Chefs can’t read English. Fail on simple instructions. Good quality poor. Don’t deliver they don’t package or close bags. No takeaway boxes !

I asked for mango rubicon and got passion x2 . Asked for chilli x2 and 1 mayo only received 2 garlic mayo pots

Always superb food, if you like traditional Turkish and Pakistani cuisine this is for you. The tastes are incredible, the staff soo friendly and always obliging. Prices really fair. Eat in or takeaway, their 'home made' flatbread is to die for. Absolutely highly recommend.

I been to resturant today ...gave order for grilled chicken with rice.🤮🤮..They took too long for order even though i am regular customer for them... When order arrived..Rice were off and looks like rice been sitting there for too long...Worse place...Would not reccomend to anyone..🤮

Delicious Meal Deal for 3!!! Both the chicken and lamb dishes were tender and tasty. It's also good to actually find a restaurant serving curry during lunchtime hours. The meals were well cooked, flavoursome and very tasty. The delivery driver was polite and friendly. Thank you Al Fairoz !!!

I ordered from here via just eat, and ordered the Kabuli pilau, when I received it a few bites in, I saw a dead fly inside the rice and it had looked like it has been there for a longer time. I called the restaurant and they were very defensive, and didn’t believe me. This place is disgusting, never order from here again.

Al Fairoz Kebabish restaurant serves the best Indian food in the area, always delicious food, nice service, I want to come back there. I highly recommend it, great cuisine!!!!!

Very good service. The food is fresh. I usually go for the very tasty sheek kebabs and pakoras. The nans are great too. You must try the pink Kashmiri tea.

Excellent food. Everything I've had was freshly prepared, spiced to perfection. I would recommend masala fish, aloo paratha . Their veg samosas are great as well.Prices are competitive. Parking can be a slight issue.

This place has been my favourite place for last 14 yrs..Amazing food, beautiful ambience and what more can you ask...now have got hokka as well. Overall great food and amazing atmosphere.

missing items they said the food is enough for 4 to 6 ppl but barely enough for 2 ppl waste of money and items missing like the bottle of coke and pilau rice spoke to the restaurant they said we'll sort it out next time very rude person on the phone won't be ordering again don't waste your hard earned money here definitely

We ordered haleem and it did not taste good at all. It has a very strong smell of fats and you can see chunks of fats in it. The bread was fresh, sheish kebab was nice. Biryani did not taste well and looks old. They need to work on the hygiene issues as well.

We've always enjoyed this eatery. Pleasing new decor since our last visit. Unfortunately due to restrictions, we didn't eat out for a while. Friendly waiting staff. No delays to food order. Excellent food and great value.

Excellent Lamb Karachi and nice authentic Pulao rice. wings were fresh and spiced very well.

Good kebab made w a freshly prepared Naan instead of the more usual Pitta. Would like to have more salad with the meat personally but it was very nice with the garlic sauce.

They gave us chicken that was clearly old and reheated. It was rock solid and therefore went on the bin. The Donner kebab went cold due to the salad just dumped on top. Sauces are watered down wayyyy tooooo much! Chilli sauce was either old or super salty. Will never order or recommend to anyone!

Pathetic service I ordered on call and when I went them to collect he did we didn’t make your order and k wait there for 30 minutes and nobody was there.

Mixed kebab roll had no flavour and very dry, the nan was very burnt and not edible lucky ordered a nan. Only the chips was decent!

Fabulous food, a real hidden gem.

I had a peri peri chicken burger I wanted extra hot it was even hot. After I ate my meal I had a stomach bug cramps to the point I had to go to the toilet. Please don’t eat from Bedford ever again.

Had brunch at this restaurant twice time and since then this place is my favourite one. The food quality and services are top-class. You should try it once. They take care of every order right and don’t let you wait any longer. Everything is simply perfect about this place. Highly suggested.👍👍👍👍👍taste like Pakistani food

After spending £60 you will get chillies in everything if you say make it spicy. Spicy means put a lot of red green chillies so that you can feel in the morning.

Okay, I don't like negative reviews but this one deserve less then 1 star. We ordered King prawn karahi and got 5 shrimps for £9.99, please see pictures. The shrimps were swimming in the undercooked sauce. Very poor service as I specially asked for the shrimps to be well cooked as I'm pregnant. My partners chicken was also precooked and tasted horrible. They got our order wrong and we had to wait 20 min extra for my "kings prawn" to come after they served my partner. I will be reporting the place for hygiene and hope people read my reviews before ordering. Worse place to ever eat. We should have walked away when the spelling of chicken was spelled cheiken and sea was spelled sae. That should be red flag from start. This place should close and really take hygiene seriously before giving someone food poisoning.

Terrible service, they don't care about their customers. I ordered £30 worth of food and they never got it delivered, they refused to give me the food I had bought, even when I offered to go to the restaurant and pick the food up (they basically stole my money). Order was delivered but there was no actual curry, just chicken as the bag as the container had completely leaked through. Absolutes gutted about this and unfortunately not compensated as just eat felt it was still consumable. Delivering a curry in a floppy container on a bike - what else to expect??

Dirty disgusting grey chicken in curry lady can't speak a word of English poor food smells floor's u can skate on how much grease is on floor my child almost fell food left out on counter I only ate in there as I I felt forced to eat with my friend never in a million years would I have eaten in there I felt disgusted going in and still fell dirty now please avoid enter at your own risk

Gone very downhill since the closures after the pandemic, quality is lacking food wasn't freshly cooked last time we went.

I can from luton on Alfairoz with my friend. One of my frirnd told me about food quality of alferoz when i reached there and enjoy the food with my friend.everything was perfect. We went for a dinner at the restaurant and it was a great experience. The food was amazing and was prepared very quickly.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food arrived late which was not a huge issue but the colour and quality of the chicken was discusting.It was dark brown as it was clearly re fried several times.When i called the restaurant the manager was rude and blamed the poor quality on his driver being late.Would not refund and would only re send order if i placed a order and went to collect myself.If i was able to do that after a 12 hr shift i would not have ordered a take away.

Shouldnt have microwave your freshly cooked food as soon as it’s delivered The time between saying the food was on its way and delivery was 3 mins so it couldn’t blamed on the driver taking too long. Very disappointed Also the price of the chips is £2.50 and was no bigger than a McDonald’s portion. Half a bag of chips for that price is an absolute joke. There is no excuse for half measures and cold food

Is one the worst place to went there with my 2 children to eat in there a woman and man chatting told we came to eat in they did not say anything at all we sat our shelf we sat for 15 minutes no one so after a bit we walk out they just looked at but did not say anything I’m not sure if they have changed management or the owner it was waste of our time I recommended no one to tolerate that behaviour the woman was warring mask as we went no even said hello even the man who was working there we use love there food and the was excellent Turing the old management.

Absolutely shocking. Out of all the places down midland Road why did I come here. £5 for some doner meat and the portion size was disgusting I am still starving. How you can serve that at that price (given the portion size) and not be embarrassed I don't know.

Very nice food, and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the meal deal was missing the rice, the bottle of Coke, and we were also missing one Naan bread. We rang Al Fairoz to chase up the missing items and spoke to a very irate man who, after berating us for having used Just Eat (rather than ringing him directly), promised to send the missing items. Needless to say, we received nothing. Dreadful customer service - which is a shame because their food is very good. Won't be rushing back any time soon.

Established restaurant with authentic food. Quality is always the same, plenty of seating and great value. Good for all occasions. No need to book or reserve, which is ideal for walk-ins. Parking is limited due to being so close to town, but when available there is pay and display available and all less than few minutes walk. Overall great desi food.

The restaurant wasn't too busy which we thought would be a good thing. We ordered a Tava however it came with limited meat and mainly rice which was a let down. The quality of the food that was provided was average.

Appears they have changed hands, extortion by price, portions small, salad old and brown, more oil on top of curry than the North Sea Rig! Diry and unhygienic... Nope not the one any longer based on clean competition locally. If I lived closer I would be back there and they would be wearing it. Trash!

I can’t tell you how highly I rate this place. Absolutely delicious. The lamb sheesh kebab roll - with their signature chili sauce (plus garlic Mayo) is absolutely incredible. You MUST try it. Their lamb biryani and lamb chops are also to die for. By FAR my favourite eatery in Bedford. 11/10!!! - oh, and you have to try their delicious Kashmiri chai tea!!!
