Golden Dragon in Peterborough

Food was amazing - even included some free spring rolls and crackers 🤗

Love their bbq sauce which is something I normally hate. Tried another restaurant for their special rice while Golden Dragon was closed and it was awful! Golden Dragon never fails to impress me.

Food was cold and flavourless, when we called the restaurant the man at the restaurant was rude and unhelpful telling my wife to p#*s off and banning us from ordering anything from there again because he didn’t like us saying the food was cold. Never ordering from here again and will never recommend them to anyone!!!!

best Chinese in Peterborough, but I might be bias cause I love it so much

We always order from this place and we always like it, but this time the smell of the food was horrible,like it was old, we had to bin it all, we are really disappointed, we won’t be ordering again, as we don’t want to risk it and pay such amount, it’s not cheap.

I’ve been going to the same Chinese takeaway for years now. However i decided to switch things up and try Golden Dragon. It’s safe to say, it’s my new favourite Chinese takeaway! Food is always delicious, always delivered hot and the portion sizes are generous. Defo won’t be switching now I’ve found this place

Delivery was late but the food was delicious

food delivered 15 mins after I ordered, I question the quality of the food and the freshness if that's how quick it is made. The flavours weren't great, Satay didn't taste like satay at all, prawn balls had weird skin in it and batter was undercooked. Plain chowmein had a weird texture. won't be ordering again. The only plus was free spring rolls and prawn crackers

Food generally ok however, I ordered some onion rings on the side and amongst the 8 were 4 rotten. How on earth you get rotten onion rings is beyond me. They were discoloured and clearly rotten to the taste. First time for everything.

The delivery was prompt, but the food quality fell short. The chips lacked sufficient sauce, and the chow mein showed signs of being cooked in a dirty pan with burnt residue on the chicken. While the crispy shredded beef was acceptable, the overall experience was marred by a pervasive lack of flavor throughout the dishes.

Ordered egg fried rice, beef in green pepper and black bean sauce and chicken in Szechuan spicy sauce. Egg fried rice and chicken were rubbish. I usually enjoy szechuan, but the chicken was so bad we had to throw out before it made us further nauseous. Overall 20 pounds was not worth it. Decent delivery and the beef was okay but I wouldn't exactly recommend this place to someone.

Food was just not fresh. The Crispy Chilli Beef was chewy and soggy complete waste of money. The egg fried rice was old and was not fresh either. They charge top prices with low quality. We will not order again from Golden dragon

Always order from Golden Dragon (or the new Goldren Dragon for vegan/veggie), food always top quality, decent portion sizes, never been late. The most consistent and yummy Chinese food in Peterborough.

Normally I find this one of the best Chinese in Peterborough but my order last night was a little disappointing. The noodles were really dry and had a funny taste which I can't put my finger on as to what it was.

Best Chinese in Peterborough. Satay chicken on skewers was crispy and had a delightful sauce. Singapore chow mein was spicy and smokey, so full of flavour. Well worth the money.

Food was delivered early by a lovely driver as always as we order from here most weeks spending £45/50+ each order. We’ve never had a complaint but today sadly food was cold, and duck was completely inedible, just pieces of fat and the ribs were also dry and seemed re heated covered in a thick sludge of sauce. Few of the chicken balls appear slightly under, (pink) Disappointing but giving its NYE will try again in the new year as have loved it every single time before hand!

Not happy the delivery driver parked on our front garden not our drive and there was plenty of room for him to do so. We dont even have a dropped path to get on to the front garden area. Grrrr

The ribs were burnt and smelled off, there was too many cashews and not enough pineapple the omelette was also burnt on the bottom

Fantastic food and delivered piping hot!

Last time i ordered from this place was 3 yrs ago, i changed as i was not happy with taste of the food. Today i gave them another chance hoping it had improved. Nope....same quality as before. Shame really because portions are good size, but the flavours ruin it.
