We ordered via Uber eats, mainly vegetarian/ prawn ones but it was so disappointing. It was all so gloopy with no flavour. Chinese leaf with garlic - we tasted no garlic and the Chinese leaf was just cabbage ( not pal choi/ choi sum) and prawn with spring onion and ginger had no spring onion or ginger - just onion...

Chicken balls were great but th curry sauce was like cornflour sauce

Ordered our meal through Uber Eats and it was delicious! great quality and portion sizes were generous! never ordered from here before but will definitely be doing so again! 10/10. (the crispy duck pancakes were to die for!).

That was the worst chinese takeaway I have ever experienced , 6 people ordered food everyone was disappointed. The chips were like toenails and the food lacked taste of any kind , shape up that was dreadfull. We will never use you again terrible

Weird Chinese. The salt and pepper chips are like small roast patatoes which were way too spicy. Sweet chilli beef was also too spicy and bland. The worst of all was the bbq ribs which had the strangest bbq sauce I’ve ever had. The colour was light brown and gloppy with zero flavour whatsoever. I was highly disappointed after ordering due to the star rating. Do not be fooled. On top of that I had a bad stomach for a week after eating!

Had the BBQ ribs and was violently ill with food poising to the extent of non stop vomiting, diarrhoea, hot/cold shakes and a horrible headache from the dehydration caused by this. My friend had chilli beef and had a bad stomach and diarrhoea. Please avoid.

Chicken balls: 4/10. Very greasy and smaller than expected Chow mien: 4/10 flavourless and dry Chips: 6/10. More like potatoes or thick wedges but tastes okay Spring rolls: 5/10 greasy, crispy with not much flavour Won’t be ordering from here again

I've been ordering from Causeway Bay for a few years now. Never once have had a bad meal. Nice friendly staff. Have always recommended people to Causeway and always will.

Very weird Chinese, the photos are salt and chilli chips... More like fryed new potatoes, then salt and chill ribs.... Bite size dry no flavour and comes with lettuce? Then crispy chill beef, the beef was ok the sauce not that great it was wet no flavour. The best part of the meal was the curry sauce... Won't order from here again.

Just stumbled upon this place. Shop isn't particularly inviting, but my god the food was amazing. I've struggled to find a good Chinese takeaway for a while now, but this place is mt new favourite. We had the chicken ball, Barbecue Spare ribs, Singapore noodles crispy chilli beef...... excellent

Food is decent for the price, chicken balls are quite greasy and the delivery driver was horrible, just sat there ringing the doorbell that doesn't work and never thought to knock on the door. Only knew the food was there after he phoned me 5 minutes after arriving with the food; he was very rude on the phone being extremely sarcastic and honestly if I could be bothered I'd personally complain to his boss for his manner. If the delivery hadn't annoyed me as much as it did then I would have definitely rated higher. Get better customer service please

We have been going here for a few years now. Lovely food good service they always deliver to us before the hour delivery wait. We always order the set meal for 2 people plenty of food there for 2 people we always have left overs for next day.

Food was tasteless, food was lukewarm and their "pan fried" dumplings were soggy like a wet sock.

Absolutely disgusting experience! We ordered through uber eats last night, we had been waiting 1h 30mins and still had not received our order we called the restaurant to find out it had been cancelled because they could not find our address (have ordered from this restaurant before for delivery never had an issue as well as ordering from plenty of other places with the issues) very unhelpful on the phone. We have paid for a Chinese that we never received and now will not issue a refund! They was trying to re charge us delivery also when we had already paid it and it is not our fault that there delivery driver could not find out address. By this time it was 9.40 and I had a very hungry daughter who had been waiting for this as a treat Absolutely disgusting service after using them several times we will not be using again.

Not a fan of their chicken curries, but set menu B will fill any1 up.

Never had a problem with food as it tastes pretty good.. service could be better lady with brown hair is a misery guts. Sometimes my order has been wrong but they are very quick to recify it. Go back quite alot as the food is good and hot. Service u can get over as its the same nost places nowadays grumps everywhere

This is one of the best Chinese i have used, I've never had a bad meal from here. They tell you 45 mins for delivery but be prepared it's always much quicker which is fantastic

Chow Mein over cooked and not enough sauce. Prawn on toast was over cooked and flat like it had been brought at a supermarket and fried. Not happy and wouldnt order here again.

I haven't been in Gosport very long and with so many takeaways it has taken me a while to work my way through them. I tried this one recently and the combination of friendly and efficient staff, rapid delivery and superb food means i won't be trying anywhere else any time soon!

Going from takeaway to takeaway for Chinese in Gosport for a long time, chanced upon Causeway Bay and haven't been anywhere else for the last 18 months. Excellent service, delivery and great tasting food.
