Ordered our food online. It took 1hr 40 mins to get to us. They also forgot to send prawn toast. Called and was told they will get some to us ASAP. Took a further 30 mins and it was cold. Yes we got a free bottle of coke. But the toast was freezing and hard. Very unhappy with the service to be honest.

Really friendly and fast service. Has deep fried shredded beef in chilli sauce (my favourite), with rice and veggie spring rolls. Thought the portion of beef looked small at first but I actually couldn’t finish it all, despite how delicious it was! Second time ordering from here and it’s been spot on both times. Perfect nearby takeaway for those lazy evenings. Definitely ordering again. Thank you!!

Delicious! Quick delivery, helpful staff - great vegan and vegetarian options. Tofu in chilli and garlic salt superb! Favourite local Chinese.

Easily my favourite Chinese takeaway! There's a lot of vegan options and it's a pretty reasonable price, I haven't gotten an upset stomach from eating their food and they always deliver quickly.

I made a mistake in ordering from the wrong shop but with that in mind I rang within a minute of placing the order to which my answer was the food is All ready cooked and ready to go so I mean the question comes down to was it really cooked if so probably wouldn't of been something I would have wanted to eat , or number to there just lieing in order to not have to issue a refund either way I'm 35 pound down and that's not how you conduct good buisness so for dishonesty I'm giving a 1 star cause I really don't belive that my whole order was ready in a minute.

What a total disaster from a bunch of lying people. We ordered food and it never arrived so we rang after an hour, them we were told it ready and coming, yep another hour and stone cold. The kicker is when We rejected it for being stone cold. Th driver said he could not help we needed the boss. My wife drove down to get the refund, only to find the driver was the boss. Lying all the time

Delivery driver was nice enough, can't fault him. But the salt and chilli chicken, well that tasted worse than gargling sea water. And if you're in Hampshire you know just how filthy the sea water down here can get! Anyway, literally bathed in salt, so much salt it burns your mouth. Egg fried rice was decent. And the chicken satay skewers seemed OK, somewhat ruined by the taste of salt in the other dish though. Second time ordering here, first time the order was wrong and now this. Guess back to the old tried and tested takeaway.

Didn't get what I paid for. And wouldn't deliver what was missing when I phoned up to ask for my missing food.

Easy ordering, hot on delivery, tasty food and not as oily as other chinese takeaways. Mock meat was fresh and tasty which is refreshing for a vegetarian. Good selection and good customer service on phone. Will order directly online again.

Awful. Over 30 mins late. stone cold. poor quaity and expensive. prawn toast was like a brick and tasteless. W ordered through Uber to get discount but would rather have used another takeaway we know.

Ordered online and received no confirmation from the restaurant, only an email from the payment service. Phoned the restaurant to check if order is the received or not - no reply, call goes to voicemail. Now need to change dinner plans as it's obviously not coming! Feedback for you - if you are not taking orders - close your website. Been using this place for about 10 years - this one experience has convinced me to never use them again. KIND REGARDS.

Delivery was late.. didn't receive all my items.. annoying when you pay the premium for nice food.

Place has gone down hill!!! Curry was so spicy could not eat. Duck dish was very small and over cooked. Got my prawn order wrong. Called up to correct order was told it was my fault when it was not. Customer service was awful. They agreed to send out a new dish did not show up. Won't be going back again now. Prices have gone up loads as well

Started trying each Chinese near us in Gosport in search of our favourite, and stopped at this one as it was a clear winner! Great flavours, not too salty like we found with some, free delivery and sometimes free prawn crackers. Recommend! Really nice home made spring rolls as well.

Rubbish food. Ordered 1/4 duck and pancake rolls...more than half stale and old and crusty duck ..keep away...saved for 3 months to enjoy this meal after no financial for a year..got full refund but no compensation for such a highly disappointing meal..Will never return not even for chips..disgusting out of date and old food

An absolutely beautiful meal.. was well worth the money as the quality was spot on.. was delivered before estimated time. Extremely happy and will deffinately be going there again. Well worth the 5 stars.

Stay away from this take-away!! They use molded dirty onion peels to make the curry sauce. Besides how they use cheap stuffs to prepare the dishes 😨

I have been going here for take ways for years and I must say I always enjoy the food. It's always hot and fresh. Great customer service and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Great food but a ridiculous waiting time 😏 2 hours is quite frankly, unacceptable.

My number one go to for Chinese food. I no longer live in Gosport so I now have to drive a 40 minute/17.6 mile round trip for it, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do the most amazing vegan options; the vegetarian duck and spring rolls are a favourite, as is the salt and chili tofu, the kung po tofu and the mock meat (I get mine in BBQ sauce) - mmm so good!

Had a bad experience tonight from what is usually good service. After 1 1/2 hr wait for an online order I called to check to be told that there was a 2hr wait and an e mail had been sent. No e mail received and then told that they have had a few customers mention that they never received the emails. So they think they had a problem their end. Told my order was he next to be cooked. So aound two hours after initial order it arrived with a comlementy bottle of coke, only, one dish was missing ( large sweet and sour chicken balls) , so the coke cost me in the end. I will use again as this is unusual and I hope tonight is a one off.

I changed over to go kitchen about a year ago and I have been really happy with the food and great service provided , as a large family it’s handy you can order dishes in a larger size container.

We have had great food from here a couple of times before, but had a very disappointing experience tonight. Ordered at 6pm, called for an update three times and each time were told that our order was just going out of the door. Nothing received by 8:30pm. Understandably they are very busy on NYE but there is no excuse to lie. Will not be using Go Kitchen again.

I will refrain from swearing as I leave this review but oh my god stay away from ordering from this take away. 2 hrs 15 mins for a order to be delivered is completely unacceptable in this day and age. Covid spreads faster than they can cook and deliver food. Just eat should retract their name rather than be associated with these people. Even the telephone operator tried to say it was in the vehicle on its way and then by the end of the phone call it was still in the kitchen. MAKE YOUR MIND UP. Anyone thinking of ordering DONT!!!! USE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Ordered on website . No confirmation so rang after 1 hour to check they had order. Lady seemed a little clueless but told us it would be with us in 15 minutes. After further 30 mins food turned up stone cold. After reheating in-microwave food was quite tasty and order was correct. Not the best but ok if not in a rush . Good selection of veggie and vegan dishes

I made my first order via Uber Eats because they were offering a discount. Ordered via the app and was given an arrival time between 7.55 and 8.15pm. I decided to call Go Kitchen at 8.40pm to check on my order. I was told my food would take another half an hour. I was then abruptly told 'we're busy.' The order eventually turned up at 9.15pm. The poor delivery man mentioned there had been alot of complaints lately. Felt a bit sorry for him. Needless to say we won't be using Go Kitchen again.

Watch the App! Food has always been good and we’ve used the online orders throughout lockdown with no issue! However we’ve had a near 2 hour wait 30/08! When I called after an hour I was told they machine hadn’t made a noise’ promised 45 minutes or earlier, but no effort made to rectify their problem!

Rarely leave reviews but had to after ordering food from Go Kitchen. Our order was delivered 15 minutes earlier than suggested which is very impressive on a Saturday night. The food was absolutely delicious. By far the best Chinese meal I have eaten in a very long time. Ingredients were tasty and perfectly cooked. My wife and I really enjoyed our food and will definitely use Go Kitchen again. Thank you.

Quality of food was fantastic. service is good although when busy is hit and miss. especially around Christmas with wrong orders but over all love the place i have now raised a Trust pilot review on this place so they will get better coverage. I was starving and saw Go kitchen as i drove past. No queue, so placed my usual chinese order and it arrived on the counter in 5 mins. Took it back to my boat and dished it up. Well, when your starving everything tastes nice, doesn't it!! But the dishes were tastless and bland. I think they meant well, but would be better off sourcing a new supplier.

Stay clear of this Chinese, 2 orders massively wrong then on the second occasion had to wait another 1 and a half hours after food was delivered, for the food to be redone as there was so much wrong with the order. The girl on phone is clueless. The owner manager is a liar as went back on her offer of a 50 percent discount and sends sarcastic messages. It's a no kitchen from us and we will never order again.

Will never use GO KITCHEN again!!! They messed up our last two orders massively leaving us without food for ages and then no food at all, so after the last cock up the manager Sandy called me the next day begging me not to leave any bad reviews and promised a 50% discount off our next order if we remain a customer... so tonight at 8.30 we ordered in good faith..... 10pm comes round.... no food.... receive a voice message on my phone so call them back..... to be told that they are retracting the 50% discount, we we text her to tell her how outraged we are and that we will now be leaving those bad reviews she begged up not too... she responded ‘Good luck mate’ Also the person taking orders is quite possibly the most stupid person I’ve ever spoken to in my life! Long and short... GO KITCHEN YOU SUCK CHINESE CHICKEN BALLS!!!

I ordered food for a birthday party of 70 people. The owner of the shop was very helpful with her suggestions, meeting me prior to me placing the order on two occasions. The final order was delivered on time, all hot and delicious. Many people commented on how tasty the food was and we were really pleased with both the taste and the service. Highly recommended. Disappointed in them today, they forgot my chips!!!!

We order from here most weekends. Sometimes more than once a weekend and have never had a problem or complained. Ordered tonight food was stone cold and was late. Phoned to complain got spoken to with attitude and got told to give them their food back to get our food replaced. We had already plated the food up so slightly annoying. And then had to wait even longer than we had already waited for a second order to come out. Now not managed to actually sit down and eat my dinner as planned as children are now awake.. Good night ruined 👍

Had a super yummy Chinese from here tonight and delivered very happy with food and the friendly delivery man even gave be a box of chocs and Xmas card that was a super great surprise as it’s Xmas almost wow very food service and food

Go Kitchen is definitely my favourite Chinese restaurant! They have a wonderful selection of vegetarian food that includes fake meat

Amazing range of vegetarian options including tofu and mock meat which are delicious! Fast delivery and generous portions.

I'll admit when received the menu on delivery, I would not have chosen, not appealing. When received attached was summer offers, which is a bonus & will be ordering on those. I went for King Prawns in a chilli sauce, they were a good size & really delicious. Husband went for salt & Pepper Chicken, which he said he would have again. We shared a Singapore Rice, but there was still some left. We also tried the curry sauce, which we both liked, had a nice kick to it. Delivery, as it was from a eat app was to be 45 mins, it was less than half hour.

Don't come here. Poor quality, my fried rice was cooked in burnt oil.

We have tried others in the Gosport area and they pale into insignificance compared to Go Kitchen. Decent food, ample quantity, fast delivery, friendly service. I would not waste my time with the others, go straight to Go Kitchen for the very best. 10/10

Great food with great delivery. Had suffered a really awful collection from Tangs (no taste, dried up, very poor food - great service though!) Rescued by prompt delivery of delicious food from Go Kitchen. Many brownie points earned! 😜😜

Ordered a Meal turned up very quickly looked good as ive used them before and we very good the food was unedable really salty and far to much garlic chicken balls wernt cooked properly and very doughy I phoned to complain and was told what do you expect us to do about it we are very busy very bad attitude no customer service went to see them and after stating my case and retiring the food thay very reluctantly gave me my money back will never use this sub standard and very unfriendly place again very disapointing

Best pancakes rolls I've ever had. Not greasy, and HUGE. A meal in themselves. Great other dishes , good taste . Seriously can't go wrong with these guys. It is a small shop so be patient with delivery when busy but I ordered in advance and it arrive the to minute I asked for it ! Great place. Love it

Have used this Chinese for a long time. They're always willing to alter any dishes whether you have an allergen or just a preference. Portions are a great size and food is always hot. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options, would recommend to anyone.

Very Dispapointed, place an order on website only to have it cancelled by the store as they are short staffed. Dont offer a delivery service if you cant manage staff shortages! Wont be using again

Best Chinese I have had on a long time will be ordering again sometime

Found a suspicious hair in the food. Totally put me off. Shame as I used to think highly of this place.

Used to be my favorite Chinese now its gone so down hill, rice cold, curry tasteless. Chow mein was to salty to eat, chips rock hard. Prawn crackers stale, awful.

The food was good, the delivery time awful - 1 hour after estimated delivery time and 30 minutes after updated delivery time - and the customer service was appalling - a surly delivery man and exceeding unhelpful staff when I telephoned to enquire as to the location of my delivery. Will not be using again, which is a shame because I've no complaints about the food.

Usually like this but yet again forgot the prawn crackers, rice was dry and tasteless. Chicken balls overcooked, sauce tasteless. Beef curry didn't even taste right and the only decent thing was the spring rolls. £20 wasted on not very nice food

Have ordered from you guys before and it was flawless but this time the rice was all clumped together if you are are going to microwave it atleast make it half decent. The sweet and sour Hong Kong style was a bit short on the sauce. And I think you should do the free prawn crackers like most chinese takeaways. Hope you improve for next time.
