and poor selection of food this is the place to go

Called in today for a lunch date with my little lad, had a lovely time. Service from Joshua was great! Food arrived quickly and was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Very busy day in Southport (Airshow), resteraunt rather quiet considering. Arrived at 3.20pm, was shown to a table and given all the menus to browse. Tried to order the all you can eat buffet, waitress asked us what time it was before telling us it finished at 3pm. When I asked where it stated that, she didn’t know! (I finally found it in tiny writing on 2 of the many menus given to us). When she returned again to take out order we asked for bottomless juice & Coke, fine but after waiting 10 mins for our glasses we discovered ourselves that you help yourself. Not the most helpful really! No one explained the dessert system with the family deal we ordered either?!Despite being asked numerous times if everything was ok, it took 10mins to bring the bill (Max 5 tables occupied). There was no running water in ladies toilets (a tiny trickle in 1 tap) and for the 1 hour we were there the buffet pizza was still out. Why when it’s had finished I don’t know????? Was not impressed with anything especially considering it was no way busy! Will not be returning!

Went with my son who has asd & spd. Woman who greeted us was very polite. My son said it was to loud, she wasn’t moody about it or huff & puff. Said we’d come back later.We went back later, she remembered us and put us in a quieter corner and made a fuss of my son. As it quieten down the woman was still making sure that the pizza’s where always full (buffet), and the salad bar topped up.Very clean restaurant to and our waiter I think Mark was excellent.

We had the £28.99 family pizza deal. This was enough food for four people. A typical Pizza Hut franchise. Nice views and pleasant staff.

My wife and I were heading back up the country but decided to stop for a quick lunch at Pizza Hut. The only thing quick about this visit was that we were seated immediately. Then the service completely disappeared. It was quiet, with not many tables occupied, yet it seemed impossible to get served. We hadn't even had a drinks order in half an hour so we walked out. Only then did they notice us, but it should never have to get to that point!Ridiculous. Pizza Hut already has a naff reputation but this takes the mick.

We were 3 people eating out today, so we though on try something new and choose Pizza Hut. At the entrance, we were greeted by Charlott, who was incredibly nice, great attitude! Got drinks and starters, always with a lot of care from our host, later our mains and dessert that were very well prepared. We would like to thank the chefs that made our food, they were great, and again, Charlott for her great service on providing us with a good experience, we will definitely come back!! Thank you and keep up with the good work!

Called in again with my granddaughter last Friday, we were early and they had just opened but no problem, we were given a choice of seating areas.We ordered and did not have to wait very long before the food arrived which was clearly freshly cooked and delicious.Lots of salad to accompany the pizzas and ice cream for the little one to finish off the meal!Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, we couldn't wish for a better lunchtime meal.Full marks to Pizza Hut, we will be back soon!

I just took our son for a pizza on his request and were greeted quickly as soon as we walked in. We were shown to our table and were told that the person working on our table wouldn't be a minute. Over 10 minutes later and we still hadn't had the quick "hello" which you at least expect. It wasn't busy and because of this we left. I know some people will be thinking "Why didn't you say anything" and my reply is that we shouldn't have to. A simple "hello, I will be with you in a minute" is all it takes.

Come here fairly regularly, sometimes have to book a table at weekends or bank holidays. Very very friendly staff, food always good, usually have to take some home!!! great milkshakes for everyone.

I hadn’t been a Pizza Hut for years and must say I was really impressed. Firstly the service was very friendly and knowledgable. There was much more on offer than I expected including lots of starters, pizzas toppings and also different bases; I opted for the thin base which was really good. There were lots of drinks available including milkshakes, cocktails and a soft drink dispenser that allowed you to make your own combination of drink ie Pepsi with lime. They have the biggest salad bar I’ve seen with lots of items and sauces all of which you can have as much as you like of.

I booked for two tables, one for my daughter and her two friends and one for me, husband and son.

Food fresh, salad bar constantly restocked, waitress called Charlotte helpful and professional and an assistant called Ryan a delight. It was really busy but the service was quick and no ask too much effort. Thanks for a great meal, we will be back !

We landed with 8 over-excited 10 year olds. Staff were just brilliant- really looked after us well - big heroes menu is ideal - great value and decent food

A busy pizza hut, visited with my daughter and nephew, service was fab, the app wouldnt load my points and the server went out of her way to fix the issue, food well prepared and very tasty!

Not been here for a couple of years so we called in for lunch with granddaughter yesterday, plenty of choice and all varieties of pizza were available, unlike our previous visit.

Why did i listen to the kid's i don't like pizza at the beat of times but gave into them.not eaten in a pizza place in many years and no suotise it was horrible.

Not been to Pizza Hut since I was a student. After a failed attempt at dreadful F&B; we were greeted by a lovely lady & seated straight away in a comfy booth. The lovely waitress was amazing. Pizza was fab & so was the salad bar & ice cream. Will definitely be going again.

They don't do my favourite pizza anymore! :'( Still the pizza hut I remember but this is a big shame!

Enjoyed tea here with my dad. The food was standard for pizza hut. What motivated for me to write this review was the lovely customer service provided by the waiter on the afternoon 13/07/18. He really was lovely, it's rare for me to tip but I sure did. Make sure you keep this chap, he was so good!

Went for lunch today the manager had her own clothes on strappy top on that kept slipping down exposing her bare skin. She was reassuring people she actually worked there when showing to the tables. At one point 3 Staff were sat eating lunch taking lots of the buffet pizza off the counter,

Think we got lucky when we visited on a Friday tea time, seated immediately with speedy service. Restaurant wasn’t deserted but neither was it packed to the rafters.

My son turned 7 today, and as his party isn't till Sunday, we decided to take him out for dinner. He could choose the venue and he chose pizza hut. We informed the server that it was his birthday as we were seated and he said that's great, we'll do a little surprise for him. We ordered our food which included the refillable soft drinks. So we go to the drinks station where I have to dismiss the first 4 glasses due to dirt and lipstick on 1. Then we head to the salad bar, where the only thing that looked appetizing were Doritos. Admittedly none of us are salad fans so I chalked out up to our own taste. My flat bread pizza arrived on a slate, husbands chicken and fries were arranged in a basket and a trendy little bucket. Sons pizza was on a red plastic plate. Husband said his was nice. Mine was fine, bbq sauce is a little sweet. Sons looked suspiciously like the frozen ones you get from Iceland. It was about 4 inches diameter, soggy and had 4 pieces of pepperoni on it. Not all "children" are 3 years old, whilst he can't eat an adult serving, his pizza was pathetic. How pointless and upsetting to be served something I could have microwaved for him at home, if I was a bad cook who couldn't be bothered. We hit the self serve ice cream station and, well it's ice cream they can't mess that up. Although it was slightly ruined as this was when we noticed the ants marching along the counter top alongside our table. We asked for the bill, and as we paid the waiter says "oh I forgot about the birthday surprise". Worse £35 I've spent in a long time. And what a disappointing way to finish a special day.

Had a family dinner here. Good service, good food, very refreshing cocktail (passionate martini) on offer !

Came one afternoon with family. Very slow service and at one point we got forgotten about as we ordered drinks and had to ask twice about them as they never came. Food was average

Why is it that I can take my 8 year old daughter and she can pay £7.95 for a pizza, salad, side, dessert and drink but when I do it it costs 3 times the price?

Visited Southport today, we decided to go to Pizza Hut, never been to this Pizza Hut before, we were very pleased we did, the pizzas made by Phil we’re excellent, plenty of tasty toppings, the base & crust perfect golden brown, plenty of choice, lovely salad too.

One of the best Pizza Hut’s I’ve ever visited. Food was amazing, and the staff were great. Would definitely recommend. 🍕

I visited one evening with my friend and had crusted pepperoni pizza. We both had a drink. The bill was £40 plus!! Fast food at a price. Staff very good and restaurant clean parking good too.

The quiet Thursday night in March looking to spend my £15 meal allowance took me to this restaurant. No drama on arrival and I was soon seated and deciding what to choose. I ordered a thin crust individual pizza including a visit to the salad bar and soft drink all for less than £15. I do find the Pizza Hut salad bar a bit loaded towards high carb high fat dressing items. The pizza arrived without undue delay however my sense was that it spent a little too long in the oven. It wasn't burnt but I deftly felt that the topping had dried out somewhat.. All in all the restaurant did the job but won't linger long in the memory.

Nice half and half pizza to share. Margarita for me and spicy chicken for the hubby. Tasty salad selection and pleasant atmosphere.

Came for a birthday dinner. Service was excellent staff are amazing in this pizza hut. Food was delicious and my son had a mocktail to match my cocktail so he was more than happy.

Visited with my son for lunch. Great service, good quality food and although generally overpriced the buffet lunch was good value for money. The drinks are still way too expensive including £2.20 for a small bottle of water!

Wasn't sure what to expect as it's a long time since was last in Pizza. However, my godson and his friend wanted to go and who am I to say no.

After turning up at moments before closing time on Sunday evening after the Fireworks, I waited at the takeaway counter to get a meal for my family.

The pizza here is great and service is ok. Pizza hut has alot to offer they've got pizza for the adults and a childrens menu for the kids they have even got a whole ice cream factory to help your self to as much ice cream as you can handle theres a salad bar to get a nice bowl of healthy salad overall its a good pizza restaurant and i would recommend it!

I went into get my son a pizza to takeout. If you are taking out you order at the front and pay once the foods done. I ordered a margherita pizza. It was only for my son, the cheapest option was nearly 9pound for 6 slices. I thought i would have been able to get a small, like 4 slices but they didnt do that size. I was told a ten min wait but it took longer. My son enjoyed the pizza

We visited here after a long day on the beach on Sunday. My 5 year old was looking forward to pizza. We arrived and we're seated within 5 mins. It was busy and lots of staff running around. We placed our order. We went to get our drinks and salad bowl and sat and waited for our order. And we waited and we waited and we waited. In the time we waited we must have counted at least 30 pizza's going out for delivery and not one order for the resturant coming out to the customers sat waiting. At this point we had all eaten our salad bowl and my 5 year old had started to get a little agitated from the wait. We asked where our order was as it had been close to an hour since we had ordered. Ours eventually came out but my husbands was made incorrectly so he had to wait further for his. He did receive the pizza they made incorrectly and boxed it up for him to take. We spoke to management and they explained that they also take orders from the Internet. It's seemed as though these take priority which is completely wrong when you have your customers sat waiting. We understand technology is steering businesses in different directions these days, but if this is the case, maybe there should be a separate kitchen area to accommodate this, with separate members of staff. So that you have a team focused on your customers sat in the resturant. The manager did discount our meal as we were unhappy, which was very kind of her but unfortunatly we will be voting with our feet in future and will eat else where. Unfortunatly we couldn't wait to leave.

Nice, airy restaurant. It's a pizza hut chain, so you know what to expect, it's obviously not fine dining! Frozen dough etc...For the lunch buffet, it's a great deal. You choose from various pizza's, pasta and salad options. They also have a self service drinks machine, so if you want a fuss free, help yourself lunch...It's a good choice. Especially when you are with small children who get restless waiting for food.The choice of pizza toppings have increased, which is fab. But, the salad bar is much less. They used to have more variety, such as olives, bread sticks...but perhaps the actual offer varies from chain to chain?We enjoyed our food. Good spot for a tasty, cheap and hassle free family lunch.

We visited as a group of 7, both young and old. The service was excellent and the food was super quality. The staff looked after us and there was lots to choose from. The restaurant was clean and parking was good. Big portions and very hot. The only downside I would highlight is that compared to other places we had meals at over the full week, it was more expensive. However great quality and worth a visit.

I decided to take the family out, when we arrived it was quite it soon picked up food came out fast and faultless but it took a long time to clear our table from mains to t point we Finnished our dessert before they cleared t mains, only when t waitress saw me on trip advisor they cleared my table shame really would of been 5* otherwise , true what they say good food doesn't over come poor service such a shame

Nothing wrong with the resteraunt accept a poor experience with customer service as the person who was serving us seemed to be unhappy to be there.

It was a last minute decision for pizza for dinner and as we were parked on the promenade we ordered a large deep pan pepperoni with sides of garlic bread and ribs, the website was easy to work through and as we were taking it home we received an email saying the order would be ready in 20 minutes, after 15 we went in to collect and it was ready, as we only live 5 minute drive we got home and everything was pipping hot. The Food:- The ribs were not nice, they were not bad, but they were like they had been frozen for years as the meat was like dried leather and the meat that was not dry was just fat!The garlic bread was the best of the trio and everyone wanted this order instead of the other two orders.The pizza was not good, the dough was like tacky and needed longer in the oven, but even that would of not solved that the pizza was pretty tasteless? Usually we get Papa Johns or Dominos and both are far superior and more tasty than what Pizza Hut gave us.

My friend and I decided to eat here on a Friday night, we picked a table by the door hoping to get a bit of a breeze as it was a warm evening. We decided on the half and half deep pan, my half-had chicken and pineapple, my friend had a meat feast. When it arrived it was piping hot, We ate half and asked for a take away box which was given with no charge.

There were 12 of us that came for lunch today. 3 adults and 9 children. I have to say that the staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Great service. I thought the manager was amazing! Had her team working hard and had everything covered. She was constantly making sure that everything was kept on top of and even though it was sooo busy she still had time for the children. Well done.

A lovely Family meal that won't break the bank & the children will always adore. The Staff in here are very helpful & Friendly that they will go out there way to resolve any issues should they arise, very customer focused with Quality of food in mind. I know Pizza is not for everyone, as a pure example of the wife who only dined the Salad, but the children enjoyed the Experience which was set out very close to the Seaside with a Vast array of shops close to hand that where very relaxed due to not so high levels of the General Public at our time of Visit. Highly recommended definitely one of the best & Freshest Pizza Hut's we have ever visited, & the staff deserve Credit for making our family Experience a Happy Memorable one. Thank you.

Had a great pizza, large split chicken and meat feast, with all you can eat salad, Malteser cheese cake and two drinks.Service was brilliant. Highly recommended.

So, 7:30pm weekday evening, took 10 minutes for us to be seated even though there was no one in front of us, One member of staff was cleaning glasses just by passing us and not speaking to us, another said they will be over in sec...10 minutes later we are sat, food ordered, food got put on table 50 minutes later, they apologised for the wait but that's some wait. won't be returning any time soon.

Went with the family as I was told it was a buffet between a certain time of day, which I thought was fantastic for the kids as plenty of variety. Easy to get a table, the kids loved the wide choice of pizza and even the salad bar there was plenty to choose from. Free drink refills which again can save you a fortune. The staff were really friendly

Called in for lunch about 2.30pm. First time back in about 10 years. Salad was very good and the main order was pizza supreme and lasagne.. Both meals piping hot but never seen lasagne served in a long thin dish before. My wife said it was very tasty. However my pizza was well over baked and fairly dry, the pastry was tough. At £11.25 very overpriced. Next time I'll choose something else. Service was excellent

Took our son and a few friends on Saturday for tea. Think we were served by Paul?! He was fantastic. Absolute credit to Pizza Hut!!! Nothing was too much trouble. Food was piping hot. Couldn't fault it whatsoever.

I took my daughter and 10 friends for a birthday tea and the whole experience from booking it to paying for it went extremely smoothly, staff were efficient, friendly, went the extra mile and the children's set menu was value for money and looked delicious couldn't fault it

Went in today at 2.55pm for lunch. Two adults and two children. When seated the waiter came over and when we were about to order the buffet we were told that we had to have placed the order before 3pm. By the time we got in sat down and our other party member got in after parking it had just gone 3pm, so we were told we were too late to order the buffet. So we had to order off the main menu, costing well and above what we were planning on spending. Unbelievable as we did get in before 3pm and the waiter who seated us did not mention about the time.The toilets were also disgusting, the first one I went in had not been flushed and was full of toilet paper, the second one had not been flushed and was disgusting and the third one - say no more.

Just returned from a visit to Pizza Hut and had a lovely meal.Staff were very friendly and found us a table in a busy restaurant very quickly. Food was piping hot as with so many people it was refilled very quickly.Full of families for half term but the atmosphere was very relaxed and everyone was just enjoying themselves.Great eating experience.

We've been eating at this Pizza Hut for years and it's the one we always compare other Huts to ... few have reached the standards of this one. The staff are friendly and the food is great. The salad bar is regularly serviced by the staff so it's always nice and fresh.The restaurant itself is nice and clean with plenty of seating and a free car park (two hours immediately on site with a five hour one just over the road).Definitely recommended :-)

Dropped in spontaneously after shopping at Matalan. Staff seemed nice, efficient. My 5 year old loved the ice cream station. Was quite surprised at the lack of choice on the pizzas, considering where I was! But I ordered the BBQ Americano and it was very nice, and they put the left overs in a box for me to take home.

Been to pizza hut two in the last few weeks for Christmas treats and birthday treats.. I have to say the service is outstanding Josh who served us was kind and very helpful a credit to his work team. I also have to add the manager who is a lady sorry I don't know your name was lovely got my daughter some balloons and made a real fuss of her... Top quality service at its best thanku Pizza hut for making our daughters birthday more special.

I visited with my husband and our nearly 2 year old on a Tuesday night at approximately 6:30, the restaurant was surprisingly busy but the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a booth table which meant we could also sit out daughter at 'the big girls table' rather than a high chair which in itself goes a long way!I can't speak highly enough of the gentleman who served us I only wish we got his name as he went more than the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable time! All staff were polite and helpful food was the same as you'd find in any Pizza Hut but it was the service which really makes this store stand out highly recommended for an easy meal out!

After a long day in Southport decided to try the Pizza Hut. Good welcome and very prompt service. Tables very clean and restrooms very clean. Good salad bar and enjoyed the variety of soft drinks. Nothing wrong with the Pizza but have had better.

The staff are polite and the service is fine, but the quality of the food isn't great. I ask for the thinnest pizza base and it came really thick, and the starter wasn't very good. I think it would be ok for kids..

It was the restaurant of choice for the family birthday meal of my son, now aged 13!The pizza's were very tasty and the ice cream factory superb! Loved the unlimited Pepsi Max in vanilla and strawberry flavours.Absolutely bloated now!Our waiter was a lovely, friendly and helpful young man, who went above and beyond the job spec to chat to our son.I didn't get his name but he'd worked in hospitality in Egypt. All in all, a solid visit to Pizza Hut.

Absolutely disgusted with the service we received,on their application they are advertising false deals on food,was on the phone for 8 minutes whilst being put through to 3 members of staff only too order 2 pizzas,when we got their the price was incorrect,did not mention you had to pay for base of pizza, and very disappointed in food quality,not even warm enough to eat

Though we know what to expect from a chain, I must say this one is much worse than others visited in Manchester...Standards should be the same over but in Siuthport they are dropped dramatically.Pizza not cooked properly, service non existent and overall cleaning not up to standard.Probably the chef had a bad day, but in occasion of our visit, everything went wrong.

This is one of my fav Huts. The welcome is always friendly and the restaurant is clearly well run by the very nice lady who stands by the door most of the time. The food was good. Double anchovy was delicious, as was the BBQ meat feast. The only sour point of our evening was when my young daughters asked for some clean spoons from the ice cream factory but were completely and utterly ignored by a snotty young waitress who was rude with me when I had to ask for them. By the way, be careful with the stupid car park system that only allows 2 hours free parking and is controlled by a stupid ANPR system.
