The best restaurants serving Chinese food in East of England

Our first time ordering the reviews are always good! I can say that we were not disappointed! The food was delivered piping hot and tasted so fresh! Will absolutely order again! Gorgeous

Incredibly tasty, well cooked food. And they take cards!!! This is definitely the best Chinese take-away ever! The prices are reasonable; the staff are friendly and everything is super fresh. They are also very helpful in describing the dishes and can adjust accordingly - no mushrooms in 'x' etc. It can get busy so would advise to phone ahead as they have 'locals' travelling up from Wangford and Beccles on the Suffolk border to eat here. I believe they also deliver too. We would never go anywhere else n

This is the worst Chinese I have ever had. Chicken balls burnt and dry. Singapore noodles were like elastic bands and somehow they made a dry duck fried rice and the ribs had no meat on them. I was unable to eat this food and I really am not that fussy. This place truly is awful, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It's been a bit ropey for years, but reading the reviews I thought I'd check ok the Credit Card Situation and nothing has changed. Dismissive, rude staff as ever. "Bank transfer or cash only". Someone ought to put a call in to HMRC methinks...

Always ordered from here great value, always lovely

We have just eaten what will be our last ever take away from Fresh Oriental. Food was an hour and fifty minutes late. We ordered rice and chicken curry amongst other dishes. When it finally arrived, we were short of the curry to go with the rice, and were told we didn't order the curry. Food was poor, the whole experience was extremely disappointing.

Often double the delivery time. We always have to chase. Very poor customer service.

Amazing tasty food. Ready in 15 minutes, piping hot Only thing i would say is not enough prawn crackers. For 2 people only 6 prawn crackers

Esto fue un pedido por teléfono que ha estado pasando aquí por un tiempo, pero parecen pensar que está bien para darle un precio, luego llamarlo más tarde para decir que es más caro. Incluso fui a su sitio web mientras estaba en el teléfono y dijeron que el chef había puesto el precio. Cancelé el pedido y nunca volverá a ser vergonzoso.

Tasty, good idea with taster sized dishes

Previously they have missed items off the order, gave them the benefit of the doubt as mistakes are made by all but since then an order was over an hour late... shocking! Improvements are majorly needed. Will not buy again of them- no Chinese is worth being messed around that much!!!

Many of the older reviews on here contribute to a disappointing 3 rating. I order regularly for my mother. The food and the delivery service is now excellent. Highly recommended.
