Mi esposa y yo pedimos un sándwich, huevo mayo y un atún mayo, patatas fritas, ensalada y ensalada de col a un lado. Ambos vinieron en pan espeso fresco, las limaduras eran abundantes y la ensalada de col era hermosa. Tal cambio para pagar por algo y conseguir cada centavo. Muy recomendable este lugar!

Wow - what a wonderful restaurant. First class service and outstanding food - what a truly amazing experience. A lovely atmosphere from the moment we stepped through the door.

Really nice gluten free ciabatta with all the trimmings. Also GF scone and chocolate cake available. Lovely setting. Clean and tidy.

Me and my wife had a lovely afternoon tea for two. I like ordering before we arrive so we know we will get what we have ordered. It is expensive compared to other places but the quality is better. My only gripe is the service charge being added to the bill. We asked for this to be removed but this is happening at more and more places and it's really annoying. Does this go to the staff or are you trying to improve your profit margin?

Me and my wife always used to come here for a classic burger and chips and we absolutely loved it, best burger in Peterborough and the best chips also. We came back today after a long time not coming and nothing has changed apart from it being better than last time, fantastic service, atmosphere lovely and relaxing. We would highly recommend this place, best burger in Peterborough. Also massive shout out to 'Azair' for his 5 star service, what a great guy.

Attended a tasting menu for valentines evening g . Food was lovely and the staff where very attentive but unfortunately although private dining there was another couple who was there and was very very loud and completely controlled the whole evening. Couldn't hear what the staff was telling us about the courses and didn't even have a conversation with my partner as i couldn't hear him. Considering the cost I would have thought the staff could gave told them to keep the noise down as other people in the joining resturant also mentioned the noise as this was also our 41st wedding g anniversary it totally spoil our evening I know it wasn't the resturant fault but I think the manager should have step in. Another couple who was there also didn't enjoy the experience either because of the same problem

Had the roast and was very surprised how much food on the plate - really nice and we will certainly be back. Priced right and friendly staff all in all a winner.

From the moment we stepped into Lavish, we were welcomed by the warm, inviting ambiance, paired with attentive service, set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. But the real star of the night was the food and the flavorful sauces they used. We started with the beetroot appetizer, which was a delightful surprise. The earthy sweetness of the beets was perfectly balanced with a creamy, tangy dressing, making for a refreshing and vibrant start. Alongside, the calamari was cooked to perfection—tender on the inside, lightly crispy on the outside. Grilled octopus was another appetizer that was absolutely perfect! For the mains, we opted for a variety of dishes to fully experience the restaurant’s expertise in grilling. The chicken shish was succulent and well-marinated, and preserved its juicy tenderness. The ribeye steak was another standout—cooked exactly to our preference, with a rich, buttery flavor that melted in the mouth. The lamb beyti, wrapped in lavash and served with a flavorful tomato sauce and creamy yogurt, was a comforting, aromatic dish that showcased the chef’s mastery of traditional flavors. Pairing all this with a well-curated wine selection and a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, Lavish exceeded all expectations. We tried red wine and it was amazing! We were so full with the yummy food so we couldn't try the desserts but they all looked good! Will try next time for sure! Whether you’re in the mood for seafood, steak, chicken or hamburger, this place delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be returning soon! My kids loved the atmosphere as well! I ordered the Stake and Ale pie and it was amazing. The portion sizes were amazing, absolutely huge also a chocolate brownie which came with ice cream and honeycomb. The owners is amazing and a great laugh. It was amazing service and the food was out of the world. I highly recommend.

We were surprised by how small and intimate it was, a couple of dishes were off the menu due to supply issues but that can't be helped. All the food was freshly cooked and the service was excellent, in a small place it can be overbearing but it wasn't at all. Tucked in the original side streets this place is a gem!

Came here with a few friends for a couple of drinks and i can say this place offers the best cocktails in witham by a mile! We will come back

We have visited the restaurant and ordered online many many times and I have to say that we are never left disappointed!! Every order is perfection and so delicious we just keep coming back for more! Chef and his incredible team are so attentive and nothing is ever to much trouble. Safe to say we will keep returning for a lifetime!
