My husband ordered kabab, hardly any meat,I ordered fries ..they were skinny and bone dry...the staff were not over friendly... We would never return...

Refused to give me and my partner an extra fork to share a large meal, as according to them, it was only one meal per person, and I would have to order my own meal to get a fork. Rude front of house staff and meal ordered (chips + cheese) relatively cold with un-melted cheese scattered on top very disappointing for the extortionate price paid relative to other restaurants .

Chips were tough , chewy and cold! Hardly any cheese on them also.p Garlic pizza was freezing cold, burnt crust, barely any taste and very dry . Delivery was late too even past extended , expected time. Such a shame ordered from before never had a problem but today just awful.

Ordered a Chicken Kebab and donner kebab with fries. Also came with a two tubs of garlic sauce. Food was delivered promptly and was piping hot. Very generous portions of chicken and lamb in large size pitta bread. Would highly recommend this takeaway. Also the salad that came with it was freshly made and went well with the kebabs. Great service will definitely order from here again. 10 out of 10.

Excellent as usual. Cheesy mushrooms absolute class. Donner,chips and cheese wrap delicious. Delivery driver patient as it took me time to get down to him. What I ordered really was excellent and U should try it

Absolutely superb for a late night treat. The fried foods - fries, jalapeño bites were perfect. We just had a calzone and it was perfect for what we wanted at that time. Delivery person was lovely. Really appreciated it.

The food was very good quality. Got Donner kebabs and fries. The fries were piping hot & honestly the best we have had in a long time!! The hot chilli is hot so get with caution! Very pleased with this order over all :)

food was cold, you get next to nothing and also the donner meat was dry and burnt. the meat had to be thrown and all we had was cold soggy chips. asked for mayo and didn't even get any mayo... at least we got the cheese I guess. don't waste your money go somewhere else!

This place makes me feel like home, whether it’s a night out or a night at home this food changes lives, the staff are ever so friendly and the food has so much flavour, I couldn’t recommend enough it is my favourite place to go!

Delivery guy was very smiley and surprisingly considerate not ringing the door bell at early hours in the morning, he said “Incase people were sleeping” (choosing to call us when outside instead). Pizzas/chips were hot and cooked perfectly. Always top food and service from the guys at Concept :)

Mostly had meals at this place during evening time but the best place you can order from at 2am ! Got delivery and was super happy with my burger & pizza , toppings and taste was amazing for the pizza and the tenderly burger was so good . This is actually TOO GOOD to be open until 3am during Friday's and Saturdays! Thank you for the lovely delivered hot meal !!! Will 200% recommend to any food lovers really great stuff....

Can't argue with these guys, it's open very late, which sort of balances it's not fantastic quality, it's good enough, sort of place you go to when you get hungry whilst on a night out. can't complain really, They're open late.

Ordered an Hawaiian burger and it wasn’t edible whatsoever. The bun was so soggy it couldn’t even be picked up as it just fell to pieces. Only ordered 2 items of food and the delivery took over an hour

The most underwhelming Kebab in town

Ordered a donner meat and chips and a special pizza. Donner meat was like nothing Ive seen or tasted before 🤢. Pizza was undercooked and cheese plastic and chalky. Absolutly VILE. Please avoid this place. Everything tasted luke warm and off. Funny texture and taste. Only ordered because I ended up staying late at work and only place still open. All went in bin after 3 or 4 bites, disgusting!!!!!!!

Good food, ordered pizza the dough was light and airated(almost like a sour dough), added an extra flavour to the meal. Cheese to tomato puree ratio was bang on for me. Chips were well cooked and always open late. Delivered on time still hot. Overall very good.

Food came cold and 25 mins late not happy

Food was apauling. Meat chewy it was minamal for the price. Couldn't eat it as it tasted awful. Basically paid £33 for 2 chocolate cakes as the rest ended up in the bin. Have tried numerous kebabs and this is by far the worst one yet.

If you want a delicious burger get it from here perfect every time .

ordered a chicken fillet burger and got here late had to heat everything up because it was ice cold had a bite of the chicken burger and it wasn’t cooked at all. orderd 2 large kebabs donna and both ordered with sauce but non was put on. donna was vile was black was like tar. cheesy chipps looked like they had just had rubber poored on could just peel it off. such bad service we rang the restaurant and explained to them and asked what would happen and just got buttoned so rang again and the same happend again. absolutely disgusting don’t recommend

£8.90 for the SMALLEST chicken and beef kebab. I didn't even eat it because it just turned to dust in my mouth. Awful food, I want a refund!!!

I paid for 6 chicken goujons but they only gave me 5. I paid for garlic mayo and salad extras but they were not provided. Ridiculous
