The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Ordered a take away, told it will be 35mins to an hour. Over 1 and half hours. Phoned twice to chase up, was told that it would be 10 mins, which is not true as it takes longer than that. Phoned at 7.30pn and cancelled order and now waiting for refund. We were told food was ready. It is nice food, but don't have home delivery. It's bad. 😭 Gutted.

Best Chinese in st Ives we have Chinese from here very often and they never fail to bring and delivery hot food everytime would highly recommend to anyone who wants a very nice tasting Chinese

I have no complaints about the food but the guy who takes your order is bloody rude that's two weeks now his attitude is disgusting he needs to be trained on customer care it's us that pays his wages

Arrived to find only take away part open not good . Don't know if it's permeantly closed or not !! Can't say anything more !

Fantastic Chinese in Southwark. Yummy beef noodles, crispy pork and spicy cauliflower. Szechuan style cuisine - highly recommend

I feel the food from here is a bit disappointing. Not terrible but below par for a Chinese takeaway. They should also take card - yes it’s expensive but sorry you’re missing out on business being cash only.

After coming here numerous times, we’ve always had a lovely Chinese. My family come over from America for xmas, I’ve bought them here the last three years. This Xmas get together can only be described as appalling, family still waiting for their meals while other family members had eaten there’s. Some food was cold, numerous cock ups. Was offered 40# off the next time we came, very poor customer service, all teenagers working the bar & serving tonight. My family have refused to come back. Shocking!!

We’ve always ordered from here and always loved the food but the food was completely inedible, dry and tasted horrendous. We spent a good amount of money for all of it to go in the bin. A real shame. I won’t be ordering from there again.

Food, service and delivery is of excellent quality. The portions are huge, they really are! They have the best curry sauce by far, I’m not overly keen on their chips if I’m honest. (I just don’t like frozen chips, much prefer homemade.) The mini spring rolls are a real bargain, you get a bag full! I think it has improved since they first took over the ownership several years ago, and for the better too. It is still a cash only establishment, which is fair enough, why pay for card fees, cash is king so they say!

Delicious food and attentive service. This restaurant is a gem that should be more busy. Worth a visit.

I phoned to make my order, very aggressive and rude man answered and took the order. They don't even clean the prawns that black stuff is still on it, the shop and kitchen looks dirty, it's definitely overpriced, I had a horrible experience and below par food. Save your money as plenty other options to eat in Earl's Court.

Había quedado con mi amigo en una lluviosa noche de lunes para cenar; cuando estábamos sentados, nos dijeron que solo teníamos 1. 5 horas, lo cual estuvo bien. El gran problema se centró en pedir los fideos vegetarianos / veganos Dan Dan del menú verde separado. Los fideos se servían con una cobertura, que después de probar, me hizo consultar con la camarera. Como vegano, UTTER HORROR que simplemente te digan que fue picado de cerdo. La camarera parecía no ser consciente de su error, a pesar de mi shock y disgusto y cualquier rectificación tenía que pedir. Tuvimos que pedir que los fideos fueran reemplazados por uno pedido, pedir un tazón limpio y que los dumplings que estaban en mi tazón también fueran reemplazados – todo esto parecía incomodar a la camarera. Y simplemente ninguna disculpa de la camarera o gerente. Es una suerte que no se trate de una alergia: el personal fue desconsiderado y descuidado con sus clientes. Para colmo, nuestra factura nos la dieron sin preguntar, nos hicieron pagar con prontitud y mensaje claro para irnos a pesar de las mesas vacías a nuestro alrededor y nadie esperando. La cena servida con una gran dosis fría de ignorancia y grosería – ¡qué pena ya que ofrecer un buen servicio no cuesta nada!

They are really bad with tasteless food not even fresh looks like microwaved their food, with zero service knowledge how to behave to customers, the one female staff was terrible, and service charge of £ 7.50 for nothing they have done never visit this restaurant ever.
