The food orders was not wat I got I ordered duck and plum sauce I got duck and plum sauce and pineapple I am allergic to pineapple so was not very gd

Not sure what the spicy chicken wings were covered in , but it was not anything I recognised. The spare ribs were just about edible and the singapore chow mein was awfful and covered in mega-salty soy sauce sludge.

Tonight I ordered beef curry and egg fried rice, this was without doubt the best meal I have ever had from a takeaway, the beef was delicious. Fast efficient service in a COVID 19 safe environment. Big thumbs up

Ordered Sweet & Sour King Prawn Balls a few weeks ago from this take away and they were disgusting. The prawns were overcooked and the batter was too thick like heavy dough and not cooked. Used to often frequent this take away, but will not be patronising them in the future. Standards have gone through the floor.

Went today ordered house special fried rice , chips and curry sauce. The rice had two prawns in it a very small amount of chicken and pork in it so nothing special about that at all and the chips seemed to have been cooked for a long time and it was if they keeped dipping them inro the oil to warm them back up rotten . Only gave them 1 star because there was no zero

I have been using Mayflower now for several years and the food has been consistently GOOD. The owners may not know much English but they know good Chinese food which lets face it is what we want

Just ordered delivery, due at 6.55, arrived earlier. We ordered the hot and sour soup, 2 pancake rolls, salt and chilli ribs and house chow mein vermicelli. Absolutely lovely, chow mein wasn't greasy, not too salty,lots of meat prawns. Ribs were really tasty, pancake rolls delicious, only thing we would change slightly was the soup, a little too sour, heat perfect.. When we next order, the soup not as sour, would give top marks.

very expensive and small size foods.worse than before. was rather cold when arrived,beef was really fatty, mushrooms freezing.

Chicken like rubber , noodles like slop , wont be going again.... all i could taste was manky oil!!!!!

Chip obviously old and reheated inedible, curry clearly watered down. Disgusted for the high prices. Never using them again.

Food never came, they said theye didn't receive the order even though they confirmed the order and time of delivery, it's a shame I won't order from these again, even though the food is really nice.

Food always to a high standard and has come early every time ive ordered bar once and was only 10mins late. Will definitely re-order

My chow main was made with rice noodles although they are nice rice noodles are not made with rice noodles

The fried rice was missing from my order, which was disappointing, considering it wasn't a large order to get right. Food is good though.

So I ordered £60 worth of food and didnt order prawn crackers, normally when you spend this much money they would come free. thought id check and call up only to be told that id have to pay £2. after a few minutes on the phone they had to ask the manager, got them in the end but not happy thay i had to ring and ask when most places its standard you'd get a free bag.

Even tho the order cost me nearly 20 pounds there was no free prawn crackers which states on the menu if u spend over 15 pounds u get free prawn crackers which is what the kids love.

Curry sauce missing, drinks missing, salt and chilli beef was a very disappointing portion five pieces of beef , tried to ring to complain but couldn't get through

Food was fab as always.. 2 items totalling £6 missing from a £65 order.

Always deliver on time or early, portion size is huge so great value for money. Food is tasty, would definitely recommend!

My only gripe is that all of the leaflets say you get prawn crackers free on orders over £15. We have always had to pay for them despite us spending over £29.... we never get any free foods

It's a long wait for delivery. Think nearly 2 hrs is a bit long.

Phoned twice told it was on way food cold very disappointing as usually on time and piping hot. Ordered at 7pm told 830 delivery arrived 920pm

Mayflower is hands down the best Chinese in Stockton, however DO NOT order either of the 'Munch Box' options. I fancied a change from my usual and decided that a Munch Box would be a good change and I'd be able to share with my girlfriend. I was wrong. £16 for next to nothing!!! The smallest potion sizes I've ever encountered. Tasted nice but a complete rip off.

I payed £23 for 4 dishes that came up to £21 they still charged £23 for delivery fee. I ordered salt and pepper chips which came with about 10 in the portion, I ordered sweet and sour Cantonese style the sauce was thick and sickly and it had 5 pieces of chicken in, I ordered a portion of mussels for 6.20 which had 3 in and some shells that didn't even have a mussel in, the ones that did were chewy and flavourless. Never ordering again rip off.

Came early but the food was the wrong order. I rang up and told them the order was incorrect and they apologised, admitted they had made the wrong dish and then said they would send a new one out. When they came to the door we were asked to hand over our wrong order (which we had taken out of packaging and bit into it before realising it was the wrong order) but we had put it in the bin. We were asked by the owner of the shop to get it out of the bin because it was someone else's order! Appalled by the service as spent 15minutes at my front door because they wanted me to pull used food out of my bin which they'd sent me incorrectly in the first place. I've been going here for years but will no longer order from Mayflower.

Nice food quick delivery, one note that was very disappointing was spending £30 n not getting any freebies not even prawn crackers. this seem the in thing with Chinese now n the excuse is cause of the cut just eat take, so that is putting the customer at a disadvantage

House special sweet and sour did not much there more sauce than than meat 2prawns four bits of chicken and the same pork about the size of popcorn chicken

Ordered food on just eat, was told to pick order up half an hour later, ended up sat outside in the car for a further half an hour as they hadn't even started our order, no apology, no offer of anything free, rubbish service!

Order delayed 30 minutes. 50% longer than when I decided to take the order. No call. No email. I had to log into the app to find out it had been delayed. I would not have ordered on this basis. In the end it was 15 mins late rather than 30, but this message that the restaurant has delayed the order 30 mins has happened twice from this restaurant and it is not acceptable. The delivery time I sign up to should be fulfilled, or somebody contacts me and I have the option to cancel. No secret messages that I have to go hunting for, and no option to do anything than accept it. This is as much of a complaint to JustEat than the restaurant.

The delivery time was abit dodgy as i did state i wanted it ASAP and for them to add 35mins extra was not what i expected.

Never usually have any issues ordering from this restaurant however ordered our food at 7.15....still waiting now at 9.30!! Called several times to be told the restaurant is very busy and it wouldn't be long...45 mins later still no food! Called again to be told the delivery driver wouldn't be back for 20mins...asked to cancel my order and they put the phone down on me....no idea where the food is or if it will turn up! Very disappointing and spoilt our Saturday night as spent 2 hours waiting for food to arrive!

I would like to review my order but despite a 2 hour wait and 2 telephone calls we have yet to receive it!

Took closer to 3 hours than 40 minutes to come. Food was okay, but was really disappointed with the delivery time, and because of this the food was not exactly hot. Rang up when food was 20 minutes late and they said that they were waiting on a driver, but we were next on the delivery list. We waited over an hour from this point and rang again. From this call it took a further 20 minutes to come. They must have been busy, but it wasn't the best service for us either way.

Singapore noodles were a little too hot and the aromatic duck a bit dry.. But overall really good.

We ordered our meal about 6.30 and then told it would be delivered at 8, a long enough wait, then told 8.30, arrived 8.15, so not really bad,however my soup really salty, normally ok but over the top, then garlic butter chicken sauce cold salty too much even though I love garlic!!! Couldn't eat it!!.

Food took well over an hour to come on a Thursday night and only a 5 minute journey. When it did arrive it had leaked all over everything and the main meal was incorrect- they sent a mixture of prawn, pork and chicken and we just ordered chicken- could not eat any of it as allergic to seafood!

Over 90 minutes delivery. Not good

Food was great and so was the service as we required nut free. The delivery however, took 1 hour and 45 minutes when the predicted time was 45 minutes. Obviously this was a very long wait, but was the only thing to let it down.

Treat the family to a Chinese, very tasty, always cooked to order and fairly quick. Good sized portions The Lemon chicken is lush as is the sweet and sour balls, one portion does two people with a side of rice or chips. Always free prawn crackers when you spend a certain amount good value for money. Will keep going back.

Mixed grill 1 sausage and 1 bit steak fuming was not a mixed grill worth £10

After waiting 1 hour & 20 mins for our food we rang only to be told it would be another 30 mins with no apology or reduction in price! Disappointing!
