So we decided to take advantage of the Father's Day Paella and Champagne special deal on Groupon and what a great deal it was. Eavesy's plaice has a very chilled vibe almost like just hanging out in your own back garden. The outdoor bar and kitchen are great and it was a pleasure to watch chef Jamie at work cooking up a banging paella whilst the co owner Sarah always made sure your champagne glass was never empty. The children's entertainment zone was amazing with the big screen playing number blocks and other cbeebies classics whilst being supplied with an endless feast of fruit kebabs and rocket lollies. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back

Called in for breakfast and was absolutely delicious. Very generous portion size and very friendly service. Had a milkshake on the side which was also incredible. Will definitely be calling in again

This is a rare find, a home cooked Sunday roast dinner for £13 for 1 course, £15 for 2 or £18 for 3 . Mad not to when it's this good. Friendly staff, and patrons, outside space front and back, a small car park, but parking available in the roads around or the nearby Fullers Hill Car Park. And best of all, they have Aspels Cider on tap!

Food is decent but for the amount you get versus price paid, it’s pretty disappointing unfortunately. Probably wouldn’t return

We loved this place because it wasn’t just the typical dishes you usually find. We ended up ordering grilled chicken.Some of the dishes did feel a bit pricey for the size, but we enjoyed them so much, we felt they were worth it.

I came into this restaurant around 3 weeks ago, the atmosphere and the level of service received was remarkable. Such a friendly family and welcoming restaurant with superb hospitality.

Lovely cosy restaurant, sitting on the till was an award for best fish and chips 2024 and it didn’t disappoint. Good sized portions, the kids pasta dish was very tasty also. Very Friendly staff. Of course you pay a little more for the food due to location and restaurant but certainly worth it. Will be back for sure Keep up the good work and winning the awards

Thank you all for a great meal yesterday- we were a party of 8 heading to the panto after. The food was really lovely, super tasty and beautifully presented. Efficiently delivered to us all and we had plenty of time to enjoy it .This was our first visit but will most certainly not be our last. Thank you again
