Sweet sour chicken balls left my mouth full off grease not at all nice

Food temperature was cold, 2 dishes were not as ordered, the roast duck spring rolls were soggy and had a horrendous smell when cut open.. as a result of the meal 2 of my family members plus myself are now very unwell

The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The portions sizes are generous and everything is cooked and ready to collect in great time. The lady who takes the orders and hands you your takeaway is fantastic! Always so friendly, smiley and genuinely makes you feel like a valued customer :-) Thank you

Molly was amazing. The bar staff were loud and we now know they were not happy with the manager changing the shifts around and shutting one bar down and not the other, we also know about the pay and holidays you give them, they are not happy. Holly our waitress is an asset to your team

Ordered through just eat no food after 2 1/2 hours rang loads of times and either no answer or phone picked up and put down. Absolute shocking service

I am so disappointed that they cancelled my order two times and charged me for the second time. I tried contacting them but they are not responding and this is so ridiculous!!! Was really looking forward for the food but totally disappointed.

I am a regular. They are consistently good. We have been using them twice a month for at least 7 years. Staff are always friendly.

Food is ten out of ten but the delivery times are bad. Shame the bad delivery let's down what is otherwise a great meal.

Some difficulty in understanding me by lady answering the phone led me talking to Chinese man. Considering it was a Friday evening, I wasn’t surprised when told delivery up to 45 minutes. However food actually arrived after some 20 minutes. It was hot and fresh and the beef was tender. Wife had chicken balls and had a suprise when some apple balls added foc! Lovely. So will definitely use again 👍😊🙏

I came to Buffet City with my parents while on holiday in Plymouth A friend recommended it, so we decided to give it a try. The food was pretty good — lots of variety, including prawns, squid, lamb chops, and noodles. My little brother is still quite young, and he was so happy with the ice cream, he couldn’t stop smiling! The atmosphere was relaxed, the place was clean, and it was a nice spot for a family meal. For the price, especially in the UK these days, it’s honestly such good value. Would definitely come back again!

Woman who answered the phone needs hearing aids I had to repeat my address twice my number twice and my card details twice my order 3 times and she somehow still got it wrong I ordered 2 rice and instead received 2 pots of sweet and sour sauce that has the consistency of water chips tasted like they were microwaved chicken balls were quite clearly made in a rush awful experience not worth £35
