Went there today at 4:45pm and ordered a small portion of chips. Went home and started eating them and could only manage 10 chips or so. They were absolutely disgusting. I think they were yesterday's chips, left sitting in their cooking oil for 16 hours so the only taste was burnt cooking oil. I left the rest of the bag out in my garden so the pidgeons could eat them. No takers so far. Should have just thrown them in the bin. This place never fails to dissappoint. It's been ran by different people over the past 10 years that I lived here, and all of them are doing something wrong. At first it was the wait times. The food was tasty but waiting an hour or two for food really put me off the place. It closed down for a couple of years and opened up again with new staff. Food was mediocre but the wait times weren't that bad. Then it closed down again. A couple of years later and here we are. I tried it one more time and they can't even cook a decent portion of chips so I'm not going to trust them with any other food. Feel sorry for the staff. If they are using yesterdays chips for their customers then obviously something is wrong. A few of my neighbours think this place is run by the Triads - and the staff are slaves. It will go out of business soon enough.

Have been a regular at this take away for a few years. But will be looking for another local Chinese after the food we had last night. Order was, Salt and chilli spareribs. What we received were a couple of normal size spareribs chopped up into small pieces with very little meat or taste. Chicken chow mien. The chow mien was the worst I have had. Processed chicken in uniform strips. Tasteless noodles and no bean sprouts. King prawn chow Mien. Again tasteless frozen prawns. Tasteless noodles and no bean sprouts. They will know who we are from the order. The food was shocking. On that bases we are out and will not be ordering again. The people that we have recommended over the years will be recommended to do the same. A Friday night treat is getting more and more expensive. So will find a place that does not rip you off by serving up very poor quality food.

Blue ginger has been good in food and price and quality. However three out of 10 dishes we tried were awful: masala mogo, desi chicken and spicy veg hakka noodles. These three dishes were horrendous. When providing feedback the servers were extremely rude which was surprising as we have never experienced such behaviour before! They even forgot to bring one of the dishes ordered and had to remind them! Moreover when it came to payment the server took the bill and in anger crumpled it and went away, then I called the manager and or another senior server who said the max he can do is take masala mogo price off, when we said feedback was not about taking money off and I complained about the other servers behaviour he said he will pass the feedback. This was a horrible experience, horrible food, horrible service!!! Will not be going here! Avoid this place as average to poor food and abysmal service with disgusting service.

Took 2hours for delivery even though on the website it said an hour!! Then they got part of the order wrong was so hungry I couldn’t be bothered to complain. I’ve eaten from here before and not had a problem hopefully it was just a one off. The delivery driver apologised for the delay which was something

Horrible actitud hacia los clientes gasté 23 libras en uber eats y nunca llegó de esta tienda. Siempre fui un buen cliente, le dije al propietario que había esperado y esperé que era el pedido en el camino que había dicho que se había entregado en la aplicación! Me dijo que mentía. En realidad no podía creerlo. Trabajo en hostelería y no haría eso. Realmente decepcionado de ser hablado de esa manera. No es una buena persona.

Ordered at 17:40, estimated delivery 18:15-18:45. Called at 19:03 and was told it was on its way and would be with us soon. 19:10 lodged with Just Eat that it hadn’t been delivered and message received with updated time of 19:30. 19:47-19:51 called and no answer. Food arrived at 21:05 for only 4 things on order. Over 3 hours wait time. Refund declined. Disgraceful service
