I'm not sure what happened as I've ordered here before and food was good but my latest order was so greasy and disgusting that most of it ended in the bin. I won't order anything soon if ever.

We always order from here but not anymore after tonight’s meals. We did an online order to be delivered 1 hour 20 mins later we phoned to see where our order was? We were told it’s on its way, another 15 mins passed the driver finally turned up saying extremely busy in the shop with an attitude.#Sunday Food was cold no flavour chicken was rubbery spring rolls just tasted of grease. Chow mein was oily It was just awful. The only nice part of the meal was the prawn crackers.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered £27.20 worth of food, for my sweet and sour to have DEAD FLY! I called up and they only offered free item, which was poor customer service! Disgusting! Will never order from here again. If I could give zero stars I would of!

Had an order tonight in with my neighbours order as she recommended couldnt eat it chips looked like they had sat there for a week were very dry and the sweet and sour ribs tasted of apple which was overpowering not sure if thats the sour part of the sauce but never had a sweet and sour sauce like this before the lot went in the bin

Great food Singapore dishes with the curry sauce always good and good value for money

Service is always fast and of top quality, provided by the nicest of people. The food is always hot, fresh and enjoyable.

I’ve used this takeaway before, and the food’s always been alright. I’m not sure what’s happened but I had to send the food I’d ordered back. I think they ran out of chillies…I ordered 2 spicy dishes and neither of them had even a sniff of a chilli. I ordered bbq spare ribs and they arrived cold. Really disappointed and I’m sorry to have to leave a bad review but whoever was cooking today clearly just didn’t care. In fairness, they came to collect the food and gave a full refund. I won’t go there again.

Ordered and satay chicken and rice dish...... this was not satay , , it smelt strange and chemical ?? Unable to eat it. Never again

Really gone down hill. We used to order from them alot but won't anymore. Waited an hour and a half for our food and it was cold,No apology.

I usually never leave bad negative reviews However this is disgusting, Last week I ordered food my ribs were burnt My chicken curry the chicken was raw My rice was boiled rice not even the rice I ordered either. I went back for a refund the manager told me to come back in a week if I didn’t receive a refund today I went in for my refund I was in there for 30 minutes they asked for proof I didn’t receive my refund via card and I showed them my bank statements and online chatting with my bank that they asked me to do I did all of that and still wouldn’t give me my refund. Then the managers mum got so fed up with the manager and his wife not given me the refund she did in the end disputing £13 you’d think for a takeaway they wouldn’t mind giving a refund for just £13 considering I had raw food and burnt ribs then the managers wife started shouting at me and my mum infront of customers really bad customer service skills and very very rude they also cannot cook food. Since they took over from the previous owners the food is vile and they don’t know how to cook and communicate in a nice respectful manner with their customers. The old managers the wife and husband would have NEVER treated me like this. Also while standing there disputing for 30 minutes I saw piles and piles of cooked food which included MEAT under the sink pipes why isn’t meat in the fridge? just laying around uncovered under a dripping sink and all food exposes to dirty germs photo below. God knows how long that’s been sitting there as i went in there last week to complain about my food the first time about my food and that food under the sink was there last week and STILL IS THERE. sat there unopened exposed to dirty loose dust and dirt and germs under sinks none of that food is severed fresh. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if there is rats around the back and rat droppings to follow. So unhygienic and dirty. Be very cautious

Always use this place..usually have chow mein and chicken curry. Tonight we tried the thai red curry wow ! It was amazing .thankyou very much

First time ordering here and it was great! We placed a fairly decent sized order as it was for a small family gathering. Food was on time, hot and a really reasonable price. Really yummy and among the best we've had. Would definitely order from there again!

Friendly service! Fairly priced. Good sized portions. Mostly fresh and in house made. Rice and noodles were moorish. Squid was tasty and veggies were okay. Sweet and sour sauce was to MSG for me (only downside). Apparently you can ask for less or more of seasoning and no msg added to the food, if you give a heads up.

Best salt and pepper chicken and chips I've ever had. All their dishes are absolutely amazing and they're one of the cheapest Chinese takeaways in town. Most are charging almost £10 for a simple chicken in black bean sauce now while Full House charges like £6 and gives more meat than other takeaways. Sometimes the salt and pepper chicken can be a bit lacking in spice so I hope they would be a bit more generous with it.

Very good deal on selection box cheap but incredibly tasty

Iv used this Chinese a lot over the last 4 years (it’s now 2 miles away) 2nd time ordering in 3 weeks. Service is good and they are always early. If I pre-ordered the call to see what time I would like it. I can’t fault the dishes they are all filled to the top and not tight with the meat. I wished the would do a reward scheme.

Never had a problem, food consistently lovely. Delivery to Hamworthy on time or earlier than expected (only one late arrival but the food was still lovely and piping hot) thank you, keep up the great work

satay sauce missing, chicken skewers dry and inedible as a result chicken balls lukewarm and soggy, the sweet and sour sauce was so cold it had solidified egg fried rice was fine but needed a bit more salt crispy beef was lovely but surprised as it had no sauce with it, but lovely flavour and very crispy. prawn toast cold spring rolls cold a shame. I won’t be ordering again. I ordered an hour before it opened and delivery was right on time, lovely man and cheap at only £1.

Trouble placing the order due to strong dialect of man taking the order. Food arrived on time but cold. Sesame prawns & chicken balls like cardboard. Crispy chilli beef, not crispy, no chilli & not beef. Everything tasted the same ....BLAND. I think this order was "farmed out" to another takeaway. Wont go back this us the 2nd time this has happened.

As a lorry driver parking up nearby I had a choice of 2 Chinese glad I chose here. Excellent chicken curry and egg fried rice along with the Exceptional chicken satay on skewers. The skewers would of done me enough but as I ordered the curry I wasn’t letting it go to waste. Definitely worth the money and and the fast efficient service

Absolutely fantastic food, if you don't like sugar they won't put it in there if you don't like salt they won't put it in there. If you don't like MSG they won't put it in there

Ordered, told 40 mins wait. Still not delivered after 1 hour. Called to see where order was and told don’t know how long it’s going to be before it’s delivered. 15 orders in front of mine.

Ordered at 6pm and still waiting , have phoned and they say not ready

Fair Price, more than enough portion, perfect taste. Sweet and sour chicken balls were separated and this case we could re-heat it later on. Good thinking A+++++

Awesome Chinese Takeaway. Best in the area and luckily just round the corner from me. Love the Salt and Pepper Munchy Box, great value for money and always full and tasty.

Decent Chinese & reasonably priced.

Love the Beef Noodles. Beef is tender & noodle is not too soft. Tasty and yumm. Chicken ball and curry sauces are good. Curry is a bit sweet to my taste but it's good texture, not gluey. Would like to try Chicken broccoli next time, cos, I saw the dish being freshly prepared. Looks 👍

Probably the worst Chinese food I have had in my life. I ordered a duck with vegetables dish. First of all, the dish hardly had any duck meat, just a few floating pieces in a gooey and tasteless liquid. All vegetables were mushy and looked grey. None were fresh and looked as if they were kept in a freezer since th Xia dynasty dating back to 1600. The tasteless mass with a few minuscule pieces of an ancient grey coloured duck, mixed in among vegetable lumps and worm like bean sprouts, had a chemical soapy taste. I guess it was disinfected. I had to dump all my meal. Never again I will buy food from them.

Food is always delicious, curry is awesome, fair price and nice service

We have ordered from here the 2nd time and now my husband is being violently sick. We had differrent meals. When I rang them they said that nobody else has had any problems, so that it's not their fault. Won't be ordering from here ever again.

Had a veg curry. Was really nice. Need more choice for vegetarians like sweet and sour tofu.

Always have received the best and nothing less from here. Full rations and full flavour. Skimping on nothing. Always an option when ordering a takeaway.

Really looking forward to this takeaway , pre ordered and paid for in advance late delivery just left on doorstep ,curry was very sweet?? , rice was very wet and stodgy chicken balls were undercooked and it was spot the filling in pancake rolls so all in all very disappointing!!!

We’re regularlar customers, have been for some years. The food standard has always been consistently very good, a few hiccups here and there that have been rectified. But the delivery system is shockingly bad! Being told once delivery is an hour and a half, I took to ordering early at 18:15 for 20:00 delivery, last one came at 21:00, this time at 20:30 I’ve called to see where it is, I’ve been told it’s on its way! Offhandedly. New management needed or employ more drivers!

Our favourite Chinese takeaway. The only one we've ever used that has consistently good food whatever the day you order. We've enjoyed all dishes we have tried but can thoroughly recommend Roast Duck in Plum Sauce, Chicken Rice Noodles, Anything Salt & Pepper wise (S&P Chips are outstanding!) and Mini Veg pancake rolls! Would highly recommend this Takeaway!

Great food, good value, quick delivery

I have just bought a special chop suey from full house for £5,40 and it came in a small container which was only half full be careful if your hungry not only have they put there prices up they are giving you smaller portions definitely not worth the money

been using full house for a wile now, food always been not so bad. Last night ordered 2 special fried rices and curry sauces when it arrived it a funky taste to it, the prawns were off. My boy had all of his and is now Ill today thanks to full house. I called up, all full house could say, boss can not talk English so was speaking to the lady, who said. Do you still have the food? next time you order we can give you free meal. I said I don’t want another from you! Was just going around in circles with this lady so in the end I took the food back to them as they said to bring in and just got my money back. Used this place for about a year now one problem with there food and they don’t want to resolve it on the phone, just avoid them. Because you get a problem it’s hard to sort out

Great food and plenty of it. I go there every week. If you can get through on the phone, that is your best option. If you turn up and order, the phone gets priority. A bit rude but there it is.
