The worst chop suey I have ever had, it was like they had cooked the chicken and beef chop suey in tomato soup it was drowning in it me and my partner couldn’t eat any of it.

The chips were very dry and hard not up to their normal standard - very disappointing

Ordered a meal for delivery got the wrong sauces,my son put what we thought was bbq sauce on his meal it was sweet and sour same as the other one. Rung them up as the money was wasted as he doesn't like sweet and sour so meal went in the bin,I tried speaking to them to get money back or a new meal just kept saying she put the right sauce in. Won't be ordering from them again absolutely disgusting.

got the wrong ordered items spent £40 and they wouldn't do anything went on the bin money wasted for one meal won't order from them again.

Food was hot as opposed to cold last time but flavours completely changed. 2 bad orders in the last few weeks thought it might have been a one off. Won’t be ordering again

I used to love ordering from this place, but it seems like things have changed recently. After two consecutive orders that didn't meet my expectations, I regret to say that I won't be ordering again. The food just isn't what it used to be, and I find myself disappointed both times. It feels like the quality has declined, and I'm really hoping they can return to their former standards.

Food was cold and inedible. Bag felt cold even as it was handed. Must have just been loose and not in a thermal bag. Disappointed after waiting an hour

Good food, but absolutely appalling service on delivery. First time they couldn’t find the address, but didn’t call, so good was very late. The tofu was extremely spongy, and tasteless, unlike other takeaways we have ordered from. Second time they delivered chicken to a pescatarian, and they became argumentative on the phone, saying we had ordered chicken and not prawn, but clearly on the online confirmation, it said prawn. Took another half an hour for correct food to be delivered, which ruined a social evening. The third time, we called after an hour and a half as we hadn’t received our order. They said it had been delivered (to a different address). They once again became argumentative. Went to the address they said they had delivered to, but camera footage showed no delivery. They eventually delivered our food after 2 hours, which is unacceptable for a diabetic who had given insulin in preparation for a meal being delivered within an hour as stated on the order confirmation. Will not itder from them again.

The best Chinese food I have tasted! The chips I have tried have always been the same but these taste amazing aswell as my meal as a whole! The driver was friendly and funny after having a tiny chat. I would always recommend and come back! 😁

chicken with water chestnuts & bamboo shoot seemed a little low on salt, and the wraps for the aromatic crispy duck felt a little dry but I loved the portions and the chicken balls tasted great! First time I had enough wraps to finish all the duck 😋

first time using New Jade Garden and we were really impressed... The food was hot and absolutely delicious and the delivery driver was bang on time! we will certainly order from them again... Beef Curry, Egg fried rice, Dry Chiken Chow Mein, Chips, Noodles and Prawn toast.

This is the most delicious Chinese ever. The food quality and portion sizes are really good! We order on a regular basis and sometimes there are delays with the waiting times, but it’s the same everywhere you go. Definitely worth the wait!!!

I ordered at 7.13pm food did not arrive until 9 20 pm. The app said delivered at 9pm so I called restaurant and I waited in the cold on my doorstep for 20 mins as had no tracker to follow. The chips were refries with very little potato in them and the special fried rice had no bbq sauce. Overall very disappointed with service and food as I've been eating from you for years and never had to complain £18 down the drain.

The food is delicious however the delivery is horrendous. A few times now it's been well over the hour expected time which is normally 45mins anyway. They mark as delivered early even though it has not. They do not reply to the message service and turn the phone link off so have to google the number. When you call they just say we are busy.

Delicious food, good quality and only late due to bad weather

Took nearly 3 hours arrive, I rang to chase up after 2 hours and took another 50 mins after that to arrive. Which meant it was too late for my children to eat it . Having worked in a food place myself I suggest turning off your delivery platform when you can’t keep up with orders & switch it back on when your ready to take more orders as this is unacceptable & avoidable. This is the kind of thing that will put people off ordering from here again. Food was ok curry had no flavour
