Chow mein greasy ,chicken dry ,chips dry ,food tasted weird not fresh

If I could give zero stars I would, what a outrageous buisness this is. Had a big party of 14 people phoned up for a takeaway done 4 seperate orders, asked for each individuals total wrote it all down got the woman to say the amounts multiple times to ensure we got it correct even asked for the grand total of all orders together confirmed this multiple times. The delivery turned up only to told we had to pay £30 extra of what had been said. When we refused to pay any extra the women was rude and basically said we got it wrong when we didn't we had a room full of witnesses on loud speaker and confirmed it and re confirmed it they ended up taking the food back to the shop to probably re heat and resend back out to others. Absolute scam of a buisness trying to take advantage of people. Avoid at all Costs and will never be using again!

Very good food, quick and friendly service

Picked up takeout from here, and my kid couldn’t get enough! The special curry was rich and flavorful, and everything was fresh and hot. Perfect for a chill night at home—definitely ordering again !

Booked for a Saturday night and was bit surprised to find that the restaurant was empty. Should have been a red flag but, hey ho.. Ordered from a menu that we thought we would know what was what. Tried a couple of 'special' items that were anything but special. All deep fried, frozen stuff. Unfortunately the waitress didn't speak good English and was no use at all. She was also a bit abrupt and really shouldn't be working in a job she doesn't like. Had to go to the bar for another round of drinks (she forgot to order our drinks). Another thing is they need to turn the heating up! All in All the worst eating out experience for years. they need to sort out this place a bit sharpish. Couple of half decent dishes, hence two blobs MadDog says 'Try somewhere else'

All my food seemed burnt or really greasy. Won't be going back

Ordered a delivery and knew straight away the food would be bad. Within 10 minutes of calling, m food arrived and it was clearly microwaved to within an inch of its life. Nothing seemed fresh, the beef was rubbery and the sauce was bitter. The wontons were so flat I still don't know if they had filling in or not! Honestly it was almost inedible. I wasted so so much!! Usually I'd save it for the next day but it was only fit for the bin.

Been going to this Chinese takeaway for years as I love the way they make a chicken and mushroom curry also have had many other food they do and everytime just brilliant well done to the owners..

I am currently in bed with food poisoning after eating chicken wings from here yesterday. Our normal one was closed so we tried this . Within two hours I was in agony with stomach pains and vomiting. It was confirmed by a doctor it was good poisoning this morning. Avoid at all costs

One of the best Chineses in Ipswich might not look the best from the outside but you wouldn’t be disappointed when you try it!

Tasty, good idea with taster sized dishes

Previously they have missed items off the order, gave them the benefit of the doubt as mistakes are made by all but since then an order was over an hour late... shocking! Improvements are majorly needed. Will not buy again of them- no Chinese is worth being messed around that much!!!

All of our food was excellent & fresh. Delivery time was spot on. We always use this Chinese restaurant and will continue to do so. The delivery driver is friendly & polite. Thank you for a lovely takeaway meal.

Great food again, my new favourite. Not greasy, tastes lovely and good portion sizes. Delivery has always been earlier than predicted
