Excellent food. Have not been disappointed on any of my orders.

Woman taking orders is MISERABLE! and doesn't seem like she wants to be there at all. Also, answering the phone while your taking someone's order in person is EXTREMELY rude. Menu text size is TINY I couldn't read it at all and the wait time for the food is atrocious.

Often order from here and always good until tonight 🤢 ordered yung chow fried rice and got egg fried rice 🙄 salt and pepper King prawns so salty they were inedible and god knows what they did to the spring rolls 🤮 disgusting inedible meal and a complete waste of money. Won't be back.

Having used this Chinese since moving here this is the first time we had an awful takeaway . Chicken with roast pork Chinese style contained 2small pieces of chicken and pork and the rest was just bean sprouts no flavour .The roast pork chow mein was bland and tasteless and again hardly any meat . The beef with garlic and chilli sauce also disappointed the beef was tough . We will not use again clearly cutbacks are made on the meat what a shame we will try somewhere else from now on .

Really not nice! This has been the worse Chinese we have ever had. Everything was drenched in disgusting tasting oil, the chicken was so tough and chewy, the prawn crackers tasted of nothing but rancid oil and went in the bin after we'd eaten two. All bland, clearly very cheap produce & anything deep fried hadn't been drained. We wish we'd spent a bit more and had gone to Top Wok in Parkstone! We won't be going back, ever.

Pancake rolls are dripping with grease and taste minging...

Awful, avoid.... waited over an hour for delivery, everything was cold when did arrive, pancake rolls soggy, fortune cookies out of date, noodles floating in sludge after spending £30 totally disappointing, will not be using again. Sorry

We had takeaway after receiving a leaflet through the post. The best Chinese I’ve had in the area! Authentic, and didn’t feel like the food came from a packet (like all the other Chinese takeaways in Poole). The prawn toast was literally mashed prawn in toast from the supermarket, which I much prefer to the pre-made, boil on site takeaways. We will be back for more.

Take away, first time, leaflet through the door. On time, hot, lovely food. Only thing that I don't get is why 'singapore' noodles are so hot (not temperature), there not like this abroad...

Being a regular customer and ordering for delivery well in advance we were appalled to hear that they weren’t going to deliver tonight to our area because they were busy. They are overrated overpriced and normally cold by the time it gets to us so we won’t be using them again and will take our business elsewhere after 30 years. Very rude and self indulgent business

We had a take away here Friday evening. Got to say trying to order on the phone wasn't the easiest as they couldn't understand us.......we asked for no beanshoots/beansprouts in the 2 lots of chow mein we ordered, both came with beansprouts, never had a problem anywhere else. We also, amongst other things ordered prawn balls and a large pancake roll, both burnt and very overcooked.. Won't be going back.

First take away from Chopsticks House yesterday evening we have wanted to try and find a great Chinese take away in the area and we were not disappointed. We had the food delivered and didn’t have to wait to long The Food was amazing great flavours and still very hot on delivery 10/10 Thank you

One of the best Chinese takeaways I have had in ages. Great hygiene rating and very friendly family. Very quick and easy to order. Plus excellent value for money. We always recommend to friends and family. Very lucky to have them right round the corner.

Very friendly service offering a range of Chinese and Thai dishes. All very tasty and authentic. They can deliver as well.

Food was fine spent over £25 and should of got free fudge cookies and spring rolls which I didn't receive. Tryed calling back 27 times now still no answer.

We tried Chopsticks House a few weeks back and it wasn't too bad except the hot and sour soup was way too spicy for me and I love spicy food! They also supplied the wrong prawn dish, however they did deliver a replacement within 10 minutes. Sadly, last night's meal was a real disappointment...everything was very greasy, the sesame prawn toast was completely dried out, pancake rolls tasteless and the king prawns with ginger and spring onions seemed to be a brown mush of sliced onion with a few prawns in it. So, after a promising start, I'm afraid we won't be going back

Always amazing food best price in town and never have any problems with delivery. Wish they would do some sort of loyalty card don’t always prawn crackers don’t always spend enough for free dish

Special fried rice was burnt brown in colour had funny taste, pancake rolls had nothing in I'm guessing some kind of prawn paste.

Great meal again. My go to Chinese take away

Would probably have been better if it wasn't half an hour late and cold. Tasty ok but spoiled by the delay. No apology either.

Chopsticks had been our Chinese takeaway of choice for 20 years. We measure all others by Chopsticks. Super friendly staff,easy to find and easy to park plus delivery and a great menu.

I don't live in the area anymore, but drive over there still as I haven't found any other,that can compare. Selection is excellent, staff very competent and friendly. If having it delivered,a prompt service.

A bit disappointed with our delivery tonight, the packaging was damp, so probably wasn’t the first to be dropped off. Chips were warm. I had sweet and sour chicken balls but the chicken inside was very very tough. Not great as it’s not cheap.

Has been my local and go to Chinese take away for over 20 years. I love the food from here, delivery service is good and very reasonably priced, hence my 5 stars.

If i could give this minus stars i would ive had some bad chinese takeaways but this is by far the worst ive ever had every bit of the food was disgusting the only good thing was the free prawn crackers avoid this takeaway at all cost

Absolutely awful. They forgot our order. Singapore noodles tasteless. Crispy shredded beef drench in a greasy bland sauce. Prawn crackers tasted of flour. Salt and pepper chicken was passable. Will definitely not be ordering from there again.

The person in the phone was so rude didn't even give chance to order .. then 45 minutes after waiting inside for food asked for refund as no sign of our order...

Tonight we ordered a takeaway, took 2 hours to come! Not only was that far too long, considering they told us a 45 minute wait but it wasn’t worth it! The meal was disgusting and won’t be coming back again!

Food is lovely, can't say anything else really. Expect a bit of a wait, but that's because it popular so if your collecting, phone your order through first.

The food is great! “When they get your order right” but the problem is the rudeness from the guy who works there!!!! Sort out your attitude mate....

Lovely chopsticks special fried rice.

We love the food here. We live in Parkstone but our friends ordered a takeaway one evening and we have never looked back. We now order our weekly Chinese from them and we enjoy it every time. Special rice and Special Chowmein is a must!!!

My partener and i moved here in July 2017 and had a lovely meal from chopsticks. We dont order take away very offen only on special occasions. We decided to order chinese on valentines day 2018 and my partener spend nearly £30 on food that was late getting to us ( even though we are just round the corner). It was warm food (not hot). And the seaweed was too salty we couldnt eat it, the chicken balls were tastless, and the most disappointing part was the crispy shredded chilli beef. It was in loads of gravy coloured sauce and the beef was chewy, and it didnt even taste spicy. I will be complaining once they open up today. Will let you know how they deal with compliants. Update i complained and they have put £10 credit on my account to spend next time.

This is my family’s favourite takeaway, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is reasonably priced and very tasty! The food portions are a good size and not too greasy. Always go back!

We are from Christchurch, order only from here when we are in the canford heath area, lovely food, never disappoint. Highly reccomended

Worst Chinese I've tasted. Chow main was mainly noodles a few bean sprouts and bland, chips were dry and sweet and sour sauce tasted more like vinegar. Only tried it as my regular is closed on a Monday. Wouldn't waste your money

Used this takeaway for 10 years, never disappointed with their food. Unfortunately I have moved from the area now, but if I'm passing I would certainly stop and use this takeaway again. Personally I think nicest tasting Chinese in Poole for a takeaway.

The food arrived on time, still hot. The crispy shredded brief was well done and the noodles were nice and moist.

I hope for everyone's sake that they just wernt on form tonight.

We have been using chopsticks for 6 years and we always enjoy their dishes which are tasty and food is always fully cooked and the staff are really polite and friendly. Prices are reasonable and for choice their plenty to choose from. You won't be disappointed.

Chopsticks House has been our local Chinese for 20 years now and is the standard we use to compare whenever we opt for somewhere else. Great menu options to suit every taste, friendly staff, quick delivery and lovely tasting food are all things we associate with Chopsticks House, if ever there has been a problem it has always been rectified generously. Always happy to swap things on set meals menu and all food is very reasonably priced just a shame they're not open on a Tuesday.

I have used chopsticks for the last 15 years and have always been very happy with the service and the quality of the food. Also great customer service and always willing to cater to your needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Luck warm boil in a bag style curry.

curry muy sosa y sin sabor, HK cerdo dulce y amarga frío y de nuevo sólo insípido. costillas a la barbacoa fueron quemados. En general, muy decepcionante, no se usan.
