Ot been ill once from this place Unlike most other Chinese places. Clean kitchen Friendly staff.

Extremely rude when answering the phone. 1 word answers and hung the phone up on me! Do not recommend the service offered.

Horrible place - terrible moody customer service

This is the best Chinese takeaway in the area and I’m saying this as a Chinese person. The beef chow mein is especially good so fresh and has an in depth flavour profile can really taste the wok! Portions are great and prices are good. 100% recommend. Bit slow on service but there is only 2 people working there but worth the wait. I would order 20 mins before collecting 🫶🏽

I’ve never used this before but had a meal from here yesterday. The food was great and very hot on serving. I’ll definitely be going back again.

Dared to ask for delivery - owner bit my partner’s head off and hung up on him. I had the same experience two weeks ago. Do not use this takeaway unless you like rude impolite staff

Been going here several year and satisfied with food and service; nearly always have the special curry. Last visit unfortunatley was not good, service was rather grumpy, and the usual curry had a horrible taste preventing it being eaten. Didn't go back as didn't want to lose any more of the evening. Will have to venture a bit further next time and try somewhere else.

Horrible food, threw most of the food away, it was unpleasant and at best tasteless. It has been several months since visiting as it has steadily got worst, but now we will not return as it is so bad.

Very rude unfriendly man on the till and the food was horrible so my partner said. I went in to get in and my partner ate it, well attempted to eat it. Will never go back

Egg fried rice very greasy. Beef like jelly. Would not recommend and will not be going here again personally. Food used to be very good but has really gone downhill.

Normally good hot food. We normally just order and take it home but will need to check in future after getting a totally burnt mushroom omelette. The cook obviously knew he/she burnt it so why didn’t he/she start again. 😡

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had. They have even accommodated a dish that I love that is not on the menu. I would not order Chinese anywhere else! Amazing food and really nice people!

Made an £86.00 order via just eat for birthday meal for all the family. All paid for online to pick up at 6.20pm had order ref etc. went to pick up and very rudely informed we dont take email or big orders so we cancelled order. have informed just eat as this was not their fault to let them know so they could deal with these rude people. The Chinese take away had contact details but obviously dosent want business. They didnt even want to help when we got there so had to come home and order with another company who promptly dilivered order within 30 mins

That was realy realy nice experience of choise chinese takeoway. I have been in Norwich airport to pick up my customer and I have choised this chinese takeoway. The food was briliant absolutely number 1. The meat in my dish was fresh cooked not prepared half cook. Nice customer service also good price. Very frendly people. Thank you guys. Will be there again.

I've never come across such grumpy and rude owners as these people in all my years. Making the initial telephone order, I was handled very rudely and abruptly and when going to collect the order I was left for 5mins at the counter with no acknowledgement of my presence, despite the kitchen area being open and being able to see both guys cooking. When the meal was finally brought out, all £53 worth, no hello, no smiles & no thank you after paying. Just plain rude.... Once we got back with the food it was very ordinary & nothing special. I've had much better Chinese take-away in numerous other places in Norwich. So after being faced with such rude & ignorant customer service, to then eat a rather bland uninspiring meal, I found it quite ironic to find their take-away menu slipped inside our bags of food. Needless to say, it went straight in the bin, as I would never, ever waste my money on this business again. Why oh why do people start a business dealing with customers face-to-face or over the telephone, if they cannot grasp the basics of human interaction and courtessey???

First time I have visited and the last,staff were very rude and have no people skills and manners .A smile with a please and thankyou would be nice,food was also cold.

También carne picante - era muy picante pero una buena salsa. La sopa caliente y amarga era un poco acuosa, bolitas de pollo - agridulce - un poco mezquino en la porción pero ligera y una buena salsa. En general un 7. 5/10

Food was okay but quite bland and was rather expensive for what it was. My partner had the sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style which was just chicken, sauce and a few onions. For the price there should have been more vegetables with it like we have had at other places.

I totally agree with the most recent post could not put it better myself. Since the son has taken over it has gone down hill, this takeaway use to be the best in the area, for years. He is rude and arrogant with no customer service skills. The food is overpriced, certainly you don't get what you pay for. Shame.

Owner is a arrogant ,snotty and rude doesn't have no basic customer service skills. The prices are ridiculously high for some claggy rice. And a piece of chicken mixed in a sauce.. it was good back in the old days when the father use to run it. Order got cancelled by the takeaway. Apparently the driver had waited outside my house for 15 mins with no answer at the door. No one had come to my house. The only thing I was fed was the lies from the guy on the phone. Don't bother. You'd be better off with a piece of dry toast.

Waited until it was 15 minutes after that to ring and find out where the food was, man on the other end of the phone told me it had already left and he was waiting for the driver to come back from our delivery. Waited another 15 minutes before my partner rang back, had the phone on loudspeaker and the same man was so rude! Told my partner the food will get there when it gets there and did we want it or not then?! And goes on to say that the food hadn't even left yet! Finally the food arrives, cold, tasteless, had spilled everywhere in the bag and was an absolute waste of money considering we rarely order Chinese and this was a treat. Only positive I have is the driver was very friendly. Will not recommend or use again!!

We had to wait an 1 hr and 20 mins for our food and when it eventually arrived we were so disappointed by the quality of the food we wished we hadn't bothered. will get it ourselves from our local next time!
