I go there often and the 2 people who work there are always so nice :) the food is always hot and fresh. Not long wait time either would definitely recommend to visit :))))

The estimated time for delivery was 1 and half hours and it was still 45 minutes late!! Very disappointing

Piping hot food, delicious we always go to New Jade Garden

Terrible service. Order for delivery for 6pm check on the delivery at 6.30pm as it still hadn’t arrived to be told they’d forgotten the order and we were given no time for when we could expect the delivery to arrive. Called again over an hour later 7.30pm. Food finally arrived at 8pm 2hours late. With no apology or discount offered Very disappointing!!!!

Food was almost 2 hours late , no apology no explanation , couldn't get through on phone, tried 30 times!! really disappointing as I've been using this take away for years without any incidents.

Very horrible experience as the restaurant is not answering and so is just eat. No proper way of contacting anyone to get a refund or anything. Very unhappy with the experience.

Ordered on just eat for delivery at 6.45pm. Order confirmed for delivery between 8 & 8.15pm . Not delivered anything and phone constantly engaged. No refund given yet from just eat. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN.

Food was all amazing apart from the crispy chicken and duck. Delivery was a bit late but it was rush Saturday night! This has been my only off order in about 15 orders so not to worry about :)

Ordered at 7pm, said ASAP. They said between 8:20-8:35pm. It arrived at 9pm. So late from when was promised. Some of the food was not very warm. Normally good service, but not this evening. But will use again, as long as is was a one off.

I am sorry to say but I ordered mushroom rice , and not anywhere did it warn me that it contains EGG an allergy ! in the wrong hands this could of been fatal. .. I don't doubt the quality and the time of delivery was impressive but unfortunately i had to waste the food as I couldn't risk eating egg. lucky I spotted it ! natashas law springs to mind... please please advertise allergen ingredients information for your dishes in future . someone could die... .

Delivery nie and early...food is lovely as always. Honey and chili chicken perfect. Young chow fried rice.. Is the best.. And salt and chili ribs.. Yummy! Only gripe is the cost for one person orders, I wish they did a value box for one...

Ordered for delivery, very late with cold food. The woman on the phone was very unhelpful and rude. Absolutely not ordering again.

Food took over 2 hours to arrive and 40 minutes after the latest estimated time. I had to ring up to chase it. Food is nice normally but arrived luke warm. I spent a lot of money for not a great service for my visitors who had to take their food with them due to the delay waiting

My food is consistently late, but when I ring the restaurant up and ask where my food is, they say it's on it's way and I'll wait another half hour for it to arrive and when it does arrive, my food will be piping hot as if it's only just been made because I asked where it is

The best Chinese delivery we’ve had in Plymouth. Expected delays having read some reviews; ordered early, arrived 10mins early. Popular and busy for good reason. Everything freshly prepared and delicious, perfectly spiced, seasoned, etc, and all arrived hot. Portions generous, chicken and pork tender, egg fried rice perfect, vegetables al dente. First time here so ordered a wide variety to try as much as poss; nothing disappointed. Leftovers were reheated and thoroughly enjoyed two nights later!

Meal was really good apart from the lemon sauce for the chicken. It wasn't thick enough and just tasted like sugary water. Par from that, everything else was great 👍

Tried here because our usual Chinese was closed and will definitely be using here instead in the future. Although the wait was nearly 1 and a half hours it was worth it. The driver did apologise for the long wait and the food was all hot and tasted great.

Great food just shame delivery was an hour late

Order was marked as delivered as soon as the delivery time slot had passed and they had failed to meet their own timing. I ordered before 8pm and deliver slot was over an hour later but not met, when I called the restaurant I was told there was still 4 or 5 deliveries before me by their delivery driver who told me the manager refused to take my call and complaint as she was "too busy" and it took nearly an hour after they marked it as delivered for the food to turn up.

food was delivered at 20:05 requested for 20:30, which is when I was going to be home with my son from rugby training. My son's Kung Po Chicken smelt and tasted like sweet and sour chicken. the menu needs to include descriptions, every other garlic chicken dish I have had has been crispy chicken not plain chicken. overall we all found our meals quite bland and would not recommend. I will not be using this takeaway again.
