Went to pick up my order, owner was polite and gave me collection discount which I wasn't aware of it. Food was really good, everyone loves it. Recommend to others.

Very late and chicken curry was spilt all through the bag!, I couldn’t eat anything as I’m vegetarian and the chicken curry got into everything! And they forgot a sagg aloo. Delivery driver apologised but that’s not good enough!. Such a shame as it’s always been our favourite Indian!. I’m so disappointed and obviously still hungry! Hangry is what I am!!. He should have took it back and had it made again!!.

Wouldn’t bother ordering from here. We ordered via Just Eat and had a delivery time of 20:00 - 20:25, after this time we called the restaurant and was told the driver was out with our food and it shouldn’t be long, further 10 minutes we get a call from the restaurant to say there was technical issue and it would be 30 minutes more, then he later told us our food hadn’t been cooked so another 40 minutes. Not even a sorry - Terrible!

As Abid spice were Not taking orders, tried the Khybar and regretted my decision on delivery. Early order on a Tues night I usually get curry in 40 mins, this took 70 mins and the Food was really bad, swimming in ghea oil and No real taste. Really poor and will never use them again.

Food turned up cold then it was the wrong order and when I called he said no it’s not. So we had to keep a meal we didn’t order. We started eating and the meat was rock hard. The only nice thing was the popadom the rest went straight in the bin.

A tad later than advised but I did pre order before they opened so expected a difference in time, food was hot , very good , best Indian in Poole

45 mins late food was delivered but was the wrong persons order, so by the time i got my right order it was an hour away r even later and cold, had no garlic naan or 2 poppadoms i paid for and the chips were gone cold had obviously been left too long that they were stale. id like to be refunded please because i had half the order missing and had to microwave it to be hotter so didn’t enjoy it overall.

Not as nice as last time I ordered here.. Hate watery curries and lack of meat… Used to have value for money-no more anywhere!

2hr 15min wait for delivery, stale poppadoms, luke warm food and a delivery driver who gets lost. Probably better Indians about.

Food was 30 minutes late, arrived mostly stone cold to the point half the meal was inedible. Also items missing from the order and salad that was nothing but brown slimy lettuce . Called to raise the issue to be told “what do you want me to do about it” eventually agreed to refund but have still yet to see any money back

Meat over cooked and dry. Mint sauce lacked flavour. In fact, it all lacked flavour. Wouldn’t order from this place again. Can’t compare with other Indian restaurants we’ve used before.

Not good. I walked in and could see the kitchen in almost darkness; it might be a bad idea, I thought. I wanted a lamb biryani but got charged for the lamb tikka biryani (another mistake). I settled for the tikka biryani because apparently, it was more popular 🤣. The food was too oily (see photos). The lamb tikka tasted like doner meat. Half of it went into the bin. Never again.

Food was 30 mins l8. Chicken Tikka was very dry.....disappointing as I waited so long. Wouldn't use again.

My new regular curry house, less greasy compared to some competitors and more reasonably priced. I love the spices and flavour of the Dansak.

When rang kyber about order was told they did not have an order from me although I had already paid and I had confirmation of my order will not order agai as food was cold

Food got to us 2hrs after order time, stated it would be with us between 20:10-20:30 and didn’t get to us until just gone 21:30 after ringing 30mins prior to be told it is on its way and will be 5/10mins….. food was good but I am not happy about the waiting time……

Really unhappy, still no food, I ordered at 5.25pm it’s now 7.15pm and still no food. Just eat updated my order as ‘delivered’ at 6.30pm

I ended up going to collect could not get through on phone and we ordered at 7pm I ended up at the shop at 8.20 pmand I live 5 mins from shop and thats walking

I preordered from here an order to cover 14 people. Mostly cegan nd vegetarian dishes and just a few meat ones. It was cooked to perfection, full of flavour not oily simply delicious. Asha the owner and chef out did herself, The Tom Yum soup was the best my mum had tasted in years ! The vegan duck was generous and delicious portion. For us this is the only chinese we will order from . Additionally the food is fresh the ingredients are if high quality with little to no msg .

I’ve ordered from here many times now. The food is amazing and the mid week meals are really good value. Unfortunately, their delivery times let them down and on a number of occasions our food has been over an hour late. Our meal tonight arrived just over 2 hours after ordering.

Was delayed then 30 minutes late from delay time, but we did pre order , when they are closed and they did let us know of a delay, having said that when the food arrived it was hot , fresh and delicious as always, I would still order from here xx

The pashwari naan was very burnt and had to be filling at the bottom only, order was a little late. But the food other than that was very good, deliver driver was nice.

Greasy food, cold and over an hour late.

Food took over 2 and a half hours to be delivered and although the food was ok it wasn’t worth the wait. When we called to get an update twice the 2 people that answered were lovely and helpful but the delivery still hadn’t left the shop 2 hours after ordering it. When leaving this review it wouldn’t allow me to select the amount of time it was late by.

Fantastic food. We had the rougan josh and Tikka masala (both chicken), the Rogan josh was the winner however both were great.

Food was late. App stated delivered when driver had only just left the restaurant. Food did taste amazing however.

Been going here a while, food always good, was best Balti in town, completely got it wrong today, was like a vindaloo, someone serving I’d never seen before, rang to point out how hot it was to be told proper chef isn’t in until tomorrow, terrible customer service and put phone down on me. I won’t be going there ever again, shame the normal guy isn’t in. Terrible.

Order at 6:50pm arrived at 20:41 however estimated delivery time was 19:50 to 20:10

Indicated delivery time was 1900 - 1920, at the time of writing this it’s 2041 and still nothing. Have been palmed off with “it’ll be ten minutes” three times now. Am currently waiting for refund from JustEat

Absolutely delicious meal as usual. Would highly recommend. Only one slight criticism. I’ve ordered here a few times and AFTER the food is delivered, I get the message on Just Eat that the driver is on his way? If I could just have the message BEFORE the food arrives that would be great 😉😉

Fantastic service from ordering with just eat to the delivery by the friendly driver, we are staying at a holiday park and it was delivered hot to our caravan ! Great mid week deal £17.99 per meal for two we had two meal deals! Flavoursome, hot on delivery, great service 110% recommended you won’t be disappointed.

Only putting a 1 as I cannot put a 0. Ordered food from here for delivery and then 2 minutes later I got a phone call from them saying they were closing early. I asked if I was getting refund which they confirmed I would be. 2 weeks later and despite COUNTLESS attempts to contact after I haven't received a refund, I cannot get hold of them and still have no received my refund. Very very unhappy.

I got delivery from "Green Rainbow" on Just Eat, which is a separate name for this place showing only their vegetarian and vegan dishes. I was genuinely blown away at how good this food was. I don't have any Chinese takeaways near me that have an extensive vegetarian menu so I got a selection of dishes and they were all super good, although the vegetarian shredded smoked chicken was a bit too sweet for me. If I'm ever in Poole again, I'll order from here.

Paid for meat samosa, but was missing from my order

We placed this order at around 5:20pm, for delivery between 6:05pm and 6:25pm. At around 6:30pm, I asked for an update, and they changed delivery time to 6:50pm. It arrived at around 7:20pm. Everything was a bit cold, and a couple of our items were missing. The food was nice, can't dispute that, but around 2 hours to be delivered, and then to have missing items, is a bit much.

It arrived a lot earlier than the anticipated time of delivery. In fact I’d nearly eaten it when the alert came through to tell me the driver was on his way lol. That aside, the food was hot when it arrived and the whole meal was the usual Khybar high standard. Very delicious and I would highly recommend 😊

We used to order from here regularly as the delivery was quick and the food quality was really good, however both the last time and this time the delivery was over an hour late and the food was cold. We gave them the benefit of the doubt last time but as it was late and cold again we won’t be ordering from here again. Shame as we used to really love this place

Ordered a midweek special. Food was really nice, full of flavour and for £17.99 was perfect for two sharing. £2 delivery charge (although we live only 5 mins walk away), and delivery driver failed to have any change for a £20. They were quick to deliver (quoted 45 mins, and was here in 20 mins). Would recommend for food but definitely let down by the lack of change, especially as paid £2 charge for delivery, we felt it was a forced tip. We always like to tip for good service, but felt this was deliberately orchestrated. Shame.
