Absolutely shocking food. Would think they are living off rassions to be honest spent almost 30 on food. No sauce given as asked. No cheese on Cheesey chips. Been in once or twice and atmosphere is terrible one guy shouts at his worker putting him under so much pressure. Always diffrent workers as I walk buy too. Think something dodgey is going on.

I order from here a lot. never had an issue and food always decent. never got an order wrong and they are very friendly, a great little gem in Bootle 😁

we've ordered from this place many times, and usually it's great, but unfortunately this time was a disappointment. I don't know if they've changed the chefs or what, but the chips were inedible, the burger was full of chewy bits and the chicken kebab was dry. Such a shame. And the options on just eat for when there's a problem, doesn't include the quality of the food, which I think it really should.

Took 2 hours for food to come the standard of food was ridiculous my Donna wrap had pieces of paper all over it as someone can’t wrap the paper round the wrap food was cold it’s an absolute waste of time and money

very small portion seens as kebab was large, naan bread was more like a wrap, chicken had no flavour and sauce was like pva glue. cheesy garlic bread was nice

It’s a shame cause I have ordered from here a couple of times and the food has always been spot on this time. I only got one fries with my order and there should’ve been two. Sources the lids was not even on. So the source was all over the place and the portion didn’t seem big enough for two people like they have been before.

Two tiny slices of tough lamb and one piece of thin chicken and the rest was just Donner meat … not worth the money at all .. AVOID!!!!

The pizza was highly enjoyable and added the Bbq base just like we had asked for when we called. Also the cheese burger meal was very nice and enjoyed, and the cheesy garlic bread was very delicious and cooked perfectly. Driver was very pleasant when delivering our food to us. Will happily order from here again.

Used to be decent, in fact the food was still good but the boss man is a nightmare Ordered through their app, thought I had paid online, food turns up, delivery driver asks for money, blah blah, next thing boss is on phone kicking off on me and the driver, accusing me of trying to rob him, telling the driver he will have to pay if I can't 🤣 had to send money to drivers bank account, as it was just a mistake. hopefully boss man forgot and the driver got a little bonus, but yes arrogant little man won't be getting any more of my custom

I ordered a large doner kebab and received it in a small box. When I got home and opened the box, there was very little lettuce and even less chili fluff. I paid £23. Pizza and fries were ok.

I've ordered lots times from this shop pizza. It is always delicious, dealing with the orders quick. Only waiting time is 9 minutes for collection. Great location in Bootle by car. Clean, with friendly staff. No photos of the meal now, but everybody seen a pizza before. Average prices😍😍

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Kebabs are stone cold like cardboard and burnt, chicken Kebab was under cooked and soggy the salad is not fresh !! Rang them to complain they are arrogant and rude they tried to tell me they’re kebabs are fresh. Would not have gave 1 star if it was an option!

Absolutely disgusting! Avoid at all cost, I order regularly from here, now the last time I ordered the delivery guy would not get out his car, he was sat in the car park outside my house and refused to come to my door, when he did my food was freezing he was walking about acting like he didn’t know where he was going, by the time he got to me my food was freezing, now tonight, he was quietly knocking on my door I could not hear him I am currently post op on my feet and can not walk fast so I did haft to take my time, when I got to the door he said I’ve been here 5 minutes I apologised and explained and he said okay, now I have opened my food the chocolate fudge cake is from Iceland freezer, and the pizza was disgusting the sauce tasted out of date, the cheese was tasteless and the dough was soggy. So I have called up via pizza to be called a lier and be told I won’t be refunded and then they hung up on me, if you have any common sense from reading my review avoid these. Horrible robbing people. £30 on horrible food. I will be reporting to just eat too…

Food is decent, but the delivery guy tonight was rude and sarcastic. Firstly, he banged a few times on the door in less than ten seconds. No doubt I was wasting his time Then he said, did you order food?. The number is displayed clearly on the door. Finally he asked sarcastically for the money when he knew I had paid online.

Absolutely disgusting place ordered a pizza half way through eating it me and a friend notice little maggots in the food and the chicken was raw and pepperoni was rotten, when we inspected it cheese had be placed on maggot and rotten meat when ripping it apart the smell was so bad we vomitted, this is absolutely disgusting this will be forward to Liverpool City Council Inspectors disgusting restaurant incompetent staff.

Awful customer service! Ordered a meal deal but then ordered extra onion rings. Only gave me kebab and onion rings. No drink or chips with my order. Showed him my Apple wallet transactions and he still made me feel like I was the one making the mistake! Would give zero stars if I could. Making me feel stupid.

Gone down hill rapidly lately. Food portions have shrunk. Food quality is poor and customer service is none existent, especially through their website that tells you they are out delivering but then the takeaway says they haven't even got your order!

BEWARE - they take extra payments by card claiming the machine is not working, when they know full well it is. Gave us 2 'cardholder verification failed' receipts claiming this means there was an error, but this is what it always says when paying by contactless and they know this. Check your bank and get your money back, or better yet just avoid. I will be reporting to trading standards.

3 hours no delivery, food was disappointing and they added more food for "compensation" without asking me, now most of it will go to waste as I can't eat that much and it's 3 hours after my dinner time so I have 0 appetite, what a waste.
