Good food, was hot when arrived, and quick delivery time

Tried the. Crispy Lamb instead of Duck as a started. Definitely recommend it. Mr Woon’s never lets us down.

I was disappointed it was delivered so early. I think around 30 mins. Totally messed up my plans of walking the dog before eating. Why ask for a delivery time if you deliver early?

the chips and the mushrooms and bean sprouts were cold but the other stuff was fine.

My daughter ordered 2 takeaways for myself and wife and they were garbage,rotten chips,curry sauce thinner than soup,absolute never again,worst I have had in Gosport.

Noted that this Chinese take away had the best rating of the most local. I don’t know why now because it was awful. The chips were cooked several times and squishy, the house rice was sticky boiled rice with a bit of meat/prawn and veg and sauce but not bbq. First and last time ordering from here :(

ive used me woon for years now but our order today was missing items and dry reheated chips. not impressed

After reading reviews we tried, wish we did not now, chips must have been re cooked at least three times, curry was bland and tasteless, it contained more peas then beef, prawn crackers tasted stale, sweet and sour was ok but not the best, rice noodles were bland too.

Not a regular of 'Takeway but after a meal localy I decided to have another, regretably that one is permanently closedk so on recomndation used Mr Noon, BAD CHOICE, ! , no conparison this one the sweet and sour sauce was very thin and the meat was not good quality and the strip of beef that founf its way into the dish very tough, my Take Away experient tucked away for a long time. will not enlarge on the other 2 choices.

Absolutely fine with early arrival. We really loved and enjoyed our meals and will definately be back in the future. 😋 x

Used this takeaway for a long while. This will be the last time. 1.5hrs for delivery of a small Chinese (4 dishes) and food arrived cold. The poor delivery driver was run ragged, said the restaurant keeps taking orders but they don’t have anyone to deliver. Avoid!

Disappointed, prior to ordering estimate was 35-50 minutes, once submitted it changed to 70-90 minutes and it was still late on that. Magically app says delivered at 90 minutes but no sign of food, it eventually arrive 10 minutes by which time I’d given up on it. Needless to say food was cold on arrival, not good for a crispy lamb dish.

despite the delay, the food was worth it. Arrived hot and absolutely delicious!! I love that the satay sauce comes seperate to the skewers. We ordered beef fried rice, crispy shredded beef and satay chicken. it was all amazing! no issues at all . thank you

I enjoyed the food, perfect prawn crackers, sweet and sour Hong Kong style and sweet and sour chicken balls and boiled rice, I would just say that the Hong Kong style dish was very salty, which was disappointing.

Delivery was an hour and fifty minutes. No indication when I ordered it that it would take that long, no update to expected delivery time. Only knew what was going on when I phoned after the expected delivery time ran out. Said they'd send it to us straight away and deliver to us first because of the wait. A seven minute journey took twenty minutes. Ordered at 19:30 arrived at 21:20.

How refreshing to find a takeaway where they are interested in the customer. Fantastic. I pre-ordered and saw 1810 was the earliest I could have it delivered. I received a phone call asking if I wanted it early? I was happy too. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the delivery was superb. I will order from Mr Woon takeaway again. Thank you x

Food was nice, yes the period of time that we ordered at was at a busy time but was apologetic about this, would order again as and when.

We have ordered from Mr Woon before and it was great - but this time not so much. The chicken wasn't like real chicken at all, more like formed spongey cubes which we didn't like at all, very odd. Delivery time was excellent though. Soup was good and the prawns were ok.

Didn't deliver after 2.5 hours. Didn't contact me and closed up and went home. DO NOT USE this restaurant!

The chips were really dry and hard and the chowmein didn't have much flavour.

Food arrived within 30 miniutes fantastic, HOWEVER, food was clearly not freshly prepared tasted old very bland only thing what was freshly prepared was my garlic chips. Prawn crackers were days old and soft unfortunately requested a refund and won’t be ordering from here again

Not had from here for a while used to be a favourite. As a rare treat ordered and so disappointing duck very small portion cucumber hot n soggy floating in a warm liquid. satay sauce to sweet n no nuts in kung po chicken not much chicken just veg. Used to be top notch but won’t be ordering again sadly
