Pleasantly surprised at this Chinese! It was absolutely gorgeous, everything came hot and packed of flavour. I’ve been looking for a new regular Chinese and I have definitely found one now. The delivery driver was lovely also.

Most awful Chinese ever….i would go as far to say it was VILE. Satay sauce was a lump of jelly and tasted of nothing. The plain noodles were chewy and the smoked chicken was DRY BURNT and inedible. Just wasted £30 odd quid

Delivery time was great, early especially on a busy Saturday night. Food was delicious & would definitely order again.

The food was nice but I never received the bottle of diet coke which I had ordered and paid for.

Truly awful and to be avoided at all costs! The prawn crackers were stale, mixed starters overcooked, with the “satay” sauce a gloopy inedible pot of goo, and everything else over seasoned and overcooked. The one thing that was okay was the crispy seaweed. I went to bed feeling nauseous and feeling like I’d truly consumed food that was bad for my body. I haven’t had a Chinese takeaway in years and this has put me off ever having one again. - great job, New Lee Ho Fook!

Order expected between 19.55-20.15, called takeaway at 20.25 to be told would be another 10/15mins. Order didn't arrive until 21.11. Far too late to start eating an evening meal.

Really not happy my last review was taken down. The male owner needs to learn manners as his lost a loyal customer.

Easily the Best Chinese Take takeaway in the area

Ordered a takeaway. Turned a bit late, no problem. Four people to feed. Small portions, as we were going out after. Ok. It's with regret, I'm have to tell you this it the worst Chinese the 4 of us have experienced. So dry, no sauce, not tasty, noodle soup using linguine, pasta? The prawns and rice? Really bad I'm afraid.

Shambolic customer service. We ordered our food at 6:45pm and it came at 9:10pm…. When we called several times, the guy had the audacity to tell me I’m giving him a headache?!?! RUDE

Great delivery service, came earlier than expected, and as we were really hungry, we appreciated this! Food tasted great as always and love that we get free Prawn Crackers unlike other Chinese Takeaways we have had in the past.

only got half the order right, no Singapore noodles, something completely different, wife tried eating it, but nearly all is left as she didn't like it. not something I eat either.

I understand it was Chinese NY so were likely rushed off their feet, but instead of taking 2 hours after I ordered to come, restaurants that can’t cope with demand should stop taking orders for a while. It was 30 mins later than the latest expected time. Half the food was ok, the noodles were anaemic and tasteless and the satay sauce was gloop and inedible. I’d changed from my usual as that’s apparently gone down hill too, so gave this a go, but I won’t be going back.

First and last order from here. Chicken completely undercooked in multiple pieces.

Really disappointed. Who ever was cooking tonight burnt the ribs and the satay sauce didn’t taste anything like it should. Had no flavour at all. Looked dark like gravy and gloopy. I threw it in the bin. No point calling to complain as older man likes to disagree with you when you call to complain if something isn’t right

CHINESE TAKEBACK If I could give less then 1 rating I would. Food was cold after paying £33. My mother phoned to complain, the manager spoke over her and said it wasn't cold. So I drove there and got £10 back as I'm a reasonable man. As I left he got cheeky, so he's definitely lost customers tonight. If anyone needs to complain talk to his wife as she seems to know that bad buisness is not good for buisness. Don't bother with him but don't leave without a refund.

The food was plain and all tasted like it has been fried in the same pan.

Fly in the food in the chinese when i poured out the sauce, when i rang him to complain he wldnt give refund, kept saying it wasnt in his food. Wldnt do anything about it offered me a chicken chow mein, their wont b a next time.. Dont order from here.. Service terrible as well.. A wasted meal & a wasted 31.80.

Tried for first time. Sweet and sour taste like vinegar, prawn cracks were stale. Temp wasn’t hot just warm. Chips tasted reheated. Chilli beef crispy but not for me. Overall disappointed.

I have ordered from here a few times, usually the food is lovely but on this occasion I think the chef was having a bad day as the spicy rice had wayyy more chilli peppers than normal and was inedible, i love spicy food but this was too much

I have just ordered from your shop and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement!. Apart from the mini spring rolls and chicken balls, the rest of the food was to be honest awful!.. the satay sauce was what I can only describe as a snot/slime consistency and was completely inedible. The chow Maine was ok but it had no seasoning at all and was the most boring food I have eaten!.. we where also told that the chicken balls where 6’or 12. We chose 6 and only actually received 5!. This is our first time here and it’s upsetting that we spent money for something I wouldn’t feed to my dog.

Food was tasteless sadly. The barbecue sauce had no taste like barbecue at all I can't even describe it.. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again

Prawns and Squid with salt and pepper was very tasty. Tom yum soup missing lemon grass flavor. Thai curry's missing thai basil leaves and kafir lime leaves . I ordered Thai red curry with duck, but I definitely got chicken instead.

Food took nearly an hour to arrive and was cold and unpleasant. This is not normal for this restaurant and I'm really disappointed

Food was on time (just), but a few of the dishes weren't hot, and needed the microwave. Quality wise, the beef was a bit chewy and gristly, but the sweet and sour chicken was banging. Would I order again, probably not

Such a shame, we have ordered from them before. Ordered at 5.33, delivery time scheduled between 6.15 and 6.45 arrived about 7.25. No apologies for late delivery. It was our dear friends 80th Birthday meal and by the time food arrived. The food was cold. Had to reheat in the oven. We hardly ate the food because we went past being hungry. It was a big order. The feedback from everyone that it has spoilt the evening. Extremely disappointed with this poor service. I tried calling 4 times, each time the phone was answered but no response, only one the final time, they answered and he said traffic and the driver should be there within 5 to 10 minutes. It arrived 15 minutes later. Will not be ordering from them again.!!!!😡

Food has been dropping in standard recently we’re gonna start trying a different place for a bit use to be excellent here don’t know why it’s changed still the same prices with less quality ingredients

Would of been only 10-15 minutes late but the driver forgot to give the chicken balls I ordered then I phoned the restaurant for them to say they was definitely in with the order felt like they was trying to say I’m lying never had a problem with this restaurant and don’t order takeaway much so they said we can add it to your next order no because I don’t know when I would have this again the driver then rang after I spoke to the restaurant as the restaurant finally said they will send out 2 more portions and they driver said oh I forgot to give you some of your items I will bring them back but why would I want items that have been sat in the car for half an hour I felt like I couldn’t start eating as my order was not complete so I had it sitting in the kitchen waiting for the new portions to come like I say I’ve ordered from them before and never had a problem but just felt like they was saying I was lying when turns out it was the drivers fault in the first place

Food mostly very good apart from the pork which was dry and chewy. But not impressed at waiting an hour & 40 minutes.
