Food could have been a bit hotter but it was delivered way before the time stated so that was good

Food didn’t really have much taste to it - the curry sauce is not Chinese curry sauce, it’s a bit rank tbh

Hot, fluffy fresh rice. Chow mein was delicious and the vegetables still had bite. Chicken balls were hot, batter not too thick and not stodgey. Only a little disappointed with consistency of the satay sauce (tasted good) as a little watery but I'm a fussy git.

Always great food,arrives nice and hot

There was a slight issue with a potion missing when we opened it. A quick call to the take away and within minutes the missing potion was delivered to the door. On a busy New Year’s Eve I consider this excellent service. Sometimes things go wrong - it’s how it’s dealt with is how I judge service. In this case they couldn’t have dealt with it better. Thank you.

The food was cold on arrival even though I ordered when they first opened. The food was no where near fresh and tasted nasty was dry bland and horrible. Absolute waste of £38

No prawn crackers but meal was lovely as usual. Can you change to paper bags I don’t mind paying your price then as your bags are not reusable and don’t believe you should charge just for the delivery drivers convenience

i noticed that my food came to £5,50, that i ordered by phone, when i arrived to collect my food, the young rude lady asked me for £5.60 i asked her why 10p more she replied for the white plastic bag so i said you do not advertise or are there any notices saying customers have to pay for 10p bags for the food she replied nothing to do with me i dont know ,then she threw my food at me sliding along the counter, i then said that s very rude doing that , it s the quickest way to lose customers, so beware about the xtra 10p charge for the white bag, its not the money but the cheek

Fantastic, hot food as always .

Ordered from them a few times before and it was always full of flavour and the meat was nice and tender, this time it was it was mediocre at best. Meat had a weird texture ( gelatinous) and the black bean sauce was very pale , watery with hardly any flavour ,normally its thick, sticky and almost black. We were really looking forward to a Chinese as we have it as a treat every few months and we were rather disappointed.

Really fatty duck, had just 4 pieces of duck that were edible. Chicken skewers were quite chewy, won't be ordering these again. Very disappointed with this order.

Dissapointed salt and pepper chips and wings not spicy and where greasy first time ordering and last sad times

Has really gone down hill. Used to be my go to Chinese. Portions small (£10 for a tiny, slimy portion of "quarter" duck that isn't even on the bone anymore let alone crispy) and food quality reduced. Delivery time very slow. Unfortunately will not use any more.

Food arrived freezing, kids of the food and was bland. Delivery driver refused to deliver it to the door as didn’t come into the block of flats even though last month they did, yet still charged for delivery.

Probably one of THE nicest Chinese takeaways we’ve ordered. Food was early and hot. Would order again and recommend.

Waste of money! Special fried rice....mushy boiled rice with mostly egg and peas more like. No meat on ribs, seaweed greasy and wet,sweet and sour sauce so watery and tastes like vinegar,satay chicken undercooked and the sauce was not peanut more like korma, greasy horrible chow mein and the prawn toast soggy and tasted off so all gone straight in bin after quick reluctant taste of everything. Only decent thing we ate was the chicken balls and just ordered from jay jays Chinese instead where it's all perfect and get fortune cookies aswel.

Had beef and mushroom which was very nice but could have done with a bit more juice.

The noodles had no flavour to them at all. Was very bland. Very small portions to other Chinese takeouts. Not much chicken to what I paid for. The dumplings was bland and didn’t come with vinegar that other takeouts do. Wouldn’t eat here again unfortunately.

Food cold and covered in greese, no flavour and soggy

This was the most disappointing chinese i have ever had in my life, not only was all the food cold upon receiving but there was a SPIDER in the rice and it was ALIVE i might add, now two arachnophobic’s receiving this was not the greatest of experiences and i will NEVER be ordering from here EVER again!

The wrong food arrived. We had mixed meat curry instead of sweet and sour chicken balls and there were prawns in the duck chow mien. The curry was nice, just wasn’t what we ordered. Lucky we’re not picky eaters!

We ordered our takeaway and within 20 minutes the door bell rung and our food was delivered. We have used this takeaway for many years and love the food. It’s delivered hot and tastes fantastic,well priced

Wings were dry over cooked and had no meat whatsoever, egg fried rice was tasteless, lemon chicken was all gristle. Really unhappy

I always order my Chinese from China Chef and I’ve never had a problem. Tonight though was the first bad experience I’ve had. I understand it’s the weekend and it’s busy but it took almost 2 hours to be delivered and when it came, it wasn’t very warm. The chicken and mushroom was rubbery, the rice was salty and the dumplings weren’t cooked properly. It’s such a shame because I do like China Chef and maybe it was an off night for them - I will order again in the future but it was disappointing after waiting so long.

Stone Cold, no flavour, wrong rice and had loads of hard bits in it.

Food arrived a lot earlier than was quoted. Wasn’t that hot when arrived tho and tasted very plain,not much taste to it at all,Chicken balls not cooked enough leaving the batter very doughy. Ordered a large egg fried rice,would hate to see their small portion size as “large” wasn’t large as far as I’m concerned. Food was edible,just! So for these reasons I won’t order from here again.

Very nice food but must be the only Chinese that doesn't give free prawn crackers on a £30 order. Bit mean of them.

It was cold and considering I live quite near it took ages to get here and the driver barked at me that he couldn't find me should of rang me
