portion size absolutely abysmal, ordered 2 items one being a large kebab was the smallest thing I've ever seen calzone was also small but no size was optional shame because food was ok won't use again

Cold food, took nearly an hour to be delivered and when it was delivered the driver proceeded to lecture me like a child regarding the order and location.

The food was very good quality. Got Donner kebabs and fries. The fries were piping hot & honestly the best we have had in a long time!! The hot chilli is hot so get with caution! Very pleased with this order over all :)

food was cold, you get next to nothing and also the donner meat was dry and burnt. the meat had to be thrown and all we had was cold soggy chips. asked for mayo and didn't even get any mayo... at least we got the cheese I guess. don't waste your money go somewhere else!

This place makes me feel like home, whether it’s a night out or a night at home this food changes lives, the staff are ever so friendly and the food has so much flavour, I couldn’t recommend enough it is my favourite place to go!

Delivery guy was very smiley and surprisingly considerate not ringing the door bell at early hours in the morning, he said “Incase people were sleeping” (choosing to call us when outside instead). Pizzas/chips were hot and cooked perfectly. Always top food and service from the guys at Concept :)

Mostly had meals at this place during evening time but the best place you can order from at 2am ! Got delivery and was super happy with my burger & pizza , toppings and taste was amazing for the pizza and the tenderly burger was so good . This is actually TOO GOOD to be open until 3am during Friday's and Saturdays! Thank you for the lovely delivered hot meal !!! Will 200% recommend to any food lovers really great stuff....

Can't argue with these guys, it's open very late, which sort of balances it's not fantastic quality, it's good enough, sort of place you go to when you get hungry whilst on a night out. can't complain really, They're open late.

Ordered an Hawaiian burger and it wasn’t edible whatsoever. The bun was so soggy it couldn’t even be picked up as it just fell to pieces. Only ordered 2 items of food and the delivery took over an hour

The most underwhelming Kebab in town

Ordered a donner meat and chips and a special pizza. Donner meat was like nothing Ive seen or tasted before 🤢. Pizza was undercooked and cheese plastic and chalky. Absolutly VILE. Please avoid this place. Everything tasted luke warm and off. Funny texture and taste. Only ordered because I ended up staying late at work and only place still open. All went in bin after 3 or 4 bites, disgusting!!!!!!!

Good food, ordered pizza the dough was light and airated(almost like a sour dough), added an extra flavour to the meal. Cheese to tomato puree ratio was bang on for me. Chips were well cooked and always open late. Delivered on time still hot. Overall very good.

Food was apauling. Meat chewy it was minamal for the price. Couldn't eat it as it tasted awful. Basically paid £33 for 2 chocolate cakes as the rest ended up in the bin. Have tried numerous kebabs and this is by far the worst one yet.

If you want a delicious burger get it from here perfect every time .

ordered a chicken fillet burger and got here late had to heat everything up because it was ice cold had a bite of the chicken burger and it wasn’t cooked at all. orderd 2 large kebabs donna and both ordered with sauce but non was put on. donna was vile was black was like tar. cheesy chipps looked like they had just had rubber poored on could just peel it off. such bad service we rang the restaurant and explained to them and asked what would happen and just got buttoned so rang again and the same happend again. absolutely disgusting don’t recommend

£8.90 for the SMALLEST chicken and beef kebab. I didn't even eat it because it just turned to dust in my mouth. Awful food, I want a refund!!!

Awful food at extortionate prices, avoid at all costs. We never even touched the chicken kebab as looked grey. Got back to hotel and ran back round as sauce was missing, the guy couldn’t have been more rude.

I ordered a chicken and donner kebab. There was no option for size when I ordered. It arrived early, around 10 minutes. Was hot when it got here. However, it was tiny, maybe 3 or bits of chicken, not much more for the donner meat. Very disappointed. First and last time ordering from here.

Staff are awfully rude!!!!!!! Food is disgusting double cheeseburger with no cheese soggy bun 14 day old lettuce. 2 burgers and 2 cans of pop £18!!!!! Would not order from this place again if it was the last place on earth I would rather starve

The delivery time on the order page was 35-50 minutes. I ordered a chicken and donner kebab, regular size. Oh my goodness, it was tiny and had only 3 pieces of chicken in it with around 4 long slices of donner meat and a handful of lettuce tomato and onion. The food was fresh and tasty but the portion size was very very small and the delivery ended up taking 1hour and 20 mins which was 30 mins past the latest delivery time on the food page. I said that I would try it again because although they were very late and considering that it was around 3am in the morning when we finally received our order by which time we were sorry we had ordered as we were half asleep, the food was tasty and fresh. But next time we will collect as it is too much of a gamble with the waiting time. Overall I would say that the food was good but the portion size was tiny and not worth the cost when you consider the price at Haruns grill just up the road and the difference in portion sizes at Haruns where you receive really good portions . The delivery time - all I can say is abysmal!

Delivery driver knocked on neighbours at 2am so not great at all put instructions clearly in not a hard address to find. Could've rang if not sure but didn't bother. Food wise calzone is extremely tiny, garlic bread was ok, chips cheese ok, samosas were nice. I'd give 6/10 honest review
