excellent the pasties where still hot when they arrived and I liked how everything was put in individual bags and not cold and hit placed in saem bag. wish all delivery places would do this like you.

Really disappointed, didn't even bother giving me the items I ordered. completely missed off all of the hot food.

took quite a while for the order of premade sandwiches and a can of pop to be prepared to pick up and then the delivery guy didn't follow delivery instructions but food was nice when it got here.

I haven't had any problems up till the last 2 orders I order through just eat as I'm disabled the first time my order was for somebody else and was dumped beside the bin then yesterday I ordered mince pies which are usually lovely but the ones I got where absolutely dicusting pastry was hard I won't be ordering again

always ordering from here but it's the 2nd time now that something hasn't turned up that I've paid for

Sausage roll and pasties burned to a crisp as was the cheese on toast all went in bin. Cheerful and polite delivery driver tho

Horrendous. Since moving to a new location, PoundBakery (Bootle Strand) has fallen down a dark path. As other reviews state, one woman who works there (with grey hair) just ignores customers and does her own thing. She's only remotely nice to anyone she's familiar with. She's terrifying. AVOID.

The staff here are always very welcoming and kind. Despite being busy, everyone was served properly and thoughtfully. We always get the too good to go bags from here and they aren’t stingy! Thank you!

The women was too busy talking to even serve us. We got sausage bean & cheese pasty and a meat & potato pasty both tastes of nothing but pure grease absolutely vile will never go there again. Wouldn't even feed that to my dog.

yet again order was missing items, this is 2nd time ordering for this to happen .. and pasty was over cooked and base was full of grease. Will stick to Greggs in future.

Awful service, they are walking around doing doing bins and other stuff with a line of customers waiting, zero customer service as if staff don’t want to be there, go Greggs!

Worst food ever . First time ordering online and the sausage roll wernt a normal hot one was from a cold packet only warmed up slightly , wedges had little orange bits on n were freezing aswell . Drink not too bad they gave me barbecue instead of ketchup and gingerbreads are stale plus am pregnant

I ordered 3 pasty nobody knocked my neighbour called to say there's a just eat bag down by the bin all wet and it's not even my order trying to contact just eat is like trying to knit fog will never use them again

firstly changed time of delivery to over 30 mins later than originally give 5 mins before due to arrive. when got food everything is burt and rock hard and has obviously been reheated shouldn't of been sold at all i doubt u would of sereved this over the counter, Absolutely disgusting my kids won't touch anything when it was suppose to be lunch. so now £15 down with food that's All gong in the bin. I won't be going the pound bakery again let alone ordering from here. .. totally gone down hill

missing items - justeat refuse to refund money for missing items

I would like a full refund my food turned up freezing cold and it was an hour later than what the delivery time said

I ordered 3 meals one of them being for a toddler they all came freezing cold, the donuts were not fresh but rather stale and solid , we received the wrong items from our order I ordered a cherry are and received bubblegumade I also ordered custard slices but received chocolate eclairs

Food had price tags cheaper than what I was charged

The doughnuts were rock solid overall good though

Order a sausage and egg on toast and a bacon and egg on toast; the egg wasn’t cooked properly and the bacon and sausage were so dry, I have requested a refund as I wasn’t happy and ended up binning most of my order 😡

I had an impromptu and absolutely banging bacon and egg toastie here. The staff are really lovely too. It's got a proper nice vibe.

Ideal for a quick bite to eat, quality is what you'd expect from your standard Pound Bakery. Service is fast and there is seating outside the store.

Staff let some woman push in front of my sister who had been queing for a while a lot of them are quite abrupt with you. You no longer get value for money here everything's a rip off now.

Baguette was fresh and crunchy so it was lovely. meat and potato pies are tasteless but that's not shops fault. deserts were all nice 🙂👍

I ordered multiple of different items, but was only sent 1 of each. They even put the chocolate biscuit and gingerbread biscuit in with the hot food. There is always something missing when I’ve ordered from here (I just can’t resist the cheese on toast) but this time has been ridiculous.

Wedges were freezing.. not even cold actually freezing and very very dry. They went straight in the bin.

It's amazing how a place like pound bakery has the time to let you know that the food you ordered needed to be baked as someone just bought the last.. but a massive company like McDonald's ignore the phone, forget items constantly and simply don't care. Big high five to the bakery staff. Other food places should take notice about real customer service ❤️🤢

Honestly Vicki and Lisa were the most helpful staff ever today couldn't of done enough with my order issue well done to the staff there...

Ordered twice because three items were missing so I reordered the missing items and there was still missing items on the second order

Yesterday I ordered sausage rolls and they come hot, great. Today I ordered the exact same thing and they come cold and “ready to cook”, if I wanted to cook I wouldn’t have ordered a takeaway. Why aren’t there specific options for hot or cold sausage rolls? So you just have to hope you get what you want? It doesn’t make sense.

Food arrived hot and well/carefully packed. They didn't have everything I wanted, but they substitued generously. Very happy.

Totally wrong order delivered, NO Bavarian slices yet apple marangues ( I have an Egg White allergy ) and egg custards were delivered which I didn't order, hot meat pie arrived in a greasy brown bag stone cold...hot sausage rolls were cold.this is the 2nd time in 3 days Just eat has delivered me COLD food, Bye Bye just eat...Uber here I come.

The vegan sausage roll was lovely but the steak bake was mostly Gravy and whatever meat was in it was gristly and fatty. The delivery went well too.

The 2 sausage and egg muffins were tasteless and the buns were hard, had to throw them away The bacon and egg roll was soggy and got thrown away too, definatly wont be getting breakfast from here again For the price was disgusting

Terrible service ended up waiting 25 minutes for bacon and egg sandwich and ended up getting something else , I won’t be going back again , got my money back

Ordered on just eat. Confirmed delivery, driver at the restaurant then all of a sudden order gets cancelled after making me wait 25 minutes. Very unprofessional, I understand if things have run out but how about call and explain?

I Haven't even received this but it says it was delivered, I have gone through just eat to try get a refund my blood is absolutely boiling, Saying it was delivered when it's very clear that it wasn't didn't even leave the shop. Used to buy from here a lot. I'm not anymore hoping for my refund of £24

I ordered nuggets meal for kids, the meal said on the menu, had 4 pieces of nuggets, the lady brought the plate with only 2 pieces saying there are 4 pieces there, refused to take the plate back, dirty tables no tissues offered, waited forever to place the order and to get the order at the table.
