The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

lovely hot food delivery was earlier but we was starving

After a very long day at work I decided to order some food from there guys. The speed was incredible and the food tasted very nice. More than happy and I am glad I chose you.

Don’t use this restaurant for delivery, they say they cover your area but always cancel your order so you have to come to them. Normally I order else where but this time I decided to collect to see the restaurant and it looked filthy Won’t eat there again

En el pasado, siempre terminamos nuestras visitas a Londres con una cena en Kaifeng. Solía ser un punto culminante de nuestras cenas de restaurante, a pesar de que sabíamos que era caro. Esta vez fue como nos habían advertido, que no era tan bueno como solía ser. La comida era buena, pero no tan buena como antes, así que fue una comida decepcionante.

I would just love to commend one member of staff called Awais Ali for his beautiful service and offering extra chicken on the pizza for absolutely free and this establishment is well deserving of these 5 stars

Would not recommend. I ordered the 3 in 1 dish but have a stomach issue meaning too much of something can trigger and irritate it. So I like to have the option to put together the amount of everything that I want. I asked them to separate the food in different containers (not asking for more of the food) and they refused. Won’t be using them again.

Disgusting strong onion taste beef chow mein...Bad stomach and 2 hours later still taste onions in my mouth...

Ordered food at 18.40 food still hadn’t arrived 1 hr and half later phoned the restaurant to be told it was on the way 40 mins later the restaurant calls to tell me they missed my order so I won’t be receiving my food I would strongly recommend you don’t order from here

Update- we thought we would give this place another try a few years later. Ordered a munchy box along with other dishes. £18 for just the box was small, cold and tasteless. I called to raise my concerns and reply was I will let the kitchen know and hung up. 100% will not be back again Place has gone down hill!!! Curry was so spicy could not eat. Duck dish was very small and over cooked. Got my prawn order wrong. Called up to correct order was told it was my fault when it was not. Customer service was awful. They agreed to send out a new dish did not show up. Won't be going back again now. Prices have gone up loads as well

Rice had gone brown, was dry. Ordered salt and pepper chips also, they were not even cooked properly and were hard in the middle. Kung po chicken tastes like a jar of sweet and sour sauce was in it. Crispy chilli beef was awful. I said I was unhappy with the entire order and was offered only a refund for the 2 egg fried rice. For £35 and being a first time customer I would have thought it would be good. Clearly not. Order arrived in 30 minutes, as I have worked in the takeaway industry in the past, The food cannot go that bad in that small amount of time.

I made an order at 8pm on a monday and it took 2.5 hours to be delivered. The food was warm and tasted okay but not the best i’ve ever had and definitely not worth a 2 and a half hour wait. The staff member on the phone however was nice and apologised but overall wouldn’t order from here again.

From the start order and delivery spot on as always. The food not good at all 😞 very disappointing all tasted the same and horrible 😔
