From the start order and delivery spot on as always. The food not good at all 😞 very disappointing all tasted the same and horrible 😔

We use this takeaway regularly always good. Haven't been disappointed. Guests often ask us for a takeaway Chinese meal from New Sunny City.

He estado recibiendo entregas desde aquí por más de un año y más recientemente fue hace dos semanas. que ha cambiado de manos y en realidad es llamado mayo's. La comida es deliciosa, siempre caliente cuando se llega a mí y una amplia sección de platos para elegir. Me gusta que tienen una sección tailandés. No puedo esperar a probar la puedes comer de todo lo que he notado que han empezado a hacer de nuevo.

Delivery took nearly a hour. I live a couple of minutes drive away from the restaurant. The delivery driver followed my instructions so I have no issue with that, but the curry sauce was partly congealed which suggests to me it had been left standing for a while, the rice was barely warm too. The colour of the curry sauce has changed to an unappealing dark brown so I think the recipe or whatever has been altered, mushrooms were added as filler, and it's flavourless. The curry heat is spot on, medium. I used to get free bags of prawn crackers with my orders in the past but now they've stopped that, and bumped the price of the curry. Unfortunately, I haven't yet found a decent Chinese chicken curry in Penzance, apart from maybe New Hong Kong.

Así que teníamos una entrega y se olvidaron de enviar el arroz, en el tiempo que tardamos en corregir el resto de nuestra orden habían ido goteando frío y grasa. Las bolas de cerdo son también la "carne mushed" barato en vez de trozos enteros. No puede utilizar esta compañía de nuevo.

Nos alojamos en Penzance en Navidad y año nuevo, y con amigos a unirse a nosotros en parte a través de la vacaciones hicimos llegar llevar unas cuantas veces ferial. de hecho, pedimos de nuevo soleada ciudad tres veces a la semana dos!

Absolutely flavourless rubbish! I have never had cause to leave a bad review before, but this food was appalling and most of it went into the bin. The seaweed was the only nice part. Texted to raise my concerns and had no reply. I doubt I will use this takeaway again, which is a shame as it used to be good.

Chinese Lady on the phone was rude, had to ring up 4 times to check where our order was !! She told us our order was on the way 20 minutes later and it still hasn't arrived, when I rung she told me to cancel the order and don't bother getting a takeaway from them again !! Don't worry I will NOT be ordering again u can keep ur horrible greasy food !!!

When we phoned and ordered the Chinese we were told 45 minutes.. Waited 2 hours for a delivery on a Sunday night and when we asked for a discount we were told no. Terrible customer service and definitely will not be ordering again!!

Ribs weren't as spicy as usual but that's cool, my missus is pregnant so the usual would have destroyed her with heartburn. Always a pleasure.

Had Chicken Curry, the chicken was the 'formed' pre pack slimy stuff. The rice was overcooked, as you can tell, not a service I'd recommend nor use again based on this meal.

Food good as always. But unimpressed that the price has gone up. That you no longer get prawn crackers over £10 and that you cannot order drinks off the menu. Won't be returning until these issues

Entramos en una zona de recepción desierto, después de un minuto o dos, una mujer que parecía vestidos con zapatillas y una bata. 8:00 pm. Pregunté si estaban abiertas, ha asegurado que estaban. El lugar estaba vacío, las mesas estaban desnudas, aparte de manteles sucios. Nos dieron los menús, completamente diferente a la que fuera contratada!? Pregunté dónde los inodoros estaban, dijo que arriba. Yo subí algunas bastante manchada alfombradas las escaleras y encontramos que los caballeros, no es bueno (mi pareja me dice la mujeres era horrible), regresaba a la mesa para encontrar la camarera habían sido más que preguntar sobre de las bebidas. volvió y nos hizo que nuestra selección. La lista de vinos consistía en vino de la casa rojo o blanco! Tuve una cerveza embotellada. Pedimos la comida, después de examinar si no sería mejor para salir. La camarera tomó nuestra orden para la comida y desapareció. Su esposo, entonces te ofrece las bebidas y pregunte si pedimos. La comida llega, bien, parte de ella. Parece que hay algo de confusión. Me pregunte por el arroz frito especial como un plato de acompañamiento para el Szechuan King gambas, que es obviamente destinado a ser un plato principal en sí mismo y me lo trajeron. Entonces le pregunté donde el arroz de coco fue para acompañar el curry tailandés que habíamos pedido. Al final, me dieron un huevo frito arroz? ninguna comida era bueno, me sentí afortunado que no estaba enfermo esta mañana. No volveré.

Food is always great from New Sunny City. Unfortunately a small dish I ordered wasn't included in the delivery and when I tried to ring no one answered as it was quite late.

Lovely takeaway, probably the best Chinese takeaway in penzance. Very good value for money, wasn't expecting portions so big.

Chicken was like cardboard, they use that fake processed stuff. Delivery times kept changing.

This time there were no tasteless, rubbery mushrooms at all in my curry, which made it so much better.

I ordered chicken curry which was mostly fine except for the fact they use chopped mushrooms as a filler which I had to remove. These mushrooms were bland, rubbery and as such, added no real value to the meal. They took about a hour to deliver too.

We have had 2 meals from Sunny City, and have been very pleased with the service and especially the food. Don't go anywhere else until you try them. It was fantastic!

Absolutely awful, 55 minutes late, even after two phone calls to chase up delivery. No offer of good will gesture either. Won't be using again!

Food was very very poor, will not be ordering again. The delivery was faster than expected and the delivery driver was lovely but food was inedible. It is the only take away that delivers in the area so it unfortunately gets away with being so bad.

Bien damas y caballeros, la comida aquí es fantástica! Yo tenía casa especial arroz y compartidos Singapur fideos con pancake panecillos y sal y chili pollo, ah, y unos pocos de sus chili Salt patatas fritas, son para morirse.

La decoración no es muy buena, es realmente necesita una exhaustiva renovación.

We regularly use this Chinese but this evening ordered at 7.30 at 8.30 there was no sign so rang them to be rudely told they were to busy! Disgusted with the service! I would probably have still been waiting if I didn't ring! I will def not be using them again!
