This was a great quality and great value restaurant with superb food. Great choice of meals across a range of courses. Ask for a side of chopped chillis in soy sauce to give extra bang! Recommend the Hot & Sour soup followed by the Kung Po Chicken. Terrific. Open. Friendly independent family restaurant. I'm going back!

Booked bottomless brunch. All was ok food was ok not as good as recommmended. Service was terrible at first gave the benefit of doubt that it was the ladies 2nd shift but when you have to ask 4 times for a drink and then when you ask what is going on they just go on to serve another table and turn your back on you is not only rude but totally disrespectful. How do you get value for money for your unlimited drinks when you can’t get one, totally ruined the experience will definitely not be returning it was only the guy who tried to salvage the day but damage had been done totally rude and although new to the job that was disgusting customer service she shouldn’t have been left on her own to look after two parties

Always was my favourite place to go but never again It was freezing cold with heaters plugged in to try and warm up the area. The restaurant is dirty and tired looking The tablecloth has old curry stains on it and when I pointed this out, no apology, just a wipe with a cloth to try and get rid of it in front of me Food was cheap and tasteless The chilli sauce had a little lid on it and when this was lifted it had dried old sauce round the rim The starters, no seaweed anymore, golden cups had no crispy onions and were dried and hard Ribs were tacky and cold Spring rolls were dry and bland Satay chicken cold Onto the duck which I actually think was frozen and then microwaved. It was a very odd texture and very little of it for two. Pancakes were hard and dry round the edges The mains Chicken curry. Was cheap and no taste and very wet Chilli crispy beef. Nice taste to be fair but no beef actually in the strips. Just batter Prawns. Four so two each and in a bland thick sauce which was indistinguishable so unsure what flavour it was supposed to be I understand that costs are high but this was grim and so disappointing from the old days when it was a treat to eat there Another place I feel will not do well if they continue in this way Will not return, especially as felt unwell on drive home and next day Such a shame

If I have to eat just one meal when I come to London, I go to a local Chinese restaurant. To eat chow mein and Chinese fried rice, which are hard to find in Korea. Most of them didn't fail, and this one I visited for the first time suited my taste the best. In particular, the piece of chili oil that the manager left behind as he passed by, probably because he knew I was Korean, was a real kick. Even if they don't provide it, ask for red pepper oil and be sure to mix it in. It has a slight marinara flavor and is delicious.

Usually the takeaways I am used to from other places are those to be described as late, borderline cold and not necessarily worth the money. But not the case when I was recommended the lovely Dragon Pearl restaurant by my dear granddaughter. The evening started with a pleasant welcome from the staff and owner, who assisted to our table at every request. The food was splendid as I ordered the delicious seafood in the salt and pepper dressing, followed by the flavourful Singapore chow mein and a side dish of mini veggie spring rolls. Overall, I would highly recommend this local Chinese restaurant and definitely be coming by again!!

I agree with the review below the food is nice but poxy little portions I couldn’t believe how small the plates of food that come up but 4 chicken balls between 2 people what a joke also the prices on the menu outside the door are not the same as the menu inside we spent £80 and not a free prawn cracker in sight
