The food is lovely, portions are generous and always hot. Would recommend takeaway or delivery.

Never ask if I wanted to use card on the phone then got angry when I try to use card at the door as I thought they would’ve had a card machine never had one then was very rude won’t be ordering from here again the chicken curry was not nice and the chips were stone cold no flavour at all chicken balls and rice were alright.

Gone downhill over the past year. Had takeaway chicken curry last night, really appalling. Not even 100% convinced the chicken is chicken. It tastes more like chicken jelly, no texture whatsoever. We washed a piece under the tap and dissected it, it looks like white jelly. Absolutely disgusting. Such a shame, we used to love TSE's, we will have to try somewhere new next time.

Great food, prompt delivery. The One person meals are a great option offering lots of choice at a great price. Would order here again.

Waste of money this place. The Chicken and egg noodle soup was disgusting. Horrid attitude from that young Chinese woman who was at the till..she has no customer service skills.

Love that they do veggie chicken/duck. BUT last few times paid £4 for warmed up nasty DEF NOT FRESH chips. They were not eaten again, nowhere to upload photi on here. Don't think this is acceptable.

Beef curry with fried rice. Service was good. Unfortunately I'm not totally satisfied with my food. The rice was fine, the sauce tasted great but the beef was totally unedible, full of gristle and straight in the bin. 2 other neighbours have said the same about their previous meal's.

One of the very few places that didn't drop in quality for many years. I tried many many takeaways (around the country) and this IS the best one. Very friendly service and amazing food. Sometimes I ask for extra spice and oh do they deliver! If I want a takeaway, this is the first choice for me!

Very friendly welcoming staff. Food is not good. It is bland a tasteless. Had King prawn and cheshew nuts and chicken and cheshew nuts, both with fried rice. I'm afraid to say they were the worst Chinese meal we have ever had. The portion of fried rice is very generous and one is likely to be sufficient for two people. The complimentary prawn crackers were quite good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 1. Unreliable service. 2. Poor customer service. Ordered from Tse own website. Placed order and paid via card on their site; money is instantly withdrawn from my bank. Selected 1900 for delivery; 1900 comes and goes. At 1930 I called Tse to locate my order to be told they’ve cancelled it with no further explanation provided. On explaining they’ve taken the money, Tse state they will make my order now but it will take another 45 minutes before delivery. Requested a refund; this will take up to 48 hours. Won’t be using again! Very poor.

I ordered the wrong item, contacted TSE who had the correct item delivered free of charge. This is second time we have used them as our usual takeaway is closed. This is now our favourite takeaway and we will continue to use them.

Ordered at 1720 on new years eve, £53 worth of food. Delivery alleged 1840. As I have young family at 1900 I contacted just eat who contacted restaurant. Got a text message stating now 1915 At 2000 I had to leave my kids to go restaurant where they were proudly showing off a wedge of orders I had a go at them and they said sorry very busy And meal was out for delivery 2020 was at home .food eventually arrived at 2045 2 hrs and 5 min late This is typical and they don't care BOYCOTT THIS PLACE

Best Chinese takeaway in Gosport. The food is consistently excellent and the staff are lovely. I would recommend collection as they are a really busy service and delivery can take longer than expected.

Ordered almost £50 of food as we were stuck in on new years eve at 6.46pm. Website said food within an hour. At an hour their delivery tracker said food will be with you in 0 minutes. 1hour and 50 minutes later a drive down to find out where our food was. That's after not being able to get through on the phone for 20 minutes. Only to be told that the order was still not ready. Another 15 minutes and we get our food, get home to find out our order was missing a main dish, so back to the shop explained, another 5 minutes and it comes out I get home and it's just what I would call just touching luke warm. I know it's new years eve but why take orders you cannot forfill in the time stated, why not let customers know their food is delayed and I don't think a very late sorry doesn't quite cut it. Will not be using these again that's fir sure.

Dreadful treatment. Ordered through FoodHub, who will also be receiving a complaint. Delivered a half-hour later than even FoodHub;s generous hour they allow. I had given up, got dressed and was on my way out to buy my own from a local Chinese when the delivery driver met me at the door. No apology or explanation given for lateness. I demanded refund of the £2 Delivery Fee, but he said 'F- You' and walked away. Food was cold and needed microwaving. Acceptable quality of food but treatment was appalling and so I won't order again. Declined to answer phone for either my calls enquiring as to non-delivery or subsequent complaint about deliverer's attitude. I consider the delivery fee as having been stolen from me.

Lovely food but a pain as it was cash only and the cash machine near it was out of money

Ordered online at 6pm and was given a delivery time of 7pm. Food arrived tepid at 7:55. Mixed starters were generous but dry and overcooked. Main courses generally OK but the crispy beef was burned. Only used this restaurant as our usual one is closed due to lockdown, but given the quality and service from Tse's we won't be trying again.

We ordered on Christmas Eve so delivery being over an hour was accepted but the food was bland to the extreme, even the Spicy Chicken Wings were just sweet. Chop Suey was in a sweet tomato sauce. Will not be using this take-away again.

We’ve just finished another delivery from Tse. Without fail, every order delivered is prompt, hot, freshly prepared and utterly delicious. Having spent 30 years living in London and being spoilt for choice, this hidden gem is an experience to behold. LOOK NO FURTHER...excellent without fail

Good size portions, ordered crispy shredded beef, which was the best I've had in a long time, and crispy seaweed, again really tasty. Reasonably priced.

First time at this takeaway recommend by someone,so we gave it a go , tasteless curry to many mushroom Ribs over cooked, sweet &sour chicken overcooked, will not go again.

It took an hour and ten minutes for our food to arrive, and that was only after my wife placed a second phone call. The food was cold - not even a hint of warmth. So obvious they had completely forgotten about it and then not bothered to cook something new. This used to be a great takeaway - we've used it for 13 years. Now the food is bland at best and the service is repeatedly terrible. We'll be looking up other takeaways next time.

Having left it too late to book a table for a large party we decided to try the local takeaway.

I order a one person set meal of chicken with mushroom, with plain chow mein what I was lumps of chicken in a very thick omelette on chow mein very dry, my partner not sure what he got, goes without saying won’t be using this take away again

I would highly recommend this takeaway. The order came over half an early (I had put ASAP and was quoted 1 hour delivery time), also the delivery driver rang in advance as he was leaving. My order was for 3 separate people and every meal was hot and to a high standard. I will definitely use this takeaway again. Thank you

My friend ordered a selection for 4 of us. It arrived on time. The seaweed and spring rolls were lovely. We had a beef curry and a chilli beef which were very tasty. The price was reasonable as well. We would definitely order again.

Our usual takeaway was closed for a refurb it was my daughters birthday and we all fancied a Chinese as TSE is very local to us we ordered from them. Never again all dishes were way below our usual from Sun City house special chow mein consisted of noodles in soy and a few pieces of meat not exactly special

The best Chinese in gosport by far me and my partner really enjoyed our food the delivery arrived earlier than our requested time the food was boiling hot when it reached us the portion sizes are great it’s taken us a while to find a decent Chinese in gosport I think we have defiantly found the one for us :)

We regularly use this takeaway when we are in the area. It’s got a good menu and the portions are good. I always have my favourite, which is beef curry, fried rice and plain noodles. Either that or beef chow Mein, curry sauce and fried rice. Anyhow, it was as usual, great. They do a free delivery service to the local area if you can’t be bothered to go there or if you are entertaining.

My wife and I have been looking for a decent Chinese takeaway since moving to the Catisfield area a couple of years ago but have seen countless places disappoint us for one reason or another. We decided to try Tse's this evening after having a menu posted through our door and were really glad that we did. The 15 minute drive ended with us being served a selection of great dishes including a monumental duck curry!! The takeaway also has a 5* hygiene rating which is always a pleasant bonus. It is safe to say that we will definitely be returning. One final point-the takeaway only accepts cash but there is an atm nearby if you do arrive with just a card.

This chinese takeaway is probably one, if not the best, in this area. The food is superb all freshly cooked , as usual, and the service is great. I know all takeaways are the same i.e. same menus etc but give this one a try and I don't think, in my opinion, that you will be disappointed.

We ordered a variety of dishes to share including crispy duck and pancakes, crispy chilli beef and chicken curry. The delivery was well within the time slot given and the delivery man was friendly and polite.

I usually get the set meal for two, which is plenty for three of us! Good value and generous portions. Well cooked, tasty. This is a few miles away from where I live but I think the quality is worth the extra 15 minutes or so to drive there.
