Worst chips I ever seen and half portion of bbq ribs,don’t know how they dare serve them. waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery

Food delivered hot, but damaged. Called restaurant 1 minute after delivery and was told this is impossible. Asked for a mobile number so I could send a photo and was told they don't have mobile number. Food soaked in sauces. Driver should drive a little bit slower I believe.

Have used this take away for many years,was told recently that the ow ers had retired and business sold on . Anyway new owners ordered our meals was told collection in 15/20 minutes. Collected on time ,food was hot and better than before ,tasty,great value and definitely will go back.

We have ordered from here 3 times over the last year and they never disappoint! Amazing food, fresh, not greasy and you never get that icky feeling after like you do after some Chinese food. Delivery is always really reliable and on the one occasion they were really busy, they were really good at communicating that our order might be late.

Live round corner. Food ok . Bit pricy portions ok . taken over by two young ladies. Really nice. english excellent . They do my special curry sauce 😊😊 I valve the service. 😍😍😍😍.

Drove from Woodbridge to go here .didn't realise..New owners taken over this 2024, which was once a very good Chinese. Not good at all. Food really watery, sloppy and tasteless, very salty too. Even the drab prawn crackers are awful . such a waste of money as most of the family meal kids couldn't eat either ...went in the bin. Live and learn. don't call this Chinese cooking at all.

Had such a lovely meal! Really great quality and very generously portioned. The sweet and sour was delicious and the lemon chicken was really fresh. Ribs were really good and not greasy. Egg Foo Yung was gorgeous. Really can't recommend enough! Had family visiting and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Honestly can't fault my order. It was hot, delicious and arrived quickly. If you're looking for a reliable, reasonably priced Chinese then this is 100% the place to go

duck should be served whole on the bone ,I'm old enough to to take it off the bone myself cucumber was old and slimy well past its best before date,very disappointed as it could be anything in that tinfoil container,they have lost my custom

Normally excellent food, tonight 4 portions of chips 3 were a different chip to the other, and the Chow Mien were just 2 lumps not to their usual standard

Always very tasty, the duck and chicken with rice and bean sprouts is good value and very tasty.

Small portion sizes and more expensive than our usual Chinese. The chips and chicken balls were overcooked, the chicken chow mein was nice but had a spicy kick to it, but egg fried rice was lovely.

Nice and hot food. No long waiting times. Friendly staff. Will be regularly getting Chinese food from here!

The food was absolutely disgusting and inedible It wasn’t cooked properly the chicken was raw , watery and very stringy We definitely will not be ordering from there again Terrible food

My husband popped in to ask a few questions about their food and what’s in it as I have some food intolerances. They were very unhelpful and weren’t interested at all!! Never had this anywhere before, everybody else has been very accommodating. One to avoid if you struggle with intolerances like I do. Very poor and you call yourself ‘Friendship’ haha!!

Excellent. Ordered a lot of food at short notice on Saturday night, not expecting much. It arrived on time, hot, freshly cooked and everything was delicious. Very good value, as well Would highly recommend and will definitely order again.

Yuk!!! Tasteless, bland, and 20 minutes late, chicken chow made with udon noodles? another one crossed off the list. Oh and the sweet and sour sauce is still vinegary. Probably one of the worst takeaway’s I’ve had.

Great place use to be my local growing up, such a great taste, respectful... Use to give us a Xmas card and a Chinese style calender every new year... Lovely place full of lovely staff, bless them

The delivery was 25 minutes late and once we finally served the dishes they were all watery and incip and lacking a fair quantity of meat! On tasting the dishes they had no flavour and the satay was pure watery onion soup. Definitely think again before ordering from here. There are plenty of others in the area. High price with delivery and service charge for no quality whatsoever.

Not the best food ive tasted sadly, so i was dissapointed. Barbecue ribs were not marrinated in the bbq sauce that I have had in the past.

Took to long had to wait over a hour. Chips was so hard chicken balls was cold and to hard to eat

I'd given up ordering anything other than mainstream. We went for the cliche S&S prawn balls. 2 burnt with crisper up prawns inside. Plain chow mien fine (a light in the dark). Next Beef King Po or, as I now call it 'Tepid beef with gravy with a dash of sugar and chilli - a travesty. The usually reliable cashew and pineapple rice was a cold, clay, cake. Time to find somewhere else to eat.

Hot on arrival and fast delivery however sweet and sour was a dull brown color and vinegar only to taste and the chilli beef was the same sauce with a few shakes of dried chilli flakes in it. Sorry to say the worst ive ever had. Won't use this takeaway again. Waste of money and terrible food.

Food arrived hot with not too long a wait. Sweet and sour pork and special fried rice were good. Spare ribs were meaty and a little spicy, which made a nice change. Overall a pretty decent meal for £16.

The only Chinese takeaway I will use in Ipswich.. beautifully cooked food.. quick delivery.. well recommended..

Have used this Chinese for YEARS, wont go anywhere else. Everything we order is top notch, have never had a bad meal. I know NEVER to order delivery, this is a very popular takeaway and if you moan about delivery time then order to collect, after all they are cooking other peoples orders and often on their busiest days have a packed out waiting area. I regularly order specific meals as I have fussy children and they comply with our wishes. Find it hard to believe that dishes are ICE COLD, every dish I have ordered and collected is piping hot, literally straight from the WOK, I can only assume this person had it delivered and they are not very local to the shop. Either way, if you'd collected it you wouldn't have had any problems.

If I could give half a star I would! We ordered from here a few weeks ago, and oh my goddess it was nit worth the wait! The chciken sarte with peanuts was cold as ice and raw, they sent sweet and sour parwn balls when I called them to tell them I had an allergy to pawn I didn't get an sorry or a replacement they just said I'll send u more! Unill I screamed at them that I wanted chciken it took 40 mins to get another batch to me!! Never again!

I was browsing just eat for a nearby Chinese takeaway, we'd been put off our usual place after they'd received a poor hygiene rating. I'm so glad we chose this place & we'll never order Chinese from anywhere else now! Swift delivery, food was piping hot and my mum & I both agreed it's the best we've ever tasted. Thank you for the perfect ending to Mother's Day!

Tried to order a delivery through just eat 15 minutes later they rejected the order. Called them up and they accepted it as a collection. Tried to order deep fried squid, they didn't have any so went for the king prawns instead which they also didn't have. So settled on the deep friend chicken in salt and Chili which actually turned out to be delicious. The Chili beef (our favourite dish nornally) was foul and the sauce just tasted of vinegar. Prices were okay. But would never order again. The majority tasted of vinegar. The guy on the phone was rude. And the actual shop was uninspiring to say the least.

Tryed this takeaway for the first time and the last time. Had the duck and pork. The pork just tasted like fat it was terrible. My wife had chicken curry. We find two long black hairs in the curry. What more can I say, apart from we will not be going to this takeaway again.

Food was cooked fresh and fast tasted lovely been using this place since 1972! when we used to buy spring rolls still serve them, and fortune cookies still love the surprise message in them,love there omelette and chips as well,but mainly we like to try there chef specials give it a try very tasty thanks to the great staff

We have used this Chinese three times. First time was great, second time food was good but we were quoted an hour wait which became an hour and a half and finally the third time we were again quoted an hour and waited two!!! Both times they blamed the driver saying that he was late and they were waiting on him. When having family and friends round and having to wait so long for food is not good enough. We will not be using them again as once is forgivable but twice is a joke!!!!!
