So we decided to take advantage of the Father's Day Paella and Champagne special deal on Groupon and what a great deal it was. Eavesy's plaice has a very chilled vibe almost like just hanging out in your own back garden. The outdoor bar and kitchen are great and it was a pleasure to watch chef Jamie at work cooking up a banging paella whilst the co owner Sarah always made sure your champagne glass was never empty. The children's entertainment zone was amazing with the big screen playing number blocks and other cbeebies classics whilst being supplied with an endless feast of fruit kebabs and rocket lollies. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back

Called in for breakfast and was absolutely delicious. Very generous portion size and very friendly service. Had a milkshake on the side which was also incredible. Will definitely be calling in again

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and genuine people. I came here for dinner with my partner and ended up chatting with the owner and chef who has such a passion for every dish on the menu. Such a nice genuine guy. All other customers were so friendly and overall this is just a fantastic hidden gem. Definitely give it a visit!

I cant leave this place a good enough review. Absolutely exceptional. The staff are always chatty and attentive, ive always had my order ready quicker than anywhere else I've been and whoever cooks the meat should have some sort of award. Every single piece is tender and so beautifully cooked the guy has some serious talent. I've not seen this level of effort go into a takeaway before and I will be going there for the foreseeable future. Great job guys !

No good if you can’t get through on the phone Tried x3 times but no one answered

We’ve been totally ignored, rude waitress not helpful. Main dish meat was chewy chicken was dry!! As were leaving manager passed by us to deal with another customer totally ignoring us. They should leave all their Turkish dishes to Turkish restaurants and stick their Paella!! Never going there again and I will not taking my staff to dine either.

Food was excellent and value, really enjoyed environment

First visit yesterday, we all absolutely loved the food, we all struggled to make a decision on what we wanted to try first, so got some extra bites to try as well. The burnt ends and brisket were my favourite. Good atmosphere and already planning our return.

Absolutely shocking I order from here in the past over 30+ times and yesterday Friday 25th October you send me the worst food flavourless I was heartbroken I wanted a refund but infact keep the money you want to send out food like that you lost a long term loyal customer I’m never ordering from here again you ruined my experience so much I ordered from this place because the food used to be nice now it’s like any other money making restaurant very disappointing Zis seems to be going backwards instead of moving up and getting better getting a lot worse shocking that you could even send this out and the worst part is them chicken tenders 🤮🤮 no seasoning just frozen chicken that was soggy disgraceful I’m absolutely appalled

The India Grill delivered an exceptional dining experience! My colleagues, friends and I always love to go to this restaurant to celebrate birthdays and special occassion. They have good food, however we will not come back again for the CUSTOMER SERVICE that we had. It was my leaving do. I reserved a table and made a deposit for 12 people (£10/person), unfortunately 8 people only arrived as people were sick (we are all nurses from the hospital). Even though we consumed food that was good for 12 people and the restaurant was not as full on that night, they charged us £40 for the people who did not come in and said that it was for the reservation. My colleagues spoke to the manager, who was resistant and argumentative, saying that the deposit cannot be refunded or used for people who did not attend. Hence, they will be keeping it. It was quite a long discussion until one of my senior colleagues spoke to him, and gave back our deposit. The waitresses were rude and not understanding either, after the discussion happened they did not stop badgering me about the deposit. One waitress apologised to her friend’s friend, who is one of my colleagues, however she did not stop talking and staring until I left. I had a wonderful and memorable dinner with my colleagues, however it ended up badly on how we got treated on this restaurant when a problem arised.
