Really nice food very reasonable price

Great food and very welcoming owner and staff. Good efficient service, the food came up hot and very tasty. Can't fault the food at all. Pricing I would say for the the all you can eat buffet is ££ to £££. So ££ for those who can eat a lot, but not everyone has a huge appetite so for them £££. The décor is very tired now, but I don't suppose Covid helped with extra money needed to update. That said it's clean and the toilets were clean too. Always best to book, but drop-ins are accepted if they have space. Would I recommend, yes absolutely. They do take away too.

Always greeted with a smile and all served great food. A great selection of dishes with fresh vegetables. Best chinese restaurant in Upminster.

We have been here a few times, each time the main lady who runs it is rude has zero customer service experience and is desperate for a tip, if you don’t tip her she starts talking about you to her colleagues, I asked her daughter who was one of the waiters if she spilts the tips and she said she keeps them (main lady) I had mouldy food which I complained about and she had the cheek to give me a funny look and walk off no apology nothing. Will not be going back thanks to this terribly rude woman. Shame because the food is nice!! AVOID!!!!

Nice fresh food but lacked atmosphere and staff not very welcoming. Ordered off menu and food arrived fresh and quick but upon entering staff just stared at you and it continues all through the meal which makes you feel very uncomfortable. The restaurant itself could do with a major refurbishment as its very old and dirty looking. Carpet and chairs especially as they have staines and oily look to them!

Most disgusting place I’ve ever ate at in my life. Wouldn’t serve the food to my dog, but be careful if you don’t finish all of the huge portions of rancid food because they’re gonna scream abuse at you and demand you pay double. Coke comes with the amount of fizz as still water. Decor is something from a caravan in 1948. Save your money and go absolutely anywhere else.

We only ate starters and ice cream as we didn't like the food and they tried charging us double for not eating some salt and pepper chicken, already £100+ absolute joke avoid at all costs

Four of us went here last night, Friday, apart from us it was empty at 21.00. It worked on a one price. All you can eat menu for £25.50 per head, and you couldn't fault the food, it was delicious. BUT how much Chinese food can you eat? For us it wasn't value for money. A glass of wine at £8.00 from a bottle which probably cost them £5.00. No sorry, won't be returning soon, but I can see if you have a large appetite and can eat and eat. This is the place for you.

So, I had left a 5 star review back in 2021.. I have been a customer to Yin Court for approx 7 years. I've had work do's here; I came with family, introduced new friends, and probably single handedly introduced this restaurant to about 25+ people. Well, that will be no longer. I have explained this to all those I have once recommended this to, and now the principal will stay amongst them all. I went on a wednesday evening approx 6.30pm there was 1 other couple in there at the time. This restaurant is not a busy restaurant and often I have gone to Yin Court to find we are the only customers in there for hours! The younger lady (not the regular owner) served us, we had a little one with us (4 years old) who took (no exaggeration) 3 chips and 2 prawn crackers from my plate.. the lady who served us saw this directly looking at us when he took it from my plate.. They have a "dont waste food policy" which I think is fantastic.. therefore if i had left 2 prawn crackers on the side & they took it away it would of been thrown, however the little one decided to eat 1.. no big deal. It came to paying the bill as to which she charged us 2 adult buffet and 1 kids buffet; I questioned it and said, he only took a few chips and crackers, does he really need to pay? I'll pay for his drink (obviously) and she said "he had food on plate he pay" I politely requested if she can re consider as the money isn't a problem, but the principle is.. £12.00 for a few chips and crackers.. she did not budge.. the couple opposite laughed and agreed it was ridiculous.. I paid because it was late and I could not be bothered to argue over £12.00.. However... I attended Tuesday just gone (6pm) so another non peak period for them, the regular was there this time.. me and the Mrs decided we wanted Chinese and we also (obviously) had the little one.. he won't just sit there and watch us eat.. so I mentioned PRIOR to eating, is it okay if he nicks a few chips and crackers to keep him quiet, she replied with "no; if he eats he has to pay" I looked at her and said seriously? I've been coming here approx 1/2 times a month for the past 5-6 years and he cant have a few chips? He has already has his dinner its just to keep him quiet.. she said no.. she put the crackers on the table, I then decided to not go and walk out.. as I got up the little one touched the cracker and was saying he wanted one.. she said "it's okay he can have one" I replied with no.. you can't have one.. Yin Court, had lost a £35+ sale that day; and now after that fiasco, lost a regular customer of 7 years. I still had a appetite and decided to go to Cosmos at romford, as to which I did not even mention about the little one, we ate, (see photo provided of what the little one ate) when it came to paying, without me even asking to waiver his she came out with "just 2 buffets 3 drinks, I saw what he had and I'm not charging for that" Now, this is what he actually chose to eat as a plate meal whereas Yin Court would have been a pick me bits off our plates.. Now ask yourself, would you be happy to pay £12.00 twice for what the photo shows? I think not. Best of luck in future.. but from us it's farewell.

The rudest staff I’ve ever come across. Absolutely shocking place, do not waste your time…attitude problems.

I have not been to the restaurant for ages. It seems to have some poor reviews lately, but I must say the service was friendly and excellent and the food was really delicious with quite generous helpings (Four lovely skewers of chicken sate). It is great to have so many old favourites on the menu, like chicken with cashew nuts and yellow bean sauce. I will definitely not leave it too long for another visit.

I had my food delivered i paid 36 pound for what I call the worst food iv eaten the special chow main had no meat just loads of onion the prawn toast was so hard the spare ribs were dry and rock hard I phoned to speak to manager who was not there the lady I spoke to was so rude called me a lier I asked them to send driver back I would give him the rotten food I wanted a refund she put the phone down I then called another 3 times again she was rude put phone down and refused a refund avoid this place the food is disgusting and the staff are rude

The interior decoration of the restaurant was a little tired, but the food was spectacular! We had the buffet, which allowed us to order from a wide range of dishes, we have been to similar styled restaurants before, so started with appetisers, followed by crispy duck & then the mains. Every dish we had was really good and freshly cooked. We will definitely be going back 😄

Food was delicious. Staff lovely & attentive. All you can eat for a set price but you can't take a doggy bag, to stop P-takers. The toilets are in dire need of redecoration. They really let the place down.

Just been on 30/4/23, food was amazing along with great service, restaurant was busy and they even brought a birthday cake out for someone, £83 for 3 people including 3 beers and jug of tap water whenever we asked, can't go wrong!

As we walked we were offered a table , I won’t say greeted as the young girl, who was dressed in a pink jogging suit & slippers, looked like we were putting her out by entering the tired looking restaurant! The food is a set price for anything on the menu. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and was given wine glasses to drink it from. At £28 a bottle you’d expect the correct glass! We ordered some starters which came up quickly, it was obvious everything on the plate including the ribs had been pre cooked & then deep fried when ordered. We then ordered a few mains. One being king prawns. They looked insipid & after having one I decided not to eat them. The curry & noodles were nice. The food comes out on cold plates as was the the dinner plates your given. I used the loo & wished I hadn’t, it was awful. Desperately in need of pulling down & re building. Which then made me think what was the kitchen like ! Based on my experience I won’t be recommending or returning here ..

So I get why there's a mixed bag of reviews. The pre payment method seems harsh, the all you can eat doesn't feel like an all you can eat experience, the service is a tad sketchy, depends on the day I'd say. The food is typical Chinese fayre, tasty and no issues for us. The decor of the place is tired and would definitely benefit from some attention (toilets). The food hygiene rating might reflect the decor but didn't realise it was a 3 star until we rocked up. Would I go again....I think I'd wait for an extra star first as the service and prepayment system just gave us all something to laugh about..

Very poor experience, food Hygiene rating is only rated as 3. We went for dinner with our two children, restaurant was empty. We was asked to pay upfront before we ordered, we was told this was because we may run off without paying, found this very insulting, apparently this is the new policy. Food was ok. We was overcharged for a adult meal rather than a Child’s meal. Sad as we used to come here now and again, food hygiene rating has dropped over time, was good before but now we won’t be returning! £96 for 2 adults and two children

As a family we visited this restaurant tonight. All staff was extremely rude from the start. Over chancing us for children's meal. When I questioned them on this. Staff was swearing and shutting at me with my children crying. Would not recommend to anyone. Will never return!

Very rude staff, food average that's the 1 star review, 8 yr old charged as an adult who only ate one spring roll, ditto for our 4yr old charged £10, £5 for a 2yr old who tried prawn toast but didn't eat it, When we booked that's 7 adults we said the kids won't be eating & they said that's fine, then charged us for them, "I saw food on their plate " was the reason & a member of staff was watching them the whole time fronm a distance, I did say to the manager they were just trying it & not eating, & when the next course came out she just slammed them on our table & then started to complain about us! to other customers, it really ruined our family members birthday evening, we've been going to yin court on family birthdays for years, but will never return ever, next family birthday we will order take away from New Beijing & eat around our family table

Honestly don’t know this place gets these awful reviews, been here several times and every time the staff have been lovely, the foods been delicious and warm and we’ve always enjoyed our experience! Absolutely love coming to this place, have introduced several new people here and they always say we should come back soon! Thanks again Yin Court x

Great cheap chinese buffet, food is always hot and the staff don't hover which is nice, it's a basic menu but it's a basic place, but me and the other half love going ❤️

Nice fresh cooked food great choice, one price then eat anything you like ...like a buffet but all cooked fresh and served to you. Salt and pepper prawns were fab we had them as starter then again with main. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for wide choice and tasty food. Lovely servers very helpful.

Went for an early evening meal (5pm) on Saturday 23.7.22 with four friends. I went with trepidation, having read some of the awful feedback on here, and was wondering why on earth we were going here….. We were greeted by the nicest lady, who seated us and explained the menu….. Each individual item we ordered would be enough for 5 people, and she explained that if we ordered 5 different rices that would be enough for 25 people!! So the best option was to order a little at a time, which was freshly cooked and served with a smile, and if we wanted more food, order again, and more freshly cooked food would be served. I understand, entirely, why they’re loathe ro supply heaps and heaps of food, only for it to be thrown away. This is a business, and people ordering too much food, heaping it on their plates then leaving it to be thrown away isn’t only really wasteful, but eats into the profits they make. The premises were clean and tidy, the extra staff who began to arrive were cheerful and helpful, and the cost was minimal for such nice food. There was hardly any waste, and we were so full that when we were offered ice cream, had to decline. I’m not from the Upminster area, but am really looking forward to going back in October and paying a return visit to forward to a return visit to Yin Court. Thanks for a good eating experience xx

What a melt ! The woman working there tried to charge us £40 more what a joke ! Bog standard Chinese I’ve never had something so underwhelming!! To make it worse the toilets taps give out cold water 💧 so unsanitary aftet I’ve just had a wee and have to now eat my grubby food with dirty hands 🙌 how this so called reastruant has passed health and saftey standards will forever confuse me like how, a crack den is more sanitary. The people working there are a bunch of rude ignorant bunch of k**** who always belive there right. To make matters worse the food was stone cold and tasted like dog poo. It was awful. food was diabolical. they tried to scam us for over £40 when we went on a thursday as it the buffet was £19.50 for 1 person, plus the drink which is £3.50. 3 people ate the food and 3 people got drinks which would be £23 for 2 people and £19.50 for another plus our friend who only got a drink for £3.50, the bill ended up to £97.96. i counted it up as the meal cost £78 and the drinks £9.96 which adds up to £87.96. that’s £10 more than the actual bill. they tried to charge our friend who is only 14 £20 for eating 1 dumpling. they shouted and argued with us threatening us to be on the facebook page as we proved them wrong. staff is awful, rude and disrespectful. no atmosphere at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND. worst chinese on the entire planet. talked bad about us to the fellow workers like idiots. i really don’t know how the restaurant is still running and should be shut down. toilets weren’t clean wee on the floor and then the taps didn’t have any warm water or soap therefore coudlnt wash my hands when returning to our dinner. We have been here a few times, staff have always been unfriendly but food was always nice so did return afterwards. We went as a family on Sunday evening, empty restaurant, I cannot even begin to explain how rude the staff were, one lady in particular, older, Bob style haircut. Spoke to us like we were an inconvenience, not placing, but dropping the plates down on the table one so much so the food came off. Staring at us while we ate and ‘huffing’ muttering under her breath if we asked for anything else ( a drink etc) previously would return for the nice food but we have decided this behaviour is unacceptable. Absolutely no people skills at all. If you want a friendly place to go and eat with your family this is most definately not somewhere you will want to go.

Said on the door cash only, alarm bells for me started to ring. No ice in the drinks even a vodka and orange…warm drinks. No prices on the menu, not running hot water in the gents. Toilet floor looked like it has never seen a mop, cob webs on the floor near my sons seat. Chipped food bowl was used for the veg. My family was hungry and they just wanted to eat so I had to stick with it. No atmosphere, no low music. Staff not the best for being over friendly. Over priced big time. Should of gone to Mandarin Palace as it cost the same. When paying the bill the lady said cash only. When we asked the young lady when we sat down originally she replied that she does accept card - even though it does say cash only on the door. We pointed this out the the lady taking the bill and she came back with a card reader and paid by card. Really weird place. Food was warm and not what I have experienced before. Now my son is off school through been sick. Well worth my time and money.

Food is hot sometimes a little too hot not as in spicy lol. Menu a little limited bit good value for money. Sometimes the ordering can be a bit hit and miss but try what you are brought.ypi may find you like it

Portion sizes are small - if in a group and you order the same dish they will do a size for the party but it never equals out (Just a standard dish) Food is OK all made to fresh but you can tell its cheap produce being used. Coke/diet coke was flat. Service is good but I wouldn't rush back.

I have visited this Restraunt sometimes twice a month for several years now with different friends or family members and now they also visit this restaurant with their friends.The staff are always extremely friendly and the food is cooked to order.I have never ever had a dish that wasn’t great.The service and the cost of eating there out does all the others Restraunt’s that do “Eat as much Buffett” Extremely good value for money.

One thing I do like about Chinese restaurants is that they know how to make money. ALL YOU CAN EAT.! Is what you see, but in reality all the small portions you can eat till your belly is full and that's just the starters you won't have space to eat a main as they have this sussed out. Food is very nice and the service you receive is good, the staff are polite and friendly. Overall a good joint to eat at and would recommend it. 👍🏾

Myself and my partner have been here twice now, the first time was a Sunday evening, very quiet (Sunday there was only one other couple in the restaurant), the staff were lovely and welcoming and very sweet, the food is your basic run of the mill chinese (expected for a buffet as u need to cater for everyone) but the food is cooked to order its a not a help yourself (tbh I prefer this rather than just "help yourself"mentality, its basically a buffet with service which I think is a nice touch) The food comes boiling hot (so be careful) Service is quick but efficient We next went there on a Saturday, ALOT busier and there was fairly rude loud table, but they were far enough from us to be too botheredFood was again, quick and efficient and again delicious, Service, yet again just as nice on a less busier day, Lovely place (basic decor, but like I said we like that), Apparently they have a karaoke, but not sure how it works but does sound fun tbh.

Chinese restaurants in and around upminster all seemed a bit hit n miss, we chose Yin Court as all the recent reviews were good, and i was pleased that we were not disappointed. We ordered the mixed hors d'oeuvres, pork dumplings and 2 main dishes, all very tasty and nice sized portions. We collected, and was pretty much ready on time, still lovely n hot when we got home again. Will definitely order again.

This place is nice because you can have lots of smaller portions, plenty of variety,very fresh, lovely staff, reasonable prices.... Dropped a star cos it needs a bit of a tlc and a lick of paint.

although the menu has a fixed price ,you can eat as much as you choose , we found that by ordering dishes as we wanted them , the food is always fresh and hot , all cooked superbly and the staff were quite happy to make visits to the kitchen , to bring out what ever we requested.

Make an order via Just Eat. Get an email to say the restaurant is doing my order. Money taken then restaurant phones me up. Tell me they at not honouring my paid for order. No apologies, nothing. Couldn't care less that it is Christmas even though they are open. On the site it says they deliver but they phone up ages after the order was place to just say "tough,you are not getting any food". Incredibly poor service.

Have been a customer of Yin Court for around 5 years always had lovely food there, good selection, freshly cooked and always perfect portion sizes. Iv read a lot of reviews about being told off for leaving food, I have never been told off however I can see how people say the staff are abrupt and rude. I think they speak very limited English and often miscommunications happen. If your polite to them they are friendly enough. I must say the restraint itself needs some TLC, I felt like I was sitting in someone’s garage, poorly lite, marks on walls, clutter on show around the restraint. Since I have been a customer over the 5 years it looks more worn every visit. Drinks aren’t great recommend requesting cans or bottles however overall food is good recommend muscles in black bean and salt and chilli prawns!

Mediocre food.. Service is subpar.. Policy of restaurant with all you can eat is a joke as they serve you portions that are very small and will offer more when you finished what is in the plate making the dinning as waiting for the next batch of food..

Absolutely disgusting. We left there at 7 by 10pm we were all being sick and diarrhoea. Got told what to order by them. It was all fryed and greasy. Would never ever go there again. This place should be shut down. The waitress was rude. The food was the worst thing we’ve ever ate.

Went for the fixed price menu but as we had three long tables it wasn't possible to talk with each other. Also, only one person serving so it was slow going - nearly three hours! The food was pretty dry and one of our party was a vegetarian, so unfortunately had a very limited choice. Wouldn't recommend.

Been to Yin Court many times. The fixed price menu is excellent value but what I really like is that it isn't one of those many Chinese restaurants where you go and help yourself to a buffet hoping that the food isn't cold and that it hasn't been standing around too long. At Yin Court you order from the extensive menu so it always arrives freshly cooked. You can order as much as you like but the restaurant doesn't like it if you order so much that you have to leave substantial amounts - and I agree with that. There is too much food waste and as you can order as much as you like anyway, there is no reason to over order here. We generally order some of their delicious soups, then several starters, followed by main courses. No one leaves hungry and yet there isn't huge amounts of waste! I also like the actual restaurant, it has a lovely look and a nice atmosphere, but what I like even more is that when we want to book for 8 people as we often do, if we give enough notice, we can get a round table so that everyone can hear everyone else. I hate going out and sitting on long tables where you can't talk to those at the other end! With the fixed price (not including drinks) you know approximately how much it is going to cost and I always find it to be very reasonable...

Where do I start?Over priced, flat, warm drinks. Dirty cutlery (that they also don't replace after starters, appetisers or dessert)So many flies in there! We were sat by the window and there were so many flies all round the window it's not normal. Kitchen looks disgusting when you walk past it. Toilets haven't been cleaned in god knows how long! (look at the mens light switch!!)Napkins stinkTold what to eat when trying to order. Spring rolls smelt off when I cut into them. Rest of the food was bland. We booked a large table for 13 people and there were only 2 staff in the whole restaurant cooking & serving so I can understand that service was a little slow so I'm not moaning about that but the lack of cleanliness is inexcusable. I have no idea how it even has a hygiene rating of 2!I never write reviews but something needs to be done about this place

Meal with daughter. Service excellent as usual, food nice and hot. We didn't have long waits between courses. Used this restaurant on several occasions and never had any grounds to complain. Consistently good.

Went there tonight £63 wasted the food had no flavour all served on cold plates the only time the staff were attentive was when they ask you if you wanted a drink. I had to get up and walk to the bar as two of them were standing chatting, my wife had already banged the ice bucket to try and get there attention in vain.I hate to say it but that was one crap meal.i had to rate it one otherwise it wouldn't let me submit it.

yin court specialise in a wide selection of chinese dishes including all the top choices such as duck , chicken and prawns at one set price of £15.50 during the week and and slightly more expensive at the weekends. [ freshly cooked , not a buffet ]we prefer to visit during the week , because when the restaurant is not so busy , it is easier to order our food in stages , because not being a buffet , all our meals come out hot and freshly cooked , rather than have a table full of food at one time. the quality is always very good and it is well worth a little wait sometimes to have the food straight from the kitchen to the table.

It was OK.... Food was nice enough.... Staff were quite rude and only brought half of what we had asked for at the time and kept telling us we'd had enough!.... Wouldn't rush back!!

After ordering a take away from Yin Court my daughter felt something in her mouth and discovered a tooth which was not one of her own. We called Yin Court and they didn’t offer an apology or any understanding but said a driver would come and collect it - I can now see why they have a 2 on the food standard rating I’m giving it minus stars but it won’t let me post with zero!!!!! It’s less than terrible.

Stay away from this restaurant, terrible service and the food is like dog food! I have suffered with food poisoning the last 24 hours, with heavy vomiting and dioherra! The place is absolutely shocking!! I felt ill within 10 minutes of eating the food and left, within 2 hours I have had non stop vomiting and dioherra! Please stay away from this place. I will be contacting trading standards and seeking legal advice.

A couple of my friends and my son have visited this restaurant and said to try it. So me and the missus had a date night. I booked a table in the afternoon and we got there about 25 mins early. There was 3 tables that were a small amount of people on them and a party of about 15. We were seated quickly and although there was only one waitress on she kept on top of things. The food came out fresh and hot. While not Haute Cusine it was more than acceptable. Our only criticisms. First glass of coke came up virtually flat but that didn't bother the wife. The fried noodles that was used in the dish were very thin and we prefer thicker noodle. But the dish was tasty.We didn't find the waitress at all rude, there was one of the tables that had left some food and nothing was said. They do a take away menu and on out next visit, we will still do the buffet but we will order a chow mien off the take away menu as opposed to the fried noodles on the buffet menu.Overall, we both found it was value for money and would go again.

I have been to Yin Court a number of times, and only because of the food. It is always nice and fresh and there is a good selection, cannot complain. The drinks can be a little lacklustre though.The service is absolutely awful. Every single member of staff is rude and extremely miserable. When you walk in, they look at you like you’ve just wandered into their lounge at home. No greeting or obvious direction on where to sit. I’ve seen people time and time again lingering by the door not knowing to do, when finally somebody shouts at you from across the restaurant to tell you to sit down.One you’re sat down, you’ll be lucky if they say a word to you the rest of time you’re there. They don’t look you in the eye, they just take your orders, throw the plates down at you and march off.In all honesty, this place I’m sure would be far more popular if they just smiled a little. I know a number of people who won’t go there because of their bad attitude.Seems all the other reviews on here say the same, perhaps if they read these reviews, they may smile a little more.

Have been here many a time and food it always top notch. The restaurant charges a set price and you can order as much as you like. For this reason the menu is not as extensive as other Chinese restaurants but there is still plenty of choice. I have never had bad service in there maybe it depends on how you treat the staff as to how they react back to you. They have always been really good with children when i have visited as well.

Microwaved dog food is probably the best description. Staff are unfriendly as you can get.

Where can I start?Whilst visiting friends in Upminster recently the four of us decided to visit the Restaurant as the menu looked quite reasonable. However do not be fooled by appearances as Yin Court is not all it seems! Food is ok but the service is appalling! The waitresses scold you if you leave any food on your plate and you are humiliated in front of other customers.Close your eyes and you could be at Fawlty Towers it is that laughable.There are plenty of great eateries in Upminster and Hornchurch. Do yourselves a favour and find one instead of going here! You know it makes sense!

The staff need to learn some manners and people skills!

So i have been here on dates and just with a few friends, the experience tends to be the same. First tip, PRE BOOK, you may turn up and it's closed, first sign of a slow night and the shutters go up. Expect a rather emotionless type of service, no passion or humour let alone a friendliness. Third thing, the food is OK, no WOW factor, no invention, standard Chinese that frankly is like buffet food, but it's qdequate, you could not complain for example, but you wont be talking at the table about the food, more like talking about your holidays.. Compare this to some other Chinese restaurants in the area and they compare poorly to the competition. Lastly it's quite expensive given the rather average nature of the experience. I think they have a few 'fanboy' customers that i would advice to try elsewhere and then compare, start with the royal china in Canary wharf......then comeback here and compare. Different price points i know, but a worthwhile difference.

5 star food, 5 star service, 5 star over all everything! Love this place .. Although not great choice of songs for karaoke!!

Had a takeaway last night. Unable to eat majority of what we ordered, cold, greasy bland food. Rice and noodle looked as if originally cooked hours before & has a quick blast in the microwave - I say quick as lukewarm. The chicken dish was pink in the middle and had a strange smell so went straight in the bin. Staff totally rude!

Worst chinese restaurant i have ever been! Food is not that great, ordered rice and it feels plastic!!!!!!!!! I got stomach ache after eating from this restaurant!! I will never go back again and definitely i will not recommend this rubbish restaurant! Waste of money

We have been to Yin Court a few times and quite enjoyed it. However, last night 7 of us went there at 9.40 pm - not particularly late - and found it to be closed! To add insult to injury. Some of the staff were sitting, drinking coffee and must have seen us. We went across the road to the Indian instead, and had a pleasant meal.

We went to Yin Court today and we were so disappointed! Firstly we had a piece of metal in the chow mein which she did apologise for but most restaurants would have discounted the dinner but no, instead they charged us full price for my ten year old cause they said he was taller than 1.4m I was livid as he isn’t. We didn’t want to make a fuss cause we had our son with us but we have vowed never to go back there again.
