Went to play snooker, staff could not be more helpful. I thi k it was the manager who dealt with our every needs. Food was quick, delicious….. and at a very busy bar….. got served reasonably quickly. Friendly efficient staff

Came in with my friends a few days ago and was served by a young girl named Molly. She welcomed us with a smile and continued to check that we were ok throughout our visit, including asking us if we wanted any drinks taken to our table. She was amazing throughout the whole visit. Thank you molly!!

Riley’s benfleet has a great atmosphere and is always busy, great place to go for drinks and pool not to mention all the sports on TVs all around Venue. Staff all warm and welcoming, Natalie was really helpful and gave service with a smile 😊

Lovely helpful staff, Naterly, Lauren, Diane, Andy etc. Great place for a game of pool. Watch out for the Riley's company scam: you now have to pay upfront for a booking, if you cannot make the time and cancel, I doubt you'll get a refund.

Awful food awful service. I know this isn’t advertised as a restaurant and is more of a sports bar and it’s It’s ok to go for a drink but don’t order food. The member of staff that brought the food out had food around his mouth as if he’d just eaten. They got the Order completely wrong. Took forever to come out and when it did there was a massive gap between each other’s food coming out meaning that the first person finished their meal 10 mins before the last meal came out and there were only 4 of us eating! Came here as there was a promo for the day for free pool, went along for the first time and was surprised by the venue as a whole.
